The hotel's hardware facilities really exceeded my expectations. The room has a complete smart home system, where lights and curtains can be voice-controlled, making it simple and convenient to operate. It's equipped with a zero-pressure mattress that provides excellent support when lying down, and there's also a separate scenic bathtub. With the bath bombs and sleep-inducing aromatherapy prepared by the hotel, a bath after a day of travel washes all the fatigue away. The bathroom features a smart toilet, and the disposable amenities are incredibly comprehensive, including thoughtful additions like face masks, eye masks, and earplugs. The common areas are designed in a Zen healing style, with greenery everywhere, and there's also a professional spa treatment area. There's also a free laundry service that includes ironing, which is very convenient for travelers. Breakfast includes freshly prepared Yunnan-style Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles, and afternoon tea is also provided. Located in the Wanda commercial district, it's a quiet oasis in a bustling area. With its complete facilities and healing atmosphere, it's perfect for both leisure and business travel. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming!

Breakfast: Amazing! Plenty of variety, and you can order freshly cooked Yunnan Specialty rice noodles from the kitchen staff. The coffee was really good as well! (If you're an Aussie from QLD, the coffee here tastes like Cafe63's coffee lol) Hotel room: Immaculate! We booked the luxury 2-bed room. Looked exactly like the photos and has smart room technology. The only downside is that the smart TV does not allow for screen mirroring. But it had Bluetooth connection for the room and TV - I set up my phone to play music when my morning alarm goes off so it was pretty nice to have the music played through the room speakers. Oh and this is the first hotel I stayed at that plays soothing music while I shower - 10/10 experience! Service and staff: Very attentive and helpful! Front desk staff were very supportive - whatever we asked, they provided. They can also be contacted via Wechat, just scan the QR code at the front desk. The little robot who sends up your food deliveries, extra room card or additional water bottles, etc, was also cute. I especially appreciated the Aunty who cleaned our room every day - she was super polite and sweet. Hotel amenities: The laundry room is fully equipped and you can actually arrange for one of the service aunties to wash, dry and fold your clothes for you - just fill out the service card and leave with your basket. They will then deliver your clean and folded clothes to your room at no extra charge. The fitness room is good and clean, but is mainly for cardiovascular exercises. There are no dumbells available. Location: Perfect! Literally a 20 minute car ride from the Haigen Dam tourist areas (including the Yunnan Ethnicity Village) and 30 minutes from Xishan Scenic area. The subway was also super close - just a 10 minute walk. Note, I noticed the taxis in Kunming are about the same price or cheaper than Didi. There are also many nice restaurants around that are good value for money.

The hotel has an incredible location and the front desk service was exceptional. They were always helpful, answered all our questions with a constant smile, and our family had a very comfortable stay. The reception staff also recommended some great local food and attractions. Getting around is very convenient too—the subway is about 100 meters away, you can hail a taxi right at the entrance, and the bus stop is also close by.

The room was excellent, spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the airport transfer service. The two 1.5-meter beds were very large, and the bathroom and towels were spotless, as were the sheets! The hotel itself was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised upon check-in. However, around midnight, a large family checked into the two rooms next to ours and were incredibly loud. They left their doors open while talking, and their children were shouting in the hallway, waking up my entire family. I tried to tell them to be quiet at the door, but it didn't work, so I called the front desk to handle it. Only then did they close their doors, and we were finally able to get some sleep. While the hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, especially the cleanliness, the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear every word spoken outside very clearly. I think the hotel should remind all guests checking in after 11 PM not to make noise in the hallways. Everyone has early or late flights, so shouldn't there be some mutual consideration? Those guests were really awful!

This time I had a great experience staying at the All Seasons Hotel in Kunming! The location is convenient and it is easy to travel. The room is simple and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The staff was warm and considerate, and took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce surrounding attractions. The breakfast was rich in variety, and there were also Yunnan specialties. The price was reasonable and cost-effective. I will choose All Seasons again when I come to Kunming next time. I highly recommend it! I mainly praise the staff. They are super nice and have a really good attitude, without any impatience! The hotel's hardware facilities are very good, and it was a very satisfying experience.

Booked a queen room, but upon arrival, they said it was an 'event room,' which was small and located at the very edge. The first person quoted 49 for an upgrade, then someone else said 20-something, and we ended up paying 20-something extra just to get a proper room! I've stayed at so many Hanting hotels across the country, and this is the first time I've been asked for extra money right off the bat! And the price even changed! What a scam! If my client wasn't so close, I definitely wouldn't have stayed for two nights! Oh, and on the second night, they still tried to charge more!

This is our second time staying at this hotel in Kunming, and both times we've chosen it for my elderly parents. It's incredibly convenient for visiting Dianchi Lake, and it's been recently renovated, looking even better than before with a charming, antique feel. It's very photogenic! The owner, front desk staff, and concierge were all incredibly helpful. The first room wasn't quite comfortable, so they immediately moved us to another. My parents have trouble sleeping, and they were very accommodating, switching us to a twin room. The owner even turned out to be from the same hometown as us and kindly offered free tea. We felt very at ease during our three-day stay. It's also convenient for visiting Shilin (Stone Forest). I highly recommend staying here for your travels.

The staff were so nice. Always smiling, always ready to help, and it felt genuine rather than just part of the job. Even in a short stay, they made us feel looked after. Breakfast was good too. Nothing fancy, but fresh and tasty, and a nice way to start the day before heading out to explore. My favourite part was a small thing, though. When we checked out, they gave us a little parting gift. I wasn't expecting it at all. I'd actually been planning to buy something like it from one of the shops on the street, so now I don't need to. It was a really thoughtful gesture and left us with a lovely last impression. One night wasn't nearly enough. It's the little touches like that which make a stay memorable, and I'd gladly stay longer next time I'm in Kunming. If you want a friendly place with a good location in the old town, I'd say go for it.

Back in Kunming that evening, we skipped the queues and enjoyed the top-rated braised chicken feet barbecue. The overly friendly and enthusiastic landlady, who was almost prone to swearing, provided a wonderful final dinner for us, who were starving after a long day. Finally, we returned to our last resting place – a super luxurious mansion with an entrance garden, swimming pool, sauna, tea room, gym, entertainment room… Rangrang's carefully selected homestays truly made this trip a perfect ending! The exhausting part was that I had to cut my vacation short by a day for work, getting up at 5 am to catch my flight. The result was exactly the same as years ago when I returned to work after jet lag – I overslept the next day, hahaha! Just like in that dream.

Conveniently located near the subway station, and very clean. The front desk service is excellent. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Kunming. The only minor issue is that the elevators are quite old. Overall, the value for money is good, and I will definitely stay here again.
