Soaking in the warm water, it seems that all the pressure is dissipated with the heat. It is so comfortable and comfortable, it is really relaxing.
We also received a free breakfast experience. Here, I felt the attentive service of the hotel staff. They always greeted every guest with a smile and made us feel at home.

"This hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance to Cuihu Park and Kunming Old Street, and the subway is super close, making it incredibly convenient to get to Yuantong Mountain for cherry blossom viewing. It's also near Kunming Railway Station, so getting around is a breeze. The rooms are clean and tidy, with great natural light and soundproofing, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies. They were always quick to help with any issues, and their attitude was gentle and thoughtful. It's the ideal place to stay for exploring Kunming's food, sights, and flowers – excellent value for money and a fantastic experience. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Kunming!"

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: The hotel is located within the Expo Garden, formerly the Japan Pavilion, now transformed into a guesthouse. The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel.
Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserZhang Dongping provided excellent service! The two gentlemen and lady at the front desk were also very friendly. They even gave us a gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch. The room was very spacious with a lovely garden view and a soaking tub. It's a shame our room didn't get morning sun, otherwise, we would have stayed a few more days! The soundproofing was great, the room was large, the service was excellent, and the garden was beautiful! It's perfect for families with kids.

SScriusIf you're traveling with kids, this is the place to be! They'll be so engrossed, you won't hear a peep from them. The garden and children's playground are absolutely fantastic. Seeing the kids happy is what matters most. Plus, the hotel is close to Dianchi Lake, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. You can go see the seagulls and take a stroll. It's pure bliss!

The hotel has an immersive garden style, with palm trees, water features, and greenery arranged in a harmonious way. Whether relaxing by the pool or strolling in the lobby, it felt like being in a secret haven in the city, providing relaxation for both the eyes and the mind. The public areas (corridors and lobby) were clean and bright, with meticulous attention to hygiene details; even the poolside lounge area was spotless. 👍👍👍

MmumuThe environment is decent, but the location is really out of the way with hardly any food options and limited delivery services. I ordered late-night supper from the hotel's own restaurant, and it was terrible – cold and, more importantly, unsanitary. I ate it around 10 PM, and by 2 AM, I was violently throwing up and had diarrhea. Couldn't even get medicine delivered in the middle of the night. I toughed it out until morning, took some meds, but didn't feel better, so I ended up in the ER getting an IV drip.
I was supposed to be on vacation, and now I'm definitely not coming back. For a hotel costing over 3000, this level of quality is just unacceptable. Ended up with acute gastroenteritis. Seriously speechless.

When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.

Environment: Our room was on the 2nd floor of Building G. Although it was quite far from the lobby and required 4-5 elevator transfers, the view from the room was excellent. I loved it.
Service: They even held breakfast for us when we were almost late, and the staff were very accommodating. The cleaning ladies we met also helped us with the elevator, they were very kind.
Indoor soaking tub water: One tub was actually perfectly sufficient. I took a soak at night and the water was very hot.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with this hotel. It is an independent building with a dedicated parking lot at the door. The room is clean and tidy without any odor. The service attitude is good. In particular, when I checked in, a tall man with glasses at the front desk was very professional and thoughtful. He upgraded the room to a quieter direction because he was afraid of noise. He also patiently introduced the surrounding travel routes and traffic conditions. It is very convenient to go to Dianchi Lake and Kunming Old Street.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable.
The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep.
