Chambermaid does their job well.👍 Also found out i had a cockroach friend appearing on the tea console in the night, which i had to kill. 😐 Great for short short stay, close eyes and scoot. Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.
