Great stay with a great location! The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were very comfortable and clean. We were also taken good care of my Ms Pooh who checked in regularly to ensure that we were well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kunming!

It was one of the most pleasing stays I had in all Kunming. The friendly staff, the amazing breakfast and the fact that they speak amazing English to assist you. To how fast they register you and how convenient it is to go all around , the station is nearby so if you’re planning to go to Dali or anywhere , it’s super convenient. The bathtub was very clean and the view was so beautiful! Deserves a 5 star 🌟 for sure!! They were so nice I had this food for free and even a Chinese rose cake for the new year !

Room is of good size and is clean and well maintained. Location of hotel is great as it is walking distance to Nan-ping street, nanqiang street and old town shopping areas n malls. Hotel gives a grand vibe The breakfast spread was very good and extensive Most importantly, the professionalism of the staff especially Manager Sam Chen is impressive. He followed up on feedback /requests and took initiative to get back with solution. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Kunming.

We had a very good time in this hotel! 1) the room was nice: comfortable bed, nice balcony, shower and bathtub 2) breakfast was good, mainly Chinese but tasty (we missed some cheese) and it was not crowded, it was very clean and organized 3) staff were polite although we always had to use apps to communicate which created sometimes misunderstandings 4) pool was nice, with a hot water pool and slides so lots of fun for a toddler 5) playground for a 2yo was small but considering that there was a pool also, my son had fun Overall we like it a lot and considering the price, it’s was a good choice

My first proper hotel in Kunming,(been staying in 民宿）, ge chance to take a break from my fast paced itinerary to Dali, Lijiang, and Shangri La. The reception staff is incredibly friendly and well trained, and taken great care of me, giving advise and arranging hotel provided tasty set-meals daily. The hotel have great amenities - a pool, hot spring, laundry washer/ dryer, is located at a quiet street, next to Daguan park, and my huge room comes with a balcony with plenty of sunlight, and nice view of the Dianchi and Daguan park. Hot water is readily available. Breakfast options are basic and have room for improvement. Overall, I am satisfied and will consider staying here next time.

I sit on it to watch TV series on the tablet, and it won't disturb my husband's work. We don't interfere with each other and have our own fun. Although the hotel's buffet breakfast is not very varied, it has all the Chinese and Western styles, including Yunnan rice noodles, noodles, buns, porridge, white fungus soup, milk, fruit, and coffee. Let you choose freely and have a good meal! Some Chinese food needs to be booked in advance, such as steamed chicken, seafood, etc. **** There is a group purchase. We ordered a meal for two and rice noodles. The price is reasonable and the taste is good. You can also order takeout, and the robot will deliver it to the room, and you can perfectly experience many artificial intelligence services. There is also a self-service laundry and gym on the 4th floor to provide convenient services for guests, but I didn’t experience it this time. I hope I will have a chance in the future. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay at Wyndham this time. Although it is a new hotel that has just opened, there is no smell of new decoration. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Kunming Botanical Garden and next to Yunnan Agricultural University. The environment of the Agricultural University is not inferior to that of the Botanical Garden, with green trees and a good place for walking. Although the hotel is a certain age, it is well maintained and does not feel old at all. It is clean and tidy. The flower arrangements and landscape shapes everywhere are very artistic. The service is also very good. Every employee I met greeted me with a smile. I especially want to praise the housekeeper Xiao Yang. The thoughtful service left us a good impression. He arranged fruit yogurt on time every day and kept asking us if we needed anything. After a day, we seemed to have become old friends. We couldn't help but greet each other enthusiastically when we met, because I felt that Xiao Yang wanted to provide us with better service from the bottom of his heart. This sincerity is something I have never felt in other hotels. In addition, the hotel restaurant is really delicious and highly recommended. For this reason, we stayed for another day.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best experience of all our trips around China. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. Breakfast was perfectly fine with a mixture of Chinese and western options. We had originally booked a deluxe queen room but the AC wasn’t working properly and the room became stuffy upon our arrival. We asked for help to fix it but the hotel offered us even a better solution. We were upgraded to a king suite, much bigger than our original booked room. This was a very generous offer. We will definitely come back to this hotel again in future.
