JerryCheongWe had a wonderful stay here. My favorite feature was the bay window. It was such a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they responded to our requests quickly.
The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. It had a smart toilet, a powerful hair dryer, a round table, and a small tatami table, which made it convenient for us to enjoy takeaway meals in the room.
The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. Most of the attractions we visited were within easy reach ,abt 30min to every attractions. Ordering food delivery was also very easy, and if you prefer takeaway, there are plenty of restaurants and bubble tea shops downstairs in the shopping mall.
Breakfast included Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles and Steam Pot Chicken. The noodles were just so-so for my taste, but the chicken was really good. The broth was flavorful with a nice peppery taste.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when we visit Kunming.

The room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and bright. It was perfect for catching an early flight the next morning, as we didn't have to rush to the airport. Being right inside the terminal was amazing, and my son loved it too. We'll definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance.

opal258The hotel itself is stunning, I love the lobby as well as the room. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. It has a bathtub in a separate room with a couch. It also has a shower in a room separated from the toilet so when one person showers, the other person doesn’t need to wait to use the sink or the toilet. The curtains can be opened & closed using a button next to the bed, which is super convenient for the morning when you just wake up and want a tiny little light before getting out of bed. We also get to have a little tea session in the afternoon for free. And the number one advantage of staying at this hotel is the location. It’s near the Green Lake, Wenlin street, Kunming Old Street. You walk across the street and there is a beautiful coffee compound that is my most favorite spot of the city. There is also a long walking bridge across the street where you can take a stroll up high.
The cons: There is no elevator, but the room is on the 2nd floor so it’s not that bad. The toilet stall’s door is not from ceiling to floor, so the smell can get out of the stall into the room. But generally it wasn’t an issue for us, the pros are way more than the cons and we will definitely stay again if there is a chance.

Guest UserMy stay was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly patient. After checking out, I realized I'd left something behind. The hotel immediately verified it and promptly mailed it back to my home, which saved me a lot of hassle. It's such a relief to find a hotel that's so responsible. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

**A Home Away from Home in Kunming**
Our stay at this homestay in Kunming was truly exceptional. The room was a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, thoughtfully designed with minimalist accessories that perfectly matched our taste. Cozy and inviting, it offered a sense of warmth and comfort that made us feel at home instantly. The view of the lake from our window added a touch of magic to our mornings and evenings.
The location is simply ideal. Situated in a peaceful area just 100–200 meters from the Ethnic Yunnan Village Park (also known as the Ethnic Minority Nationalitys Park), it allowed us to easily explore this cultural gem during a day trip, an experience we highly recommend. At the same time, the homestay is surrounded by quiet shops and local markets, making it both convenient and serene.
What truly set this place apart was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the hosts went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a Didi taxi to ensure we reached the homestay smoothly. Their kindness didn’t stop there, they helped us purchase tickets for cultural attractions, found an English-speaking guide when our Mandarin wasn’t sufficient, and took care of countless other details that made our stay effortless.
A highlight of our experience was Miss Zhang’s traditional Yunnan tea ceremonies. These sessions were not only a delight for the senses but also a wonderful opportunity to learn about the unique qualities of Yunnan teas and the art of brewing them. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, often joined by the owners, which led to lively, hours-long conversations filled with laughter and stories. It was these moments that made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the same room for our return in a week. We can’t wait to be back in this haven of warmth, culture, and comfort.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, memorable, and heartwarming experience in Kunming!

First off, let's talk about the location. It's right in Kunming Old Street, incredibly convenient for transport, especially if you're traveling with kids. Step out and turn right, you're at the 'Paper Building' (Zhīpiàn Lóu), turn left and you're at Cuihu Lake and the Military Academy. The Old Street is right downstairs, and it wasn't as noisy as I expected.
Secondly, the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They helped us with our luggage to the elevator when we checked in, and even prepared small slippers and toothbrushes for our little one – so baby-friendly!
Finally, they gave us some fruit, and even a small parting gift when we checked out. Overall, it was excellent. The only minor downsides were that the bathroom light at night slightly affected the bedroom, and some of the screens in the hallway were broken, allowing mosquitoes in. One even flew into our room when we came back in the evening.
However, these small issues didn't detract from the overall stay. A big shoutout to all the staff for their warm enthusiasm – they really add to the charm of this city! 👍👍

The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and there was free parking and luggage storage available. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It's a great choice whether you're visiting Kunming for leisure or business. The staff provided thoughtful service and patiently answered all my questions. The various convenient facilities made my trip hassle-free. All in all, the excellent value for money makes it a top choice for accommodation and worth coming back to.

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again! The transportation is incredibly convenient: it's within 3-5 kilometers of must-visit attractions like Laojie Street, Cuihu Park, and Shuangqiao Night Market. You can also reach them by subway and bus, making it the top choice for 'special forces' (intensive) travelers.
