TTyroneChenThe day before my stay, the hotel proactively called to give me directions, which was really helpful. It's super convenient – just take the elevator from Exit 8 up to the second floor. You can even wheel your airport luggage cart directly to your room, which is a huge plus.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, bright and spacious. The facilities are very new, with electric curtains, automatic toilet, and very comfortable pillows, one soft and one hard. The hair conditioner received positive reviews from my sister-in-law, hahaha. There is a clothesline in the shower room, which is convenient. Convenient transportation, very close to the subway station. The service was very good. When checking in, we were given warm chrysanthemum water and hot towels to wipe off the dust from the journey. The breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western restaurants. I am very satisfied with my stay, and my family members give it high praise. Recommended stay.

Room was pretty decent for the price and proximity to the airport. Hence we’re giving a 5/5 for the location due to proximity to Airport (approx 4-5km~ from departure/arrival gate).
We were given a level 1 room right beside the reception, so it was slightly noisy, but bearable. Please bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. You can occasionally hear sounds of planes taking off too. But that is to be expected due to the proximity to the airport.
As for cleanliness, it’s relatively clean. However we found a House Centipede in the room, hence we’re giving a 4/5 for cleanliness.
For amenities, free airport transfer service was available (both From Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to Airport). Do note that there are specific times for the shuttle transport from Hotel to Airport, so do plan accordingly when you are checking in. For our transport to Hotel,the Hotel first sent a small 5 seater car for my group. But since we had 4 people and 4 large luggages, they weren’t able to fit us all, and 2 of us had to wait for the next transport (minivan) that came 10-15mins later. But hey, at least the transport is free so you saved approx 7-10yuan in airport transfer.
Service was decent, and the hotel staff were helpful. There’s no Toothbrush and Toothpaste provided in the room, so do ask the receptionist for those. Also, do note that the reviews may be slightly higher than usual, as gifts are often provided if you show the hotel staff that you’ve given a 5/5 rating. So customers may be incentivized/pressured to provide 5/5 review ratings even though it’s not really a 5/5.
But overall room is still pretty decent for the price. The service was excellent. Hotel staff help to provide take away breakfast as we couldn’t attend the hotel breakfast as we have an early flight. I would definitely rate 5/5 for service. The staff is helpful. Should award the staff.

GGuest UserI forgot to take photos during my last stay, so the pictures are of the room type from this visit. There are some differences, but you can still get an idea.
**Amenities:** Very complete. It has everything a standard hotel should have. There aren't any toilet seat covers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bath towels are hotel-provided, and all the toiletries are there.
**Cleanliness:** Everything looked quite clean. The bedding felt freshly washed and had a faint scent of disinfectant.
**Environment:** It's a little bit away from the airport and the main road, so it's relatively quiet. With the window open, you can hear some planes taking off, but it's not very noticeable with the window closed, so you can definitely get a good night's sleep.
**Service:** They offer airport shuttle service from 4:30 AM to 2 PM, with a bus every half hour. If you need a ride to the airport in the morning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. They'll even call you half an hour before to wake you up. The front desk staff (both the young men and women) were all super patient.
**Overall:** After looking at so many places, this one was the most satisfying. The price isn't expensive either, and the overall value for money is excellent. That's why I chose this place for both my outbound and return trips. I'll likely choose it again for future visits.

Disclaimer: The room photos were taken before check-out, so the sheets are wrinkled. I didn't take any photos at check-in. We always tidy up the room before checking out.
Room Amenities: Excellent, everything you need is available. The soundproofing is also good; since it's not facing a main road, there's no noise.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was thorough.
The shampoo and shower gel were also nice and fragrant.
Environment: Comfortable, I slept soundly all night.
Free parking is available.
You can walk to the old street, and there are many dining options nearby, as well as shopping malls like Henglong and Jinying.
Service: Truly attentive and genuine customer service. On my birthday, they surprised us with a cake, which was completely unexpected. We think being able to do this is absolutely fantastic. Thank you again! Grateful for your blessings. Our stay in Kunming was made special by this wonderful experience.

SSarah Al-HussainiIncredible location! Right in the heart of the best street food spot in Kunming, surrounded by cute lantern-lit streets and boutique stores. The whole area is really walkable and close to key landmarks like Zhong’ai Lane.
Hotel itself was grand and beautiful inside. Large rooms with an unbeatable view over the old town. Roof garden was also gorgeous.

The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, patient and willing to help. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, the facilities are complete and well maintained, there is a laundry room and various fitness equipment, which is very convenient for me who is on business trips all year round. I really feel the hotel's meticulous management and thoughtful service. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the parking is free, the breakfast variety is also very rich, and the overall value for money is excellent. 🏡Environment: The hotel boasts a simple American villa style. The white walls paired with wood accents give it a sophisticated feel. The courtyard is surrounded by lush greenery, providing fresh air, and it's lovely for an evening stroll.
🛏️Room: The independent 'Elegant Residence' king room is very spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is designed with a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. The cleanliness is impeccable.
👨💼Service: From booking to check-in, customer service was quick to respond. The front desk staff proactively helped with luggage and thoughtfully reminded us of the shuttle pick-up time for the next day. The service was attentive and heartwarming.
