NINE TREE BY PARNAS SEOUL MYEONGDONG 1
"Very good location, close to airport limousine as well as metro station. A lot of convenience store near hotel. Very easy to find. Staff are friendly as well."
Hotel Ocean Park 9
"The place is very nice overall, with great amenities and a comfortable setup. I especially appreciated having a washing machine and a space to dry clothes, which made a big difference during my long stay. However, I found it quite odd that the kitchenette was essentially non-functional. I understand there may be fire safety regulations in Korea, but it still felt strange that there were no basic items provided, not even a plate or a spoon. On the positive side, the shower was excellent, and the TV was modern and easy to use, I was able to download all the apps I needed without any issues. The heating system also worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was spotless throughout my stay. That said, there were a few inconveniences. The smoking announcement played twice a day in three languages, which became quite annoying over time. I understand the importance of enforcing non-smoking rules and I’m also very sensitive to smells, but the repeated loud announcements can be disruptive, especially when trying to rest or work. Another point is that there’s usually no staff at reception. I didn’t mind the self check-in process, it was actually quite easy, but when I did try to ask a question to the staff member who was present (handling check-in cards), she was quite impolite and unwilling to help. As a foreigner, I found this particularly discouraging. I was doing my best to communicate, and she didn’t make any effort to assist, even something as simple as connecting via KakaoTalk, which I had installed specifically for communication. Lastly, I would suggest providing more toilet paper and tissues, especially for longer stays."
New Blanc Central Myeongdong
"I booked this stay for my parents, and they had a good overall experience. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Myeongdong and DDP, and it’s also easy to get to and from the airport using the airport bus. The only downside was a noticeable lingering smell in the room. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay."
GOYOO INN & CABINS
"The amenities are really comprehensive: a coffee machine, umbrella, tea, microwave, and even a fridge. The front desk service was also very good. Remember to communicate with the front desk in advance if you're checking in after midnight. However, the room was a bit small, and more importantly, it didn't have a door, just a curtain. There was no locker for luggage, so I had to store it under the bed (the hotel provides a lock). Suitable for solo travelers."
LOTTE CITY HOTEL MYEONGDONG
Stay in central Myeongdong with cozy rooms and easy access to shopping, dining, transport, and cultural attractions nearby.
Hotel Tour Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites
"It’s a bed and a place to sleep that is clean and close to the airport. What more is needed?"
Kiwa Hostel
"The room is big and secure enough for solo travellers. The staff was really friendly. I wish that the washrooms were on the same floor rather than different floors from the rooms"
Another House Dongdaemun (Women Only)
"The lighting and wooden interiors are so soothing after a long day of sightseeing. It's close to Dongmyo and Dongdaemun, making transit so easy. Being an all-female space creates a very respectful, quiet, and comfortable environment."
Hotel The Designers DDP
"Taking a bus from the stop right in front of the hotel gets you straight to Myeongdong Station in just 10 minutes. And the hotel features an excellent bathtub! It is not a 5 star hotel-there is no breakfast and nothing fancy, but it offers facilities that are sufficiently clean and modern, a great location, and quite stylish interiors. There is a Toyoko Inn right nearby, and when I go on a business trip to an unfamiliar area, I often stay at Toyoko Inn or APA Hotel just to avoid the hassle of searching. However, this hotel is a much more cost-effective choice if you are in Dongdaemun."

Seoul Riviera Hotel
"Stayed at a luxury double room in the new complex. The room was clean and spacious. The service was good and the staff were polite and efficient. The hotel is close to a metro station, and local and airport bus stops are nearby. One disappointment was that they charge for the use of gym, which should be free for hotel guests."
UH FLAT THE SONGDO

Gangnam Boutique Hotel Sohsul
"Room space is enough for 2 people. Clean and quite good But I stay 4days night last night room is too loudly Outside is fixing something too noisy can’t sleep! So bad trip ><"
LOTTE CITY HOTEL MAPO
"Great location and very convenient. There is a Lotte Mart and a pharmacy downstairs, and an underground passage connects directly to the subway station. The room is spacious and comfortable even for three people. The bathroom is also large. There are good restaurants nearby and luggage storage is available. Overall, very satisfied with the stay. 地理位置很好,非常方便。楼下有 Lotte Mart 和药妆店,地下通道可直通地铁站。 房间空间宽敞,三个人住也很舒服,厕所也很大。 附近有不少好吃的餐厅,还可以寄存行李。 整体很满意。 忘了拍酒店的照 只能放酒店外的照片了"
Ondo Hotel and Spa Seoul Jongro by Aank
"This was a very poor experience. The room facilities were extremely basic. The bathroom was long but had no hooks and no anti-slip measures. The toilet was extremely, extremely narrow—when sitting on the toilet, you have to press right up against the glass door. There was a strong sewage smell from the bathroom plumbing. The floor heating worked one day and not the next. The hotel offers virtually no service at all. The first entrance door must be pushed open manually, and the second door also requires manual operation. It is very unfriendly to strollers, and even when front desk staff were present, no one came to assist. After 9:30 p.m., there are no staff on duty. There is no access control for the entrance or elevators, making security poor and unreliable. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel."
UH Suite The Coex
"I highly recommend UH SUITE The Coex! The room was spacious, perfect for multiple guests, and the overall environment was clean and elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally lost my phone on the airport bus and was in a complete panic. Anna at the front desk patiently helped me connect with the bus's lost and found center throughout the entire process. She made repeated calls, assisted with email verification, confirmed the retrieval procedure, and followed up every step of the way until my phone was successfully returned. The staff were attentive and responsible, proactively coordinating the pickup at Seolleung Station. Their service was thoughtful and thorough, perfectly resolving my urgent situation. The service attitude was gentle and professional, and they handled problems efficiently and reliably. I am incredibly grateful to Anna and the front desk team for their warm help. My entire stay experience was simply perfect, and I would wholeheartedly recommend choosing this hotel for your trip to Seoul! Thank you, Anna, and thank you to all the staff!"
Nouvelle Hotel and Spa Seoul Jongro by Aank
"Excellent location and a perfect size for two people. The in-room amenities are amazing for the price, and transportation is very convenient. Beautiful hotel with a unique character. Highly recommended — great value for money and definitely a place you’ll want to return to. The only small drawback is that some staff may have limited English communication skills."
Blue Ocean Hotel 3
"I stayed here alone and it was great. There's a convenience store nearby, which was very helpful. I was also relieved that the front desk staff spoke good Japanese."
57 Myeongdong Hostel
"The hotel is very well located, with easy access to buses and public transportation, making it convenient to get around the city."
Glue Hotel Dongdaemun
"I really liked this place, such a nice window view. Very nice people at the reception. I also tried breakfast at the lounge downstairs, it was good too."
Friendly DH Naissance Hotel by Mindrum Group
"We booked the duplex room and the gap of fenching at upper floor is much wide. Not safe enough for kids which they might fell between the gap."
Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center
"Noise alert for City view rooms: Construction outside the hotel. Even when vehicles pass by the street you will heard the noise whole night. I’m at 17 floors still can hear the noise. Not for light sleepers. This construction is not ending anytime soon but will be great to stay in the future. (Yeongdong-daero Underground Complex Development Project expected to finish by 2028) Lobby is on 21st floor (top floor): You can leave your key card in your room and leave the door open when checking out if you do not have any additional purchase. You also can store your luggage at lobby after check out. Of course convenietly located across COEX mall and approx 30 min walk to Dosan area (Gentle monster, Atissu, Wiggle wiggle, London bagel house, etc)"
