"They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the car was spotless. I didn't have high expectations for the hotel, especially since it was only just over 200 yuan, but when I got to the room, I found it incredibly clean and tidy. The bath towels and regular towels were individually packaged, and they even provided bathrobes. The whole room was smart-controlled. I especially want to highlight how comfortable the bed and pillows were – I had a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast, considering the price, was also excellent. Right next to the hotel is a huge restaurant specializing in Yunnan cuisine; a quick search shows it's quite unique, but unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't try it. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. There are perhaps two areas that could use improvement: staff training needs to be more professional. When I checked in, I asked the front desk where a supermarket was, and they just said 'turn right when you leave.' They didn't specify which exit, and with a child in the rain, we ended up walking around in circles. However, a staff member (the same young man from the front desk) did chase after us later, which was a nice gesture. The other point is that after checking out, I received a call from the hotel from a woman whose communication style was very robotic. She directly asked for a good review, which honestly made me quite uncomfortable. If the hotel hadn't been genuinely good, a call like that might have had the opposite effect. They really need more training in this area."

"This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, and it's super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The room was clean and odor-free, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. The staff were attentive and patient, and the environment was quiet, not noisy at all. It's a perfect place to stay for travel, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area."

Upon arrival, the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in within minutes; their demeanor was consistently gentle and polite. The room was exceptionally clean, with not a speck of dust on the floors, in the bathroom, or on the windowsills. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch, and non-slip mats and shelves were all provided. The mattress was soft yet supportive, and the blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast offered a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including porridge, pastries, fruit, and hot dishes, all tasting fresh. The self-service laundry room was a huge convenience for washing clothes after exploring. The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The price was truly a bargain. It's genuinely clean, comfortable, and offers thoughtful amenities, living up to its 'Home Inn' name. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be returning!"

The owner is incredibly welcoming, and the service is fantastic. Seeing that we had a child with us, they even gave us a free upgrade to a family room. The hotel environment is excellent, and the design of the entrance and courtyard shows great taste. The room facilities are fully smart, clean, and hygienic. It's a truly rare and exceptional hotel. Finally, I have to say again, the owner's service is really outstanding – nine out of ten points definitely go to the owner, hahaha!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone with a one-night stay, especially if you have a late-night arrival or an early morning flight. Although there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself is very comfortable. The rooms are modern, equipped with smart features, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast offers a good variety of choices, and the restaurant staff are exceptionally warm and sincere. It was also a nice touch that they offered guests Yunnan’s famous rose biscuits to sample. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, making it an excellent choice for transit travelers. My only suggestion is to contact the hotel via WeChat in advance, especially for foreign visitor. Adding us on WeChat in advance before arrival makes communication much easier. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for the airport pickup because our phone calls went unanswered, even though the support line responded quickly once we got through. Overall, despite the pickup delay, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and convenient airport location."

"The room was spacious and new. My flight was delayed, so I arrived at Changshui Airport in the early hours. I contacted the front desk, and they instructed me to collect my luggage, then go to Exit 5 on B2, turn left, walk about 50 meters to the No. 7 police booth, and call them again. Around 10 minutes later, a car came to pick us up. The driver first dropped us off at the T1 branch on the way, then took two other guests to another Park Inn hotel. We quickly checked in and booked a shuttle for 7:25 AM. The staff kindly arranged for us to stay on the first floor, which meant less walking. By the time I got into the room, it was already 2 AM, so I quickly went to sleep. The bedding was very comfortable. I woke up at 6:30 AM and had a refreshing shower. At 7:15 AM, I checked out and went for a walk outside. It's close to the airport but not noisy. Among all the airport hotels I've stayed in, this one was the quietest. Great value for money and excellent service; I'll definitely stay here again."

Wuyi Road subway station, Old Street are all within walking distance, and if you're up for a stroll, you can leisurely explore Huangongdong Street, Wenlin Road, Cultural Road, and Cuihe. The hotel's lobby and restaurant have a great vibe, and the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to help. They even upgraded us to a room with a terrace! The room facilities are complete, and this was the cleanest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip – we were so happy! "My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Kunming Railway Station, during a layover in Kunming, exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kunming Railway Station. It's just an 8-minute walk with luggage, which is incredibly convenient for travelers catching a train, saving a lot of hassle and travel time. Upon checking in, I happened upon the hotel's grand opening event. The staff were warm and attentive, even giving out lovely small gifts, which really made me feel valued. Walking into the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was; every corner was spotless, and there were no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a great night's rest, and the toiletries were also of good quality, offering a pleasant experience. The room layout was practical, and the sleeping environment was quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long journey. Considering the location, cleanliness, and service, it's perfectly suited for a temporary stay during a railway transfer. If I have another layover in Kunming, I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a train nearby."

"This is indeed a courtyard hotel, and it's incredibly quiet. As soon as you enter, there's a bar with a fridge, and the TV is huge, with seamless screen mirroring from my phone. The wet and dry areas are completely separate: the washbasin, shower, and toilet are all in individual sections. The mattress is just right, not too soft or too firm, and there's a choice of regular pillows and memory foam pillows, so I slept very comfortably. There was a stack of bottled water on the table by the door, which was very convenient to grab on the way out. Plus, the staff's service attitude was excellent. All in all, I'm very satisfied!"
