Cleanliness: I didn't find any issues.
Environment: The location is superb, close to everything, and incredibly close to the high-high-speed train station.
Service: A special shout-out for the service! Every staff member was wonderful! They genuinely tried to solve every problem encountered, not just going through the motions. They truly thought about how to resolve issues. I had to change rooms midway due to a minor issue, and the new room was not only clean and tidy but every single item was placed exactly as it was in my original room! Incredible attention to detail!"

"I came for the seagulls, and Kunming surprised me, starting with this hotel. I chose it because it's close to the old town, new, and includes breakfast. When I arrived, I considered changing rooms or even hotels due to the street noise, but the front desk arranged a high-floor room. It was late January, so I needed the AC on at night, and to my surprise, I couldn't hear any street noise at all. Plus, a popular BBQ spot next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise, so I promptly extended my stay for three more days."

Whether we had extra requests or not, she was always there to help immediately. When we asked for tips on exploring Kunming, she not only provided detailed answers but also kindly reminded us about events at the nearby Delong Plaza. Her care felt as natural as a family member's.

The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel.
Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

GGuest UserHello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends.
P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

The ingredients are fresh and the taste is very delicious, which makes people satisfied and happy. The hotel's restaurant environment is elegant, and the waiter's service is also very thoughtful, making the dining process very pleasant.
The location of the hotel is also very advantageous, the transportation is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls, supermarkets and attractions around, which is very convenient for shopping and playing.

The room also had an electric towel rack, which was a very thoughtful touch. Service was excellent too. Due to the summer crowds, all our meals were buffet-style, but we found them to be quite good, especially considering the ingredients were farm-sourced. Oh, and they also provided complimentary tickets to the Rose Garden. It's a beautiful spot, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos.

XXingdiI brought my granddaughter to Kunming for a vacation this time! We booked the InterContinental Kunming (Dianchi Lake) on Trip.com. As soon as I walked into the lobby, my eyes lit up. 🌷 The front desk lady greeted us with a smile and even upgraded our room type! It was absolutely wonderful! Opening the window, we were treated to a breathtaking view, waking up to picturesque scenery every day put us in such a good mood.
The hotel's decor style was also exactly to my taste, with excellent use of space. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable.
The hotel's location is also superb, making it very convenient for getting around. It's an 8-minute walk to Haigeng Dam Scenic Area. There's a whole street of restaurants right across from the hotel, which was very convenient! 🌹 The hotel has a swimming pool: a hot spring. Those with young children will especially love it here! The garden has peacocks, bunnies, and other animals that kids enjoy!
During our stay here, I truly experienced the leisurely and romantic side of Kunming, and I really didn't want to check out. I'll definitely consider staying at InterContinental Kunming again next time I visit Kunming! Five-star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.
