"Room Type: My room on the third floor had a small courtyard and was a loft style. I had originally booked for three nights, but being a light sleeper, I found the noise from either the air conditioner or solar water heater a bit loud after the first night. After speaking with the butler, we were upgraded to a duplex garden chess and card family room for the second and third nights. This room had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, was very spacious at 135 square meters, and offered a much better experience. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet and a strong shower. Service: Our butler was very enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful. He helped with pick-up, drop-off, and luggage, and provided water, hangers, and anything else we needed during our stay. Big thumbs up to him (I didn't catch his name, so I'll just call him the 'chubby young man' for now 😀). Surrounding Environment: Not far from the hotel, there's Dianchi Green Island, where people jog and cycle. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. Minor Drawback: The breakfast selection was a bit limited, though it was very healthy. It would have been even better with more variety. Overall, it's worth staying here, and I would choose it again next time."

"When I checked in that day, I arrived quite late, so I was assigned to a different building, also on the top floor. The room was beautiful and very clean. Although it was a bit small, I had requested a quiet room, which is why I chose one on a corner. Even though the room was small, I could still see Dianchi Lake, and across the street was the Dounan Flower Market. This is an apartment hotel, meaning there are many different hotels within the same building, so it can feel a bit crowded with various people. However, being on the top floor, it was relatively quiet. There's a small garden on the rooftop with two adorable, super friendly cats, especially the grey and white one. When I squatted down, it jumped right onto me. The front desk staff were also very kind and proactively helped me with my luggage."

"This is the best hotel throughout our stay in Yunnan. It's big and comfortable. We enjoyed a movie on the big screen in the room. The location is nearby the Kunming south train station and there are eating stalls and mini markets around. Food is cheap . Highly recommended."

"I was a little nervous when I went to Yunnan for the first time. After getting off the plane, the boss lady came to pick us up and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The ladies were very considerate and friendly. I really like the hotel's disposable compressed towels, which are clean and hygienic and can be used with confidence. In short, this trip was very pleasant. In addition, there are cute cats for those who want to pet cats. There are very cute dogs (Doudou) for those who want to pet dogs."

"The concierge was very attentive, contacting us in advance to provide directions and the hotel's location, and even recommended nearby places to eat and explore. (Though the neighborhood layout is a bit complex – the lower level seems to be a warehouse, and it's lower in the north and higher in the south, so you need to go to the corresponding level on the south side of the street before entering the building. Also, the elevators can have a bit of a wait during peak hours). The floral-themed room was very well-designed, new, and clean, with many thoughtful touches like three types of scented toiletries, disposable face towels, thick-soled slippers, drinks, sweet soup, and fluffy cake-like flower pastries (delicious!). Although the room was a bit small, it was perfectly functional, and you could even enjoy a view outside the window. The electric curtains were particularly clever, avoiding the usual gap in the middle of traditional curtains, showing great consideration for guests. The soundproofing was acceptable. There was one minor flaw: the motion-sensor night light by the bed made a distinct clicking sound when turning on and off, and would occasionally trigger when sitting on the sofa. The hotel is not far from Dounan Flower Market, which is a great place to visit. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I'm very satisfied."
