1109332****The hotel is located in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from Cuihu Lake. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including the delicious Lielieqingchu coffee, BA bakery, and Banpo Copper Pot Rice Noodles – simply fantastic! The front desk staff are very friendly, and the hotel offers standard Ji Hotel amenities. The room was clean and odorless. They provide 8 bottles of mineral water as standard. We didn't choose a street-facing room, so it was very quiet. A really great stay!

2203530****Fantastic location, right inside T1, just a minute's walk to the departure hall – perfect for early morning flights. The room itself was a good size, maintaining the simple, clean, and cozy style characteristic of Ji Hotel. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise too. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, which really helped alleviate travel fatigue.

Designer Hot Spring Room + Walk to Cuihu Lake, Zheng Yifang Location is Super Convenient】 Booking this designer hotel next to Zhengyifang was the best decision for my trip to Kunming! From the location to the in-room details, there's almost nothing to fault. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Kunming. 📍 Location & Transportation: Perfectly Convenient The hotel is right within the Zhengyifang pedestrian street area, with shopping malls and a subway station right outside. The airport shuttle bus goes directly nearby, and a taxi to the train station is just the starting fare. If you want to explore the night market or find a restaurant in the evening, options are right downstairs – no need to worry about transportation at all. 🏨 Design & Service: Details That Impress * The front desk staff were proactively warm and welcoming, immediately offering to help with our luggage. * The hotel design is very thoughtful! The public areas feature light gray and natural wood tones, complemented by tie-dye decorations and a green wall. Even the elevator lobby has art installations, making it easy to snap great photos. * Our 'Private Hot Spring Tub Room' was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious, and the tub was big enough for two. The hotel also provided disposable tub liners, so a hot soak after exploring in the evening was incredibly rejuvenating. 🧹 Hygiene & Environment: A Reassuring Choice The bedding was dry and fresh, the bathroom had no odor whatsoever, and the floor was clean enough to walk barefoot without getting dusty. 🌊 Nearby Attractions: Walkable Classics * To Cuihu Park to see the seagulls: It took a leisurely 12-minute walk, passing by coffee shops on Wenlin Street along the way – a very pleasant morning stroll. * Zhengyifang itself is great for exploring: Old-brand eateries (like Jianxinyuan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles) and creative shops are all concentrated here. * To Nanping Street and Jinma Biji Archway: A 15-minute walk or one subway stop away. 💡 Small Tips: ① My room faced the street, but closing the windows completely blocked out any noise, so sleep wasn't affected. ② The hotel offers free luggage storage, so you can continue exploring after check-out without hassle. ③ Hot spring rooms are limited, so booking in advance is recommended. AAnonymous UserThis hotel is excellent and very close to Changshui Airport! There's a local night market nearby, which is super convenient for late-night snacks and buying fruit. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, very cozy! It's so close to Changshui Airport that you just need to call the front desk after landing, and they'll arrange a pick-up. Very convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have a layover in Kunming.

KKeisyilaThis hotel location is superb! Very close to the heart of the city. Only walking distance about 9 minutes. And there's so much things to see while walking to the city centre. The room is very very clean. Interior feels like you're staying at a 5 star hotel. Love the design so much! The bed is super comfy and fluffy too. And they are kind enough to give us an upgrade of room! Will come again to this hotel if we come back to Kunming! And definitely will suggest to others also. Thanks James Joyce!

MM44368****This is my second stay here, and it's definitely the best hostel in Kunming! They offer both private rooms and dorms, catering to the different needs of professionals and students. The cherry blossoms in Kunming are beautiful, and they even gave me a free room upgrade, haha!

GGuest UserAs soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will feel that it is very classy and the decoration is very exquisite. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, patient and willing to help. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete and well maintained, there is a laundry room and various fitness equipment, which is very convenient for me who is on business trips all year round. I really feel the hotel's meticulous management and thoughtful service. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the parking is free, the breakfast variety is also very rich, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience.

GGuest UserGood, convenient location: - within 5-8 mins walk to ErJi subway station (Line1), which is just 6 stops from Kunming Railway Station. - hotel occupies the top few floors of an office tower building which is part of the Dadu Motian office-cum-shopping mall. Ie. I could leave my room, head downstairs, walk into the mall, take the elevator up to the cinema on the 6th floor of the mall, and be seated and watching a movie in the cinema within 5 mins (provided you don't get lost inside the mall searching for the cinema, as happened to me during my first few times roaming inside the mall). - a 24hr food street, popular with the locals, is a short 3 mins walk from the mall. - The HUGE GR Shopping Mall complex is also within 15 walks distance. Room was advertised as ”without air-conditioning”... yet I booked it, as I was curious and wanted to experience the effect of Kunming's reputed ”Perpetual Spring” climate in a room without aircon. Room is spacious and has everything expected, except: I can't get any live CCTV news. .. apparently only prerecorded cable news from CCTV2, 3, 5, 6 & 7. Totally NO CCTV1 news, even pre-recorded ones! The elevator reach upto level 15, and my room is located on level 16 (where morning breakfast is served), so I need to climb up/down one level via the staircase. The included breakfast is very typical, local Chinese noodle plus various condiments ... and is only available between 7-9 am. As my departure flight is late at night, I was able to do late checkout for a few hours at ¥20 per hour. 👍🙂
