"We are so lucky to find this place. A cosy duplex apartment with living room below and beds above. Full service is provided like a hotel. No breakfast but plenty of restaurant and convenience store nearby. And the metro is just directly in front of the place. It’s a very good experience to stay closer to the real gz community and away from the other tourist."

"This hotel is a renovated old building. The ceilings are very low, and the hallways are dirty. There's a faint smell of renovation in the room that wasn't strong during the day but was noticeable when trying to sleep. For breakfast, I only had some congee and a boiled egg after seeing the offerings. Overall, it matches the price point – you get what you pay for. I barely slept all night due to people talking in the hallway, the smell, and uncomfortable, high pillows. After breakfast, I felt quite nauseous and had to take some medicine. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but I really didn't get any rest."

The mattress is super comfortable, getting such a good night's sleep right after landing was incredibly refreshing. 👍👍 The airport pick-up service was excellent; a quick call was all it took to arrange a driver, which was very convenient. The front desk staff were also very patient, attentive, and friendly. The breakfast area consistently delivers good quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

The rooms are clean and equipped with toiletries. The staff are exceptionally friendly, greeting guests each morning. We are grateful for the assistance of Vee, who was very helpful and personally ensured that our room was cleaned daily. Vee also took the time to inform us about the services provided by the hotel, making our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend, will definitely go back again."

"The White Swan Hotel is one of Guangzhou's older hotels; it's been around for forty years, serving tourists visiting the city. This time, I specifically chose it for my trip to Guangzhou. The service inside the hotel is warm and friendly, and the room hygiene is pretty good. The surrounding area has convenient transportation, right by a Line 5 subway station. There's also the Friendship Store and Guangzhou Restaurant nearby if you want to try some Cantonese food. Overall, it's quite good."

"I booked the wrong hotel by mistake, but the location is just as convenient. It's an older five-star hotel, and the service is still up to par. They even thoughtfully gave us mooncakes since we checked in just before the Mid-Autumn Festival. The pool is very comfortable. However, the room decor really needs an upgrade; I'm looking forward to seeing a much-improved environment next time I stay. The dim sum at the 7th-floor restaurant is excellent."

AAnonymous UserI visited with my two kids for a weekend. The lobby is on the 95th floor, and the service at the front desk and in the corridors was excellent, especially the concierge. My friend arrived earlier and was checking in upstairs. I pulled up to the hotel entrance with my younger child, and a polite young man from the concierge team immediately helped me with my luggage without me even having to get out of the car. My friend's family could then come down and head out for afternoon tea, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. I heard that the windows with a side view of Canton Tower are quite small, and since we were going to the 107th floor for drinks in the evening, I opted for a room with a large window facing IFC, where we enjoyed the sunset 🌅. Compared to my friend's family of three who stayed in a Rosewood Residence apartment suite, the apartment had a better view and, because the room was larger, offered a panoramic vista. However, apartment guests have breakfast on a different floor than hotel guests, though they can pay extra to eat the hotel breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was exquisite, but I do have to complain about the server that day. After we had already gotten our food, it took quite a while for her to bring us the menu to order dishes like eggs Benedict and waffles. And she served later-arriving guests before us. Since I was alone with two kids, I initially forgot about it, but by the time the menu came, the kids were already full and couldn't eat anything else from it. This was the only disappointing part of our stay. The breakfast server had a cold demeanor and wasn't very welcoming. I would have given full marks for service otherwise, but she definitely cost a point. Besides noodles and congee, there were also dumplings, which the kids loved. I personally thought their congee and noodles were particularly delicious – perhaps I drank a bit too much the night before 😄. The swimming pool was not crowded and had three separate areas. The service there was also very enthusiastic, and the children had a wonderful time. During check-in, the housekeeper on our floor was exceptionally thoughtful. She proactively brought extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toothbrushes, whereas at other hotels, you usually have to call to request these. She even asked if I needed anything else – a big thumbs up for her! Once the kids were asleep in the evening, my girlfriend and her husband and I enjoyed listening to music and having a few drinks and a chat on the 107th floor. This rare opportunity for drinks was precisely why we chose the Rosewood and why it's the perfect choice when traveling with kids 😄.

All your dining, drinking, and entertainment needs are covered. Well-Equipped Facilities, Thoughtful Details This is a loft-style guesthouse converted from an apartment, and the room facilities are comprehensive: - Basic amenities: Water heater, hairdryer, and water filter are all available. The integrated washer and dryer meet all laundry needs. - Daily convenience: There’s a private balcony for drying clothes, and the front desk provides ample bottled water daily. They also proactively ask about supply needs and deliver them promptly. Warm Service, Perfect Experience Although it was evening and unmanned when we checked in, the WeChat contact for the manager, which we had added in advance, proved crucial. The staff member responded quickly, personally guided us through check-in, and escorted us to our room. The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic throughout, always ready to answer questions. When we needed to change room types due to family needs during our stay, the front desk sister went above and beyond to coordinate and efficiently resolve the issue. We could also quickly pick up supplies directly from the reception after our outings, making the service experience exceed our expectations. Summary This stay far exceeded our expectations! The excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and thoughtful service made our trip both comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this guesthouse for both family trips and friends traveling together!

It's within walking distance to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and the Museum of the Nanyue King, with Dim Sum restaurants and a McDonald's right next door. The hotel is very new and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and excellent facilities (gym, laundry room, and smart AI assistant 'Xiao Nuo' in the rooms). They also thoughtfully provide a delicious and extensive breakfast from 7 am to 12 pm, with an unbeatable view of Canton Tower from the 41st floor while you eat. There's also an exquisite afternoon tea (2 pm-5 pm) and late-night supper (8 pm-12 am), featuring comforting congee and soy milk, plus a 24-hour coffee machine. In the evenings, it even has a bar-like ambiance – we loved it! We also adored the fragrant toiletries, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which left our hair feeling so soft. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all incredibly thoughtful, enthusiastic, and friendly, making us feel so happy and cared for ☺️❤️. On Christmas Eve, the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared a Christmas gift box for us ❤️🥳🎄. We really appreciate the hotel's 'light luxury' style, and how it perfectly caters to the needs of guests across all age groups – it's fantastic! ❤️ We've already recommended it to friends and relatives visiting Guangzhou next year 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

BbigboeyIt's alright. Here on a short overnight overlay, with my next flight early at 8AM from Baiyun Airport, so I couldn't make use of the airport shuttle service. Breakfast wasn't served by the time I departed (5.45am) too, so I can't speak for that. Took a short walk to the gym and pool facilities, they look fine but I didn't make use of them. Otherwise, it's a really comfy hotel. Room 2007 is right next to the elevator, so I didn't experience the long walk that other guests mentioned. There's pretty much everything you could need provided in the room, including bathrobes. Didn't make use of the kitchen, but I understand it could come in handy for certain travellers. But yeah, not bad. Not bad at all. Location wise, it's 15 minutes to the airport, but it's a solid 50 minutes to the city centre by car. You could alternatively walk to the nearby Renhe Subway Station and make use of the public transport (very convenient!), but it could get crowded at times.

It allowed us to wash and dry clothes daily, so we didn't come home with a huge pile of laundry. Secondly, the location is truly excellent; the pedestrian street is right behind the hotel.
