Hi Seoul Hostel Myeongdong Central
"Small room but clean and comfortable. Little space to open luggage but it is not big issues to me. Sad to say no lift and you need to carry your own luggage to upstairs for self check in."
Oriens Hotel & Residences Myeongdong
"Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, the hotel shows its age. Hygiene: Decent, the cleaning was thorough. Environment: Very convenient, not far from Myeongdong. Service: The front desk staff was welcoming."
D.A.L Premium Capsule Hotel(WOMAN/MAN ONLY)
"this place is practically unmanned, yet runs pretty well. It is clean, tidy and you get all the services that are advertised. The capsule itself is cosy and very comfortable. There is ventilation inside. Don't expect good sound insulation between you and the neighbouring capsules. Everyone was respectful during my stay, but snoring is unavoidable, so if you're a light sleeper easily affected by this, then take note. Breakfast is the same everyday, toast, ham, cheese, coffee. The washrooms were very clean. Check in and check out was also a breeze. Location is very conveniently located between two stations: Dongdaemun and Dongmyo. Both have 2 lines, so this place is very well connected wherever you need to go/come back from in Seoul. Would stay here again if travelling solo."
COMOCASA residence
"nice hotel , but need to contact staff take the password before you check-in , no any counter"
HOTEL BLISS Myeongdong
"Clean room with everything you need. Very friendly staff. The only downside is that breakfast isn't available, but that's a minor issue! Highly recommended!"
Hotel Newv Gangnam Seoul
"The room is quite spacious and very clean, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. It's just a few steps from the subway station, literally a three-minute walk. There are plenty of food options nearby. The only downside is that it's quite a long subway ride to get to different attractions."
Hotel Drip&Drop, Myeongdong
"Excellent location. Just beside Euljiro 1 Station and make it so convenient to take train. Night market just below hotel."
WAYHOME
Hotel The Designers DDP
"Unfriendly staff, especially the guy working the night shift. He sighed every time I asked something while he was just playing on his phone. Complete waste of the owner's money."

L7 HONGDAE by LOTTE HOTELS
"Extremely convenient location right in the heart of Hongdae. It was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities are great, with a laundry room, gym, and swimming pool. They even have triple rooms, which are perfect for three travelers. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit."
Dongdaemun Saturn Hotel
"The room was clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind, making my stay very comfortable. The amenities were also excellent. I stayed for 5 nights, and although there wasn't a washing machine in the hotel, there was a coin laundry about 30 seconds away, which I used. It was very convenient as detergent was included. Getting to places like Myeongdong and Dongdaemun from the hotel by train or bus took about 30 minutes or less, which was great. Even when I came back late at night, the streets were well-lit, so I never felt unsafe. My only minor concern was that the room didn't have a window, making it feel a bit enclosed, but other than that, everything else was perfect. I would love to stay here again."
Cheonho Aria Hotel
"The hotel is easy to find, spacious, and clean. It is much bigger than many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Seoul, and the price is reasonable. The location is convenient, close to bus stops, the train station, and the airport bus. If you plan to attend a concert at KSPO, this is a good choice. There is tea, water, and coffee available at the reception area, and the staff are friendly. They also offer early check-in and late check-out, so you can contact them if needed. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay. The only downside is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, which may make it difficult for girls to do makeup."
Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Myeong-Dong
"The stay is damn near to myeongdong street. It’s great for me as a shopaholic hahahahahha"
Aank Hotel Cheongnyangni
"Self-check-in was available, and while the space was a bit small, I could still open my suitcase. Overall, it was very clean. However, to get to the room, you have to climb stairs to the second floor, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, it's very close to the MRT station, and the price is reasonable, making it perfect for concert-goers. There's an OY (pharmacy/convenience store, assuming this is what OY refers to in this context) and Daiso nearby, and plenty of restaurants."
Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences
Modern, French-inspired luxury stay that’s a favorite among couples and families.
Hotel Park Habio
"Facilities: For this price point, the hotel's facilities are quite comprehensive! Service: The front desk service was excellent! Thumbs up! 👍 Environment: The location is by the roadside, which is convenient for transportation! Service: Still pretty good."
NINE TREE BY PARNAS SEOUL MYEONGDONG 1
"Very good location, close to airport limousine as well as metro station. A lot of convenience store near hotel. Very easy to find. Staff are friendly as well."
Friendly DH Naissance Hotel by Mindrum Group
"The toilet and bathroom were clean, and I liked that there was a curtain divider! The toilet also had a bidet! The room was clean, and amenities like a toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were all provided, even a gown! There are many restaurants around the hotel, and I'd love to stay here again."
Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center
"Good experience over all. Very close to the Coex mall. Lobby is on 20 floor, which is different from others. Recently SamSung station has been remodeling, made it little noise when cars drive over the steel covered road. But it is reasonable price being in the center of Gangnam-gu. One of the pros was I made a reservation under my daugter's name, which I didn't recognised that time. they couldn't find the reservation a bit long time, and they was wrong where I booked it through. The trip.com.. not ***********. the room is clean. I would like to recommend to stay this hotel. Over all reasonable. There are many restuarants in the Coex mall and shopping spots too."
Shilla Stay Mapo (Hongdae)
"1. I knew the room was small and booked a twin room well in advance, but upon arrival, I was told only a king-sized bed was available. I reluctantly accepted. 2. The king room was indeed cramped, and with only one nightstand, it was inconvenient for two people. I had no choice but to move the bed myself, and to my disgust, a used condom wrapper with residue fell out from underneath. Absolutely repulsive! 3. The hotel's front desk staff came to handle it in the middle of the night, moving us to another king room of the same size, which *did* have a nightstand on each side – but still no twin room! We had to repack our luggage and switch rooms again at midnight. It was an exhausting ordeal. 4. From the 26th floor, you can see the Han River. There's a simple small gym, but the yoga mats in it were old and dirty. 5. The bathroom door opened outwards, making it impossible to place a bath mat in front of it without blocking the door. Without a mat, water would splash all over the sink and toilet area after showering. I've never seen such a poorly designed hotel bathroom; the user experience was terrible. 6. All the utensils and cups were disposable, and the slippers were the cheapest, thinnest disposable kind. On our last day, they even forgot to clean our room, leaving us without cups or water. 7. The room's soundproofing was awful. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear neighbors opening doors, entering rooms, and pushing cabinet doors. From the twenty-something floor, you could distinctly hear traffic from the street below. I can only imagine how noisy the lower floors must be. 8. The hotel is a five-minute walk from subway exit 1. The breakfast at the second-floor restaurant was quite varied, but there was very little fruit. 9. Because the entrance faces an extremely wide main road, crossing the street was inconvenient. Taking a taxi anywhere involved a long detour, wasting a lot of time circling around the hotel entrance."
