The hotel staff provides exceptionally warm and friendly service. Check-in is efficient, and any requests are promptly and thoughtfully addressed. I particularly recommend their family rooms, which are spacious, bright, and well-laid out with comfortable bedding and comprehensive amenities. They are more than adequate for families or groups traveling together. Considering the affordable price, the value for money is outstanding compared to other hotels in the same category.
The rooms are clean, tidy, and boast excellent ventilation and natural light. The overall environment is quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel's ambiance is warm and elegant, with both soft furnishings and hardware chosen with great care. GGuest UserGreat stay at Babymoon Hotel! The location is excellent—right opposite Kunming Old Street, with lots of shopping and food nearby. Staffs were polite and helpful. Our family room was spacious with two large, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good and ordered the night before. Appreciated the free bottled water too.
Only downside was the lack of privacy as our window faced another building, so we had to keep the curtains closed. Overall, still a comfortable and convenient stay.

Downstairs, you'll find the Runcheng commercial area, and it's close to Wanda and Yunfang, making both travel and daily life convenient. The high-rise lobby is themed around camellia flowers, creating an elegant atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable Serta mattresses, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area with Peter Thomas Roth toiletries – thoughtful details. The buffet breakfast includes specialty Yunnan rice noodles, and the freshly ground coffee is aromatic. The 24-hour gym and free laundry room are very practical. The front desk service is efficient and enthusiastic. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, offering great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Kunming.

GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel twice now, and the service, facilities, and even the meditation classes have consistently been excellent. The hotel's ambiance and scent create a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, and the green views from the windows and the design are incredibly relaxing. All the staff members are exceptionally kind and friendly, always greeting you. I particularly appreciate the hotel's cultural offerings and the thoughtful little details – they've put a lot of care into them. The breakfast is delicious too. Location-wise: across the road is Daguan Park and Yuyuan, perfect for a morning stroll. There are also dedicated cycling and running paths right outside the hotel. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Haigeng Dam, and Cuihu Lake isn't too far either. Overall, it offers great value for money; it's healing, quiet, and truly feels like a home away from home.

GGuest UserHotel is located among the higher end residential area. The road along the hotel is lined with pretty jacaranda trees. It’s less than 1 km walk from modern Tongde Kunming mall with nice restaurants and Baiyun train station via an underground shopping stretch. Donghua market is also nearby at 2+ km away.
Service is good. It was non peak period and we were given a room upgrade and accommodated a late check out. Cleaners are very friendly. Room is well cleaned with no smell even though corridor and reception area sometimes smell of smoke. The carpet may need a good wash.
The breakfast buffet spread is wide. Cooked food quality is excellent especially the rose pastry and fried rice. They are more delicious and fresher than those we bought outside the hotel. The 2 ladies at the cafe are friendly and very helpful.
The laundry area is located before the cafe on 2nd floor. There are only 2 washing machines and dryers which are usually busy in the morning and evening. In the evening, the area outside the laundry area is dark as the cafe is closed and not lighted up.

The room was clean and elegant, and the bed and pillows were just right – not too hard, not too soft. Breakfast was fresh, and there was even a free late-night buffet. The location is super convenient for getting around. The old street is right behind the building, making it really easy to take photos, explore, and grab a bite to eat. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

MM261441****The hotel is easy to find and offers free parking. We bought a package that included complimentary small dishes, which could be enjoyed at the雅思 restaurant from 11:00 to 13:30. The food was quite good, convenient, and there was a wide variety. The breakfast was especially thoughtful, running from 7 AM all the way until 1:30 PM, which was a blessing for us late sleepers! The selection was very rich. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe lobby has a free printer and charging stations, which is super convenient for business emergencies. The complimentary freshly ground coffee is just as good as what you'd find outside. There are plenty of common areas, perfect for impromptu meetings or getting work done, and the overall atmosphere is quiet, not chaotic. This is much better than many hotels in the same price range; my productivity definitely improved. The front desk service is also excellent.

GGuest UserI chose the airport transfer service, which was very convenient and saved a lot of effort. After arriving at Kunming Airport, I waited at the sign by Gate 8 on the B1 departure level. Shuttles depart at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. When checking in, I informed them of my flight time for the next day, and the front desk noted it down for the shuttle to the airport.
The room was a comfort type, and it was quite comfortable for a one-night stay. The minibar had a good variety of tea bags, coffee, and other items. However, the faucet for adjusting water temperature in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly; the water was either too cold or too hot, and I couldn't get it to the ideal temperature. The toilet had an automatic flush, but it was a bit delayed, always flushing unexpectedly.
The biggest pleasant surprise was their breakfast. It started serving at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for passengers with early flights. The variety was excellent for a hotel of this price.
Next time I have an early flight, I'll definitely stay here again!

XXiaotaiyang❤️.1. Kunming South High-Speed Rail Station shuttle service (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM): Luxury car pick-up and drop-off on the hour. Hotel to Kunming South takes about 7-8 minutes.
2. The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors. All appliances were fully functional. It would be perfect if disposable face towels weren't provided (implying a preference for reusable options or a wish for less waste).
3. The staff were polite and provided excellent, thoughtful service.
4. Breakfast was good, and the hotel offers great value for money. I recommend it and will stay here again on my next visit.
