Atour's bedding is always top-notch, and after a night on a soft sleeper train, I really needed a good night's rest. The hotel is right next to the old street, and there's a meat pie shop nearby that always has a long line. I couldn't resist buying two, and they were indeed delicious when hot 😋. In the evening, I could easily stroll around and explore the old street, trying out the insect banquet and mushroom banquet – definitely worth a try 🙃."

"They upgraded us to a family twin room! The double-layered soundproof windows were amazing, we couldn't hear any airport noise at all, which made sleeping with the baby incredibly peaceful. The front desk staff, Ms. Xu, Ms. Nuo, and Ms. Tong, were also super patient in helping us confirm our airport shuttle time. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and not at all cramped. My child immediately fell in love with the Little Yellow Duck cartoon bedding. It came equipped with a 65-inch smart TV that could mirror screens and smart curtains – truly well-equipped! It's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a flight, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service was also a thoughtful touch!"

The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. They also responded promptly to any issues. The breakfast selection was comprehensive, including some local simple dishes, perfect for fueling up before heading out to explore. The whole place was quiet, not noisy at all, making it suitable for business trips or as a stopover during travel. As an international chain brand, the quality is reliable and the price is fair. If you want a hassle-free trip, this is a great choice. I'll prioritize staying here again next time I visit Kunming. Highly recommended!"

I could clearly hear people talking outside until two in the morning (I was staying on the side facing the parking lot). When staying at a hotel, all I ask for is a good night's sleep, and both the cleanliness and soundproofing were lacking."

"I found this hotel on Ctrip at the last minute, and I got lucky! The hotel is very new and clean. The linens and disposable toiletries are of good quality. They offer free airport and subway transfers, which is very convenient. The staff and drivers are all very friendly. The only minor downsides are that there's no coffee machine at breakfast, and the breakfast selection isn't very wide and is the same every day. However, it's still filling, and compared to other budget hotels, it's quite good. Definitely recommended!"

The service is simply outstanding – warm, efficient, and they pretty much cater to every request. Plus, the room rates are affordable, and parking is free. I was very satisfied with my stay!"

"Our stay was wonderful! The room was fully equipped with smart voice control for everything. We especially appreciated the fridge and water dispenser, which made getting hot water really convenient. The afternoon tea was also lovely, my mom really enjoyed it. When we needed something, the front desk sent a robot to deliver it right to our door, which was super quick and handy. Breakfast was delicious too; I had the tofu pudding and rice noodles for two days straight! The staff were very welcoming and even gave us a souvenir when we left. We also tried the Thai massage on the ninth floor, which was incredibly relaxing. We're definitely planning to stay here again on our next visit!"

"Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels, both domestic and international, this one definitely has its highlights, but also some noticeable flaws: 1) **Location:** Extremely convenient. It's super easy to get anywhere from here. 2) **Ambiance:** It's right across from Cuihu Park, with beautiful lotus flowers, playful squirrels, and egrets returning to their nests in the evening. The hotel is also right by the famous Huang Gong Dong Street, which attracts many people for photos. The hotel rooms are very quiet, but on Huang Gong Dong Street, there are many paid photography services that hog the spots, making it hard to get a good photo yourself. 3) **Service:** Excellent. Everyone greets guests proactively, and the housekeeping staff are particularly friendly and helpful. 4) **Cleanliness:** Acceptable. 5) **Breakfast:** Quite varied, and the staff were quick to clear used dishes. 6) **Facilities:** This is where the significant flaws lie. The hotel rooms don't have a separate shower, only a bathtub. The bathtub looks quite old, and the showerhead attached to it was completely dysfunctional – no matter how I adjusted it, the water flow was all wrong. I ended up having to shower under a few strong, erratic jets, feeling like I was showering under a fountain for two days – quite a traumatic experience! 😅 7) **Overall:** If they could just replace that faulty showerhead with one that works properly, I would definitely stay here again. Also, while most five-star hotels don't typically have self-service laundry rooms, many guests here are tourists. Having a self-service laundry facility would be a huge plus!"

Its proximity to the airport is fantastic – less than six kilometers away. We only found out upon arrival that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. After a quick call, a car was there to pick us up within ten minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel service is excellent, with complimentary tea, drinks, and even ice cream available in the lobby. The staff were warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room when we checked in. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and equipped with smart amenities. The surrounding area also has plenty of conveniences, from authentic Yunnan restaurants to souvenir shops.
