The room is very big, hygiene: very clean, service: very good, and they upgraded our room. Facilities: very close to Haigeng Dam and Haigeng Park. There are still a batch of seagulls that have not flown away recently. They are in Haihong Wetland Park. The landlords are very nice. You can ask them for seagull bread, and they will give it to you for free. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. It is a very satisfying experience!

The owners are very warm and friendly, the prices are reasonable, the bedding is clean, and the stay is a great experience. It's located in a quiet villa area with birdsong and fragrant flowers, and it's very close to Dianchi Lake and Xishan Mountain.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is great and making it easy to explore the area. The view from the terrace was stunning. A special thanks goes to our host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Since we don’t speak Chinese, she assisted us with everything – from finding our way around and organizing transportation. We can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

From Shangri-La back to Kunming, I set this homestay. The wetland park is around 600M at the door. You can walk around Dianchi Lake. The location is very good. It is suitable for friends who play near Dianchi Lake to book; The boss and the proprietress are very good, because it is early in the morning, the proprietress waited a little more and personally went out to greet, very touched; the homestay is Chinese style I like very much, the infrastructure is complete, there is no problem, the room is soundproofed, and there is no health problem; The last day of my stay in Yunnan, I drew a perfect end, I wish my boss a prosperous business!

Service: We had a lot of luggage, and the staff helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and left, which was very thoughtful. Pet-friendly, my rabbit had a great time! I brought my own cage to avoid making the guesthouse dirty. Canned Roasted Milk Tea/Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles/Choose one: The milk tea was delicious, with a strong aroma of rose and tea.

The owner of the B&B is really very nice! The bus we got off from Kunming Station picked us up and took us to the airport for free. It was so happy and hassle-free. The trunk of the boss’s car is big enough for a bunch of our suitcases! The main reason is that the price is really cheap in the off-season, and there is also a barbecue stove, which is similar to the one in my hometown. It is very comfortable for a group of people to sit inside and chat! There are also speakers that can sing hahahahaha. By the way, the noodles cooked by the boss lady are really suitable for my Hunan stomach. They are so delicious, and the tomatoes are so delicious that I want to take them away.

The light in the room is relatively dark and the lighting is not very good because there is a wall outside the window and the floor tiles are dark in color. The sound insulation effect is not good, the towels are old and have rough edges. Hygiene needs to be improved.

I am so thankful to this motel worker! I had problems with registration in my university and I needed to find place to sleep for night! Location was perfect for me and uncle let me before 14:00 and I am so grateful for this because I was so tired after the road!

The service attitude is quite good, and the price is acceptable. The environment and facilities can't compare to places that cost over 200, but in the room we stayed in, one of the beds had a stain on the sheet that couldn't be washed off. The pillow also had a yellow side, and when flipped over, there was an even longer stain. I didn't take pictures, but I suggest the hotel instruct the housekeeping staff to report such situations. Even though the room rate isn't high, I recommend that items that can't be cleaned properly shouldn't be reused.
