The hotel opened 25 years ago, and the overall facilities are excellent. The front desk was very friendly and any questions we had were responded to quickly. The parent-child room is very nice, with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. (Curious: Why is there no sofa in the public area?) There are many loopholes in the service, and there is even a bug that the renovation next door is going on early in the morning. (I was very angry because we were in a hurry to check in until the early morning, and Duang Duang Duang woke us up directly) It's quite pet-friendly, but if they don't allow pets into the restaurant, either tell them when you check in, or put up a ”No Pets Allowed” sign at the restaurant entrance.
