"The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options downstairs. The bathroom had ample hot water, and the facilities were well-maintained. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Jinbi Hall Hotel. The service here is absolutely outstanding from start to finish: Seamless Arrival & Departure: When we first arrived at the DiDi drop-off location, the hotel staff was already there waiting for us to help carry our luggage to the property. On our check-out day, they went above and beyond again, escorting us and carrying our heavy bags all the way back to the DiDi pickup point. Muslim-Friendly Breakfast: They were incredibly accommodating with our specific dietary requests and ensured we had a breakfast suitable for Muslims, which we deeply appreciated. Incredibly Helpful Staff: While there is no microwave in the rooms or a shared kitchen, the staff was more than happy to reheat our food for us whenever we asked. Perfect for Prayers: The front desk team communicates flawlessly through the app and kindly granted us a late check-out so we could peacefully complete our prayers before our flight. Fantastic Location: It is perfectly situated on Nanping Pedestrian Street, and there are plenty of halal restaurants and food options right around the vicinity. "The hotel receptionists, as well as the owner and his wife, are all incredibly friendly and welcoming Sichuanese people. The facilities are excellent, especially the soundproofing, which is very effective. The room itself is spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full smart home system. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows—one high and one low—allowing guests to choose their preference. This attention to detail, combined with its proximity to the train station, makes it a top choice."

"This veteran five-star hotel still delivers on service and quality. It's a bit old but acceptable. The breakfast desserts were good. The location is truly excellent, with many historical attractions within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. Front desk staffer Xiao Ye provided warm and thoughtful service; kudos to her! Overall, it was a great experience 👍🏻"

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It's located in a village, which makes the location a bit off the beaten path, but that's perfectly fine as they offer airport shuttle service. We arrived at Changshui Airport at 2 AM on our first day. After collecting our luggage, we contacted the hotel for pickup. Even though it was raining heavily that night, the hotel was fantastic and was already waiting for us in the parking lot. Since we had to catch a high-speed train to Dali the next day, the hotel even dropped us off at the nearby subway station. When we returned to Kunming on our last day, we chose to stay at this hotel again. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they recommended local breakfast spots and hot pot restaurants, all of which were delicious and very affordable. Because it was pouring rain that day, the hotel even went out of its way to drive us to the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so it wasn't as noisy at night as I expected; if you don't listen carefully, you can barely hear the planes landing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Kunming or those who want to be close to the airport without the noise. On a side note, dining in the village where the hotel is located is super convenient. There are restaurants within a 100-meter walk from the hotel, and the food suited our out-of-town tastes perfectly. I've included the name of the hot pot restaurant we went to; it was genuinely affordable, tasty, and the portions were generous. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes or towels in the room, only in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can add some racks or hooks for guests to hang their belongings."

"The airport shuttle pick-up point (20 meters to the right of Gate 8 on the arrivals level) is very easy to spot, you see it right as you exit Gate 8. It's an older hotel, but the service and facilities are excellent, like a former four-star standard. It's very clean, the price is reasonable, and the environment is lovely."

"The room was incredibly clean and smart – the AI assistant 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' could help me control the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and projector. The bathroom was also spotless! What impressed me most during my stay was the service from the front desk staff. I've traveled to so many cities, and honestly, this is the best service I've ever experienced! I won't go into all the details, you really have to experience it for yourself. The hotel's location is also super convenient, close to the airport, and best of all, there's a night market right downstairs. As a night owl, this was perfect for me; you can literally find food 24/7. Besides the night market, there's even a breakfast place that opens at 3 AM! If you're worried about noise, the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs, so you'll sleep like a baby, haha. The facilities are all excellent as well. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"Seriously can't recommend this place enough for business trips! For this price, it felt like a 4-star experience – amazing value for money! The service was incredibly thoughtful! When I arrived with a big suitcase, the staff member immediately offered to help and even upgraded me to a family room. My impression of the hotel shot up instantly! The ambiance was right up my alley! The yellow-themed room was bright and cozy, with adorable cartoon prints on the wall and cute deer figurines. There was even a small sofa by the window, perfect for chilling with my phone at night – so comfortable! The cleanliness details were top-notch! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a faint scent of disinfectant. The sheets and duvet covers were freshly changed, and even the hangers and bathrobes smelled like they'd been sun-dried. I felt completely at ease staying there! Getting around was super convenient! There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the subway entrance is just a 10-minute walk away. It's super close to all the attractions and shopping districts, which is perfect for us 'walking warriors'! For this price, you absolutely have to book this place! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!"

"This place is located in a great location. There are malls just opposite which is great if you do not have plans and just want to hang around. Downstairs, there are various local food places which served good food. The hotel itself is located in k9 apartments, right next to Novotel Hotel. The reception messaged us on Trip.com on the day of our arrival to provide us with information on how to reach the hotel & the address to set in our Didi. As this was our last hotel before returning home, I honestly had alot of Taobao kuai di which the receptionist picked up for me patiently throughout all 3 days of our stay. I could not be more grateful esp when 1 of my package was sent to a place about 1.5km away from the hotel. They would wechat us on a daily basis to confirm if we needed housekeeping or if we needed any amenities. Within the room, there was a play room which my kids absolutely loved. They saw it as their private space and played inside on their own when the adults would busy. There was a washer / dryer located within the room which was so helpful. & a working fridge. We were provided with disposable coverings for the toilet bowl & bathtub and also toothbrush (including children’s toothbrush & bedroom slippers). The staircase to the loft was also safe with handrails and big enough steps to not fall / miss a step. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again if I visited Kunmin again."

"My stay this time was excellent, definitely a five-star experience. Manager Heidi contacted me in advance to confirm my preferences and thoughtfully arranged the room before my arrival. The room faced Dianchi Lake, offering an amazing high-floor view. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was plentiful, including many Yunnan local specialties. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation very convenient. They also enthusiastically recommended several great restaurants, saving me the trouble of planning. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kunming."
