Maison Hotel Bangkok
"We stayed at Maison Hotel Bangkok in the Natee Deluxe King room from June 18–23, and honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights! It was also our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the extra effort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to the cleaning lady on the 10th floor. She was always so warm and cheerful, greeting us with a big smile every time we saw her. It's little interactions like that that made us feel even more at home during our stay. One of the things we loved most was the location. You get the best of both worlds—it's just a short walk to the lively Nana area with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and BTS Nana Station, but once you're back at the hotel, it's surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on foot, but on hot and humid days, the complimentary tuk-tuk ride to Nana Station was such a thoughtful perk. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to either make the tuk-tuk service available with a bit more flexibility or provide guests with a copy of the shuttle schedule in each room. We only found out about some of the time slots later during our stay, and having the schedule readily available would be really helpful. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—it was AMAZING! There was a great variety of food every morning, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff were just as warm, welcoming, and attentive as everyone else in the hotel. We also tried the Somtum restaurant right across the lobby, and wow... the food was incredible! I was never really a fan of som tam before, but after eating there, I completely changed my mind. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and authentic. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for—comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Maison Hotel truly felt like a little oasis in the middle of Bangkok, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We left wishing we had stayed longer, and we'll absolutely be back on our next visit. Kudos to the entire management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary and our Bangkok trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back! ❤️"
12 The Residence Hotel (Don Mueang Airport)
"The accommodation was clean, convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. They offer a free shuttle service to Don Mueang Airport railway station, and you can cross the skywalk directly into the airport. The shuttle departs every hour, and you can book it when you check in."

Rambuttri Village Inn & Plaza
"Very bad service.Staff charged my money more 400THB and 500THB for deposit.I booked a hotel for Queen Size bed but staff notified us that they are not allowed to stay 2 people that why did they charge me 400THB more.As I am Thais.I never back again. All of the pillow and bed are very dirty. 👎🏻"
Mii Hotel Srinakarin
"The hotel smells so fresh and is great value for money. We had to book an extra night because the bed was incredibly comfortable! They have a spa and a pool, but I was a little disappointed there wasn't a fitness center. We were just on a staycation since it's close to home. I wasn't looking my best, wearing old pajamas for three days, but the service was absolutely non-judgmental. Everyone was so polite and had an incredible service-minded attitude. Everything here is the best in the area."
Montraj Continent Sukhumvit Bangkok
"We are pleasantly surprised when we saw and stayed at this hotel. Interior is stunning! The rooms are very modern, and the lobby is quite cozy and very homey. We will definitely consider this in our future Bangkok trip!"
Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok
"I enjoyed the whole time of our stay. All were perfect."
Miracle Grand Convention Hotel
"The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was also cozy, perfect for working, dining, or as a meeting point. Most importantly, it's very close to Don Mueang Airport, making travel incredibly convenient."
Pullman Bangkok King Power
"Facilities: A bit old, but the pool is great and opens as early as 6 AM. Breakfast is good, and the service is decent. Hygiene: Acceptable. Ambiance: Excellent. Service: The front desk's Chinese language proficiency is just average. The nearby King Power Duty-Free shop isn't worth visiting."
Cassia Rama 9 Bangkok, part of Banyan Group
"Been staying here quite often, the loation is a bit out. Hotel did provide transport, do check the timing and remember to inform front desk if you are waiting for the transport. This time round there are quite a bit of changes with the hotel. More F&B available that make it easy for everyone that staying here and 24hr Lawson shop. As for the room, good and bad for moving the bed down. If decide to place the bed at lower level, best to relocate the master switch and mount the TV on the wall instead of leaving on the TV console. You won't be able to watch when lying on bed. Honestly, I do prefer the bed on the loft. Last, there's are 2 things I would like to highlight. 1st, the lift waiting time is far too long and everytimes during my stay 1 lift will be down for repair. I'm not sure is there a sequence for lift timing, at times all 3 lifts at top level.. 2nd, during check in you can feel the vibe is so different compare to the past when my 1st visit in Nov 2024 and no longer feel welcoming and friendly as before. Afterall is still worth a stay and I will be back in June again if not heading to chiangmai."
Aetas Lumpini
"The stay was perfect, worth the money. The jacuzzi is well-maintained and definitely recommend for couple who look for affordable luxury hotel! From our room, we can even saw drone performance"
VELA be Bangkok Ratchathewi
"location is perfect, two 7-11 down the soi, staff are friendly and good english speakers. good location 500m down to siam square!"
Centre Point Plus Hotel Pratunam
"Visit this hotel again after 5 months. As usual th⁸e room is big and comfortable. Same as the picture. We are at room at high floor. However, outside the hotel there were construction going on, the traffic was heavy and it can be quite noisy at night. At my room, i can hear that the work continued pass mid night and started very early in the morning. The hotel management had informed via a notice in the room. But, i understand this is beyond their control. Will consider sonewhere else in my next booking."
I Residence Hotel Silom
"This is a wonderful place to stay. I often take short trips and always choose this place. It's very close to the BTS, convenient, and has everything I need."
Omni Tower Serviced Apartment
Livotel Hotel Hua Mak Bangkok
"Nice hotel. Big lobby, have chairs at lobby. Have swimming pool"
The Heritage Hotels Bangkok
"It is strategically located near the BTS. The room is spacious but slightly old and a few tiny cockroaches are seen. Overall value for money."

