GGuest UserIn fact, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Kunming and this is the hotel that makes me feel more in love with this country. They are so cute that they treat me like a real friend instead of a guest from far away. I lost my passport and thanks to their presence, my trip became more meaningful instead of feeling unlucky. The hotel is great and fully equipped according to the standards of a 4 to 5 star hotel. But what makes me feel the best is the way the hotel owner and staff helped us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here and recommend this wonderful accommodation to other friends. They deserve 1000/10 points.

SSze Kay YipI loved my time at Healingmind Hotel (忽岚间)! Very special place that I would highly recommend to everyone looking for a unique and wellness-focused retreat, while still having time to explore the wonderful city of Kunming. Will be telling all my friends about this!
Details:
Experiences: stay includes three free experiences a day - morning yoga, afternoon sound bath meditation, evening aromatherapy. Had to rearrange my schedule a little to fit these in but I highly highly recommend going for them, the teachers were lovely and welcoming, and you might even end up with a ”private lesson” if you're the only person for that session! Especially recommend the morning yoga, the teacher was so kind and willing to customise the session to fit my experience level, and it was an amazing way to start the day and end my trip :)
Service: excellent, staff were young and enthusiastic and always willing to advise or lend a helping hand.
Amenities: included breakfast was excellent, decent range and variety - the rice noodles were great! The room was spacious, clean, and airy with good views, and I loved the little touches like the aroma diffuser and teapot set. The teahouse and pool were especially unique touches!
Location: easy to get around by car, drivers had no problem picking me up. There's a lovely park right opposite that runs along Dianchi Lake (滇池) towards the bay (海埂大坝) and from there you can take the cable car to Xishan (西山景区). About 20 minutes by car to Kunming Train Station (昆明站) and 40 minutes by car to Kunming Airport (昆明长水机场).

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel facilities are new and comprehensive, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, pastries, and fruits, all of which tasted great. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively upgrading my room. Their service was both warm and professional, making me feel cared for throughout my stay. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserMy stay at Mengjing Xiyue Hotel was such a pleasant surprise, I just have to rave about it!
First off, a huge shout-out to the hotel staff 👍. Their service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. From check-in to everyday care, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Any requests were promptly addressed, and I never felt out of place.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. Both the common areas and the rooms were spotless and tidy. The bed, especially, was super soft and cozy – once I lay down, I didn't want to get up! I slept soundly every night.
What truly impressed me was the scenery 🌿. The rooftop terrace was adorned with succulents and bougainvillea, looking absolutely therapeutic under the sun. You can also enjoy a panoramic city view from there. It's perfect for just relaxing or taking photos – truly a hidden gem, offering tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle.
The breakfast was also very well thought out. A steaming bowl of rice noodles paired with some snacks was a perfect way to start an energetic day. The afternoon tea desserts were also exquisite and delicious.
Overall, a perfect experience. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was so comfy I slept straight through till morning. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient; check-in was quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with excellent attention to cleanliness. It offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. GGuest UserI chose the airport transfer service, which was very convenient and saved a lot of effort. After arriving at Kunming Airport, I waited at the sign by Gate 8 on the B1 departure level. Shuttles depart at 15 and 45 minutes past the hour, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. When checking in, I informed them of my flight time for the next day, and the front desk noted it down for the shuttle to the airport.
The room was a comfort type, and it was quite comfortable for a one-night stay. The minibar had a good variety of tea bags, coffee, and other items. However, the faucet for adjusting water temperature in the bathroom wasn't very user-friendly; the water was either too cold or too hot, and I couldn't get it to the ideal temperature. The toilet had an automatic flush, but it was a bit delayed, always flushing unexpectedly.
The biggest pleasant surprise was their breakfast. It started serving at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for passengers with early flights. The variety was excellent for a hotel of this price.
Next time I have an early flight, I'll definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserWe had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊

They provide a 24-hour shuttle service and 24-hour check-in, which is very convenient. However, when I checked in late at night, the process was quite slow. Travelers arriving on late flights are often exhausted and want to rest immediately, so standing and waiting for a long time was frustrating.Regarding the room, it was spacious and comfortable. I especially liked that the bathroom was well-designed with a clear separation between the wet and dry areas.
