MM486750****The hotel is right next to the bustling Jinma Biji Square, and it's just across the road from Kunming Old Street commercial area and Nanqiang Night Market. The hotel staff are very attentive and proactive, and the breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of choices. Although the room isn't huge, it's actually quite comfortable to stay in. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's no worse than other hotels in the same category. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I would definitely book this hotel again if I'm ever in Wuhua District.

LLinenhualongThe front desk provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious, featuring a frosted glass partition that beautifully separated the living and sleeping areas – a really nice touch! All the facilities and amenities were excellent, truly befitting a long-established Hilton property. Complimentary self-service coffee and tea were also available on the first floor. My only slight disappointment was the somewhat noisy air conditioning. The hotel seemed aware of this, as earplugs were thoughtfully provided on the bedside tables. We chose not to use the AC, as Kunming is known as the 'Spring City' and it wasn't particularly warm. At check-out, the front desk staff proactively inquired about our stay and seemed genuinely concerned about guest satisfaction. Their service was very attentive and well-executed.

HHaihaozaiThe hotel room was fully equipped, and I think I got an upgrade because the room was spacious. I watched a movie using the projector, and the audio-visual experience was excellent. The hotel is very close to Daguan Park, within walking distance, and watching the seagulls was a lovely experience. I also enjoyed a private yoga class since I was the only guest who booked it. The breakfast was very rich and great value for money. This new hotel is definitely a worthy choice for a two-night stay in Kunming.

The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed stable, which was very convenient for working on a business trip. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, there were plenty of hot dishes and drinks to quickly start the day. The front desk was efficient for check-in and check-out, and the robot delivery service was a thoughtful touch. The only downside was slightly poor soundproofing; rooms facing the street had a bit of noise. Overall, it's a very cost-effective and practical choice, ideal for business travelers with a tight schedule.

Firstly, upon entering the room, I discovered leftover water from a previous guest in the electric kettle. I called the front desk, and someone promptly came to replace it, but it still raised concerns about the hotel's overall cleanliness.
The window soundproofing was a significant problem, likely due to poor sealing. I could hear considerable noise from both planes and passing heavy trucks.
Additionally, the night light was overly sensitive. In the middle of the night, if someone downstairs occasionally banged on the wall, my night light would flick on.
The airport transfer service was excellent – punctual and on schedule. Just remember to book in advance.

EE4198****My stay at this hotel in Kunming was such a pleasant surprise! The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and enjoyable. All the staff members were very professional. Even though it was New Year's Day and the city center was quite congested, their thoughtful service made my overall experience fantastic. Oh, and Kunming has so much delicious food – the pounded chicken feet and rice noodles were both amazing!

GGuest UserThis hotel feels great, with a good location, 2 minutes walk from Dianchi Lake, and surrounded by scenic spots, including Xishan, Haigeng Park, and the National Village. The room is great, the big bed is very comfortable, the constant temperature shower, and the hair dryer are very useful. The service is especially good. We arrived very late, and the hotel has private dishes. We contacted them in advance, and the chef waited until we arrived to finish the meal before leaving get off work. The food is delicious, their set meal is affordable, and the hotel waiter is also very warm. They prepared baby chairs and baby tableware in advance, and sent afternoon tea the next day. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay, worth recommending

PpumzaiThis is my third time staying at this hotel. It's incredibly close to the airport, with a shuttle service that gets you there in just 3 minutes. The rooms are spacious and very clean, well-equipped, and the service is excellent. It's truly the best choice for a layover. Plus, the price now is much cheaper than it was 10 years ago, offering fantastic value for money.
