1109332****The hotel is located in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from Cuihu Lake. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including the delicious Lielieqingchu coffee, BA bakery, and Banpo Copper Pot Rice Noodles – simply fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers standard Ji Hotel amenities. The room was clean and odorless. They provide 8 bottles of mineral water as standard. We didn't choose a street-facing room, so it was very quiet. A really great stay!

It's located right inside the airport, which is perfect for early flights, allowing you to get some extra sleep. The front desk staff thoughtfully provided a fruit platter and flower cakes. A very satisfying stay!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very well located right in the city center. Most attractions, cafés, and shopping areas are within a 10–15 minute walk, making it super convenient for city walks and casual exploration.
The lobby is a highlight — spacious with large seating areas that are great for chilling or hanging out with friends. There’s also a hot/cold water dispenser and ice available at the lobby, which was very thoughtful and convenient.
The concierge staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They assisted us with all the Taobao items we purchased and even gave us a small leaving gift (a tea pack), which was a lovely and unexpected touch.
The room itself was okay overall. Ventilation was good, but there were a few issues: the lighting and decorations around the spa tub showed signs of rust, and the one-time-use bathtub sheet broke during first use, with the stickers not sticking well. The bathroom is also very transparent — you can literally see everything, including when your travel mate is using the toilet, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
As for the smart devices, the 天猫精灵 felt a bit unresponsive compared to 小度, which worked better. We also couldn’t quite figure out how the curtains worked throughout the stay.
Despite some room-related quirks, the excellent location, friendly concierge service, and comfortable common areas made it an overall good stay. Would still recommend, especially for friends traveling together who prioritize location and service over room details.

TTee RayyJust needed a place to crash for a few hours before my early flight. I didn't have a net as my phone didn't support esim so I took a risk. Landed late at Kunming airport, a young Chinese lady helped me to phone the hotel to arrange airport pick up. The hotel understood the assignment, and my photo was sent to the hotel and ws forwarded to the driver. I was picked up from the suggested spot and got dropped at the hotel. Everything went so smoothly I still can't believe it. The hotel has a huge chinnes signage, which i assumed was the hotel name. Very tiny name in English, so be aware that if you can't read chineese, you may miss it. So, check-in was quite stressful as the receptionist took a longer time inquiring about my travel itinerary than the immigration officer at the airport. She asked me several times when I first entered china flipping through my passport for my past chineese entry visa. Ultimately, she had to call her male colleague from the office. After a long conversation between them, by then, I was about to collapse with exhaustion, and my patience was about to run out, I was handed the room key..phew. The receptionist was polite throughout. She also arranged an airport shuttle for the morning. The room was spacious and clean, linen was crisp, and ac was strong. There were complementary tea bags and two bottles of water. Lovely toiletries. Check out was smooth, airport shuttle was ready, reception even made take away breakfast which wasn't expected. I would definitely stay, and you all should not hesitate to book this hotel if you need a hotel near the airport.By the airport shuttle is complimentary too.

MM466626****Booked this last minute after getting off the train, and the location is fantastic. It's right on a bustling shopping street. They even gave us a free upgrade to a family room, which was really spacious. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out, but they sent someone up to help right away after I called. Very satisfied!

NNibbler IThe staff were super friendly and really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even handled some unusual requests without batting an eye, which was awesome. The in-room jacuzzi was a nice surprise, and the traditional noodles at breakfast hit the spot. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserAs soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will feel that it is very classy and the decoration is very exquisite. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, patient and willing to help. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete and well maintained, there is a laundry room and various fitness equipment, which is very convenient for me who is on business trips all year round. I really feel the hotel's meticulous management and thoughtful service. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the parking is free, the breakfast variety is also very rich, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience.

BBG吴Hotel room is big and clean and highly value for money. Breakfast is Chinese style but good enough, especially the Chinese noodle soup. Staff is polite, especially housekeeping staff and front desk. Highly recommended for business travellers. Walking distance to metro subway station.
