This hotel is truly excellent! The location is superb, right behind the train station, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's incredibly good value for money at this price. Every room has a full-length mirror, perfect for taking photos. The hotel's decor is beautiful and very Instagrammable. The staff are super responsive to messages, and the front desk team, both the guys and girls, were incredibly nice. Thank you all so much; my stay was very satisfying. I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. The view is also great, you can even see the Twin Towers!

Stayed with my family, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room for free. The room was spacious and bright. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view from high above, and the kids loved watching the city traffic at night. The room was well-equipped with a tea set, coffee machine, and plenty of drinking water. The bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The environment was quiet with excellent soundproofing, and the facilities were clean and tidy. It was very convenient for exploring the city. The service was warm and attentive. It was a perfect experience for a family trip. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kunming.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Although the location isn't super prominent, the bedding and towels were new, and the whole place was clean and bright. It had large screens on the windows, so ventilation was excellent. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and there were two types of pillows, which was perfect for my tired back and neck. The shower had great pressure and strong water flow – I didn't want to get out! The hotel upgraded my room, so I had a lot of space for just one person. I didn't book breakfast, but I did go down for coffee and two eggs and observed that it looked quite good, better than at other Ramadas I've stayed in, so it's worth considering. It's close to the north entrance/exit of Kunming Railway Station, which is convenient for high-speed rail. The subway is a bit far (the exit is on the south side of the station), but Kunming isn't that big, and taking a taxi to places like Green Lake, Dianchi Lake, or Dounan isn't expensive.

In contrast to the typically cramped city-center accommodations, the rooms here are remarkably spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing an ideal sanctuary to unpack and unwind. What truly elevates the stay, however, is the exceptional service. The entire team is polite, attentive, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction—with a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff, whose hard work and helpful attitude did not go unnoticed.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

This time I came to Kunming by train and chose the Holiday Inn Express very close to the North Exit. The location is incredibly convenient; you don't have to rush for high-speed trains or regular trains, saving you the hassle of traveling back and forth. The hotel is new, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and hot water came quickly. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. They also responded promptly to any issues. The breakfast selection was comprehensive, including some local simple dishes, perfect for fueling up before heading out to explore. The whole place was quiet, not noisy at all, making it suitable for business trips or as a stopover during travel. As an international chain brand, the quality is reliable and the price is fair. If you want a hassle-free trip, this is a great choice. I'll prioritize staying here again next time I visit Kunming. Highly recommended!

The service is fantastic! From the front desk (special shoutout to Ms. Li Shiying) to housekeeping and the breakfast staff, everyone genuinely greets you with a smile and a warm hello whenever you see them. This hotel is perfect for a stopover when transferring trains within Yunnan province, as it's close to Kunming Station and offers laundry facilities.

The overall experience of the hotel exceeded expectations! Convenient location, very close to shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and the hot water supply was stable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient, and the cleaning aunt was gentle. The supporting facilities are complete, the sound insulation effect is good, and the environment is quiet and not noisy. Very good value for money, health and service are both online, I will choose this next time I travel, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Excellent, clean, and modern. The room was small and cozy and everything was clean. I enjoyed the small window view and bedside lights. Manager was super kind, gave me water while I waited during check -in. Staff was very nice too. Free laundry. Great location. 5minutes walk from north exit (train station). Also close to many restaurants, coffee shop, supermarket, and a local market area that sells toys for cheap. Hotel is in 6 building 14 floor. Thank you !! 😊

Very close to Kunming Station, perfect for travelers catching an early train the next morning. It's quite good value for money. The hotel entrance is a bit small and not very noticeable, but they even upgraded our room for free.
