YYinyuezouqiI had a thoroughly satisfying 3-day, 2-night New Year's Eve stay. I also got to experience the lively atmosphere at Dianchi Town (Outlet). The hotel's location is excellent, right in the Wangfujing Outlet at the Convention and Exhibition Center, making dining and shopping very convenient. As for the hotel itself, the overall service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsible. The rooms were spacious with unique layouts, and while the breakfast selection wasn't huge, every item was high quality. Lunch was a fixed set menu, one portion per person, and it was quite tasty.
I do have one suggestion: since the hotel is on the third floor of a shopping center, it's genuinely hard to find for first-time visitors. Although the hotel has put up a sign near a certain underground parking entrance in the plaza (as pictured), taxis and ride-sharing apps can't pinpoint the exact location. Could there be a larger, more prominent sign? The first time, because I was dropped off about 20 meters away, I spent over 10 minutes searching up and down and all around for the elevator entrance (because navigation can't differentiate between floors). On subsequent trips back, not a single driver managed to pull up to the correct spot.

AAsitanafangxuanlingThe hotel is beautifully designed, offering stunning views right from the window. The high-floor rooms boast expansive views and are equipped with large-screen TVs. Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary white fungus soup, freshly baked flower cakes, and fruit.
Convenience stores and fruit shops are conveniently located downstairs, and getting a taxi for transportation is very easy. It's also not far from Dounan; just a few minutes by taxi or about a 10-minute walk. Shared electric scooters are available right downstairs.
Our host was incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions and even recommended some great local eateries. You can also have breakfast delivered to your room. I highly recommend staying here.

CChengchengchengyuanThis stay far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the meticulous service. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby attractions and dining. The room was elegantly decorated and spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The toiletries in the bathroom had a lovely scent, and the facilities were very well-maintained, without any signs of age. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western styles, with fresh ingredients. The chef would even adjust dishes to guests' preferences. What surprised me most was that I accidentally left my charger behind when checking out. The hotel not only contacted me immediately but also proactively helped mail it back to me. Their efficiency and warmth were outstanding. The overall service was professional and warm, with every detail reflecting their attentiveness to guests. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is away from the city, if that what you are looking for, its quiet and very green. The rooms are large and well supplied but a bit dated. The breakfast is good and is at the top of the hill with a great view. In room massage service was a highlight of our stay and very reasonably priced and excellent. It is a great choice if you don't mind a 40 -50 min ride into the city center.

__WeChat291176****The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even had kids' slippers and welcome fruit for my two little ones, which was so heartwarming. She also helped with our luggage, gave me a travel map for Kunming, and provided all-around excellent service. Thumbs up, indeed! The hot springs were also very comfortable, and they even provided food to feed the seagulls. The next day, my kids were asleep, so they let us check out late free of charge, and even offered a room upgrade. Staying here with elderly family and children was truly stress-free ❤️. I even added them on WeChat; I'll definitely stay here again next time! 🫰🏻 (I've never reviewed a place this thoroughly before, haha!)

YyarawuWe feel very happy to stay in this hotel, because the location is convenient and close to the metro with plenty of restaurants and shops.
The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the shower facility was excellent with temperature control. They even upgraded a room with a bath tub for us. The breakfast served was good with coffee, soya milk, tea, noodles soups, bread etc etc.

EEuniceHYI arrive at the airport after 1 p.m. on August 8th, go up to the 3rd floor, and when Exit 2 closes and exit 3, there is a white car about 10 people, and I say the name of the hotel I want to go to, and get on, so I can get off my burial at the hotel.The driver of the shuttle I boarded thanked the foreigner for responding kindly to my pronunciation. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time.
8日晚1点多到达机场，上到3楼出发楼，2号出口关门，3号出口出来就有10人座左右的白色车，说出我想去的酒店的名字后乘车，因为是机场周边多家酒店更换的车，所以可以在自己要埋的酒店下车。我乘坐的班车的司机很感谢外国人亲切地回应我的发音。 15分钟后到达酒店,两位前台女职员亲切地询问我什么时候坐飞机,然后介绍10点出发的班车,确保没有差错地乘坐下一班飞机。 酒店房间又干净又大又合心意。 机场接送班机大概间隔10~15分钟，机场沙丁车在梅亭市。 …下次当然会使用。

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

DDanielwangleiI’ve to say this is the best hotel in Kunming, we had terrible busy conference week but the stay at Song hotel gives us wonderful relief in such busy days. We had booked 4 villa rooms including 3 foreigners and the hotel provides us tremendous service during the week. Their facilities, sanitary conditions, restaurant, breakfast, conference room etc are way beyond my expectation. Especially their timely response throughout housekeeper Xiao Bu who can always solve our requirements in just a second. Special thanks to their Chinese restaurant which severed delicate vegetarian food to my colleagues!

GGuest UserWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.