Where to Stay in Bangkok
Bangkok is a city that never really slows down, yet it also has pockets of calm if you know where to look. In areas like Sukhumvit and Silom, the streets buzz with traffic, street food stalls sizzle late into the night, and rooftop bars fill with people enjoying the skyline. Markets spill over with colors, sounds, and the smell of grilled skewers. But just a short walk or a quick boat ride away, you can step into quiet temples, shady courtyards, and riverside cafés where time feels slower. The city moves between energy and ease, giving you a chance to soak up both the excitement and the quiet charm.

Getting to and Around Bangkok
Bangkok is served by two main airports: Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), about 30 km from the city center, and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), around 24 km away.
From Suvarnabhumi, you can take the Airport Rail Link directly into the city, hop on a taxi, or use ride-hailing apps for convenience. From Don Mueang, taxis and airport buses are the most common, though trains also connect to central Bangkok.
Once in the city, getting around is easy with the BTS Skytrain, MRT subway, boats along the Chao Phraya River, and plenty of taxis or tuk-tuks. Walking works well in certain neighborhoods, especially around Old Town or Sukhumvit, but traffic can be heavy, so public transport is often faster.
If you want a smooth arrival, some hotels offer airport pick-up services, which can be helpful after a long flight.

Tips for Booking Bangkok Hotels
Book Early for Peak Seasons
Hotels in Bangkok fill up fast during New Year, Songkran Festival (April), and year-end holidays. If you’re visiting around these times, it’s best to book weeks or even months ahead. Popular areas like Sukhumvit and Silom see higher rates and limited availability.
Watch Out for Major Events
Bangkok hosts big events such as Songkran water fights, Loy Krathong Festival, and international concerts. These attract huge crowds, and hotel prices often spike. Booking early helps you secure your preferred location and avoid paying extra.
Save with Booking Perks
Platforms like Trip.com often offer discounts and member perks. New users can sometimes get extra savings on selected hotels — great for putting a little more budget toward rooftop dining or a nicer room with a view.
Stay Smart with Location Choices
If you want to save on accommodation, you don’t have to stay right in the heart of Sukhumvit. Consider:
- Silom – More affordable and close to night markets, temples, and food stalls.
- Riverside – Peaceful stays with scenic views, often at better value than luxury city-center hotels.
- Ari or Phaya Thai – Quieter neighborhoods with local charm, budget-friendly guesthouses, and easy Skytrain access.
