GGuest UserBooked this courtyard hotel for a layover in Kunming, and it truly exceeded my expectations! ✅ Super attentive service: The butler proactively helped us with our luggage when they saw we had a child, and even prepared 'cat treats' for the baby every day to feed the cats. The attention to detail was incredibly touching! ✅ Incredibly soothing environment: The courtyard is filled with lush greenery, like a small garden, and there are nearly 10 super friendly cats. If you leave your room door open, they'll come in to play, even stretching out on the bed. They're so soft and utterly therapeutic! ✅ Convenient location: It's right near Nanping Pedestrian Street, making getting around and finding food very easy. The room was clean and tidy, and we had a particularly comfortable stay. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. This is a hidden gem I'd highly recommend to friends traveling with children!

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as my first visit. On both occasions, the staff kindly upgraded our room due to availability, which was a really pleasant surprise. We ended up with larger rooms that were even more comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The room was clean and very comfortable, making the overall stay very relaxing. I also appreciated that the room looked almost exactly like the photos shown on the Trip.com website—no unpleasant surprises at all. What stood out the most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Would definitely return again!

AAnonymous UserI like the hotel's American retro style decoration, it looks very old-fashioned, and the furniture texture is good. The environment is clean and hygienic, the shower water temperature is comfortable, the water pressure is very comfortable, and the daily delivery of Yangledu snacks to protect the stomach during the journey is also very intimate. There are a lot of food and drink in the square next to it, not far from Nanping Street and Hang Lung in the old city, the price is beautiful, and the overall is very good

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and I slept soundly. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel has three restaurants! For a quick bite, there's the buffet. If you're craving Yunnan hotpot, head to Yiduo Cloud, and for Cantonese or Sichuan cuisine, Xile is the place. They really cover all taste preferences, and the prices are very reasonable. Having hot springs, dining, and accommodation all in one place made for a super convenient and relaxing experience!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: OK Cleanliness: OK Environment: OK Service: Pretty good When I visit Kunming in winter, I really like staying at this hotel because I can enjoy the hot springs. Although it's an older establishment, the overall quality is still decent, and the location is convenient for feeding seagulls. The hotel even provides bread for feeding them. The toiletries have always been high quality. Since I was traveling with a child, the housekeeping staff proactively asked if we needed more bottled water, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the food tastes good. The rice noodles are particularly delicious. I forgot something in the room when checking out, and the hotel called to remind me and then helped mail it back. Thank you.
