"Unfortunately, our trip to Nansha coincided with heavy rain, and I was traveling with my child, which initially made me quite upset. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly warm service at Fenglin International Apartment. The front desk staff immediately offered to help me with my luggage when they saw me carrying my child, and even proactively offered a snack to my little one. The room was clean, dry, and not at all humid, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the staff. It felt so secure and comfortable staying here during the rain. It's truly a family-friendly hotel, making our entire stay pleasant and stress-free. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I bring my child to Nansha."

"Facilities: Lots of activities available, all-inclusive ticket for various entertainment. Hygiene: Generally clean. Environment: Surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. Service: Efficient. Unlimited indoor/outdoor forest hot spring area: The resort is huge, and there's even a man-made beach, perfect for kids. Overall, quite satisfied. Summer Fireworks Festival [July 4th - August 30th]: Lasted about 10 minutes, good, created a holiday atmosphere."

"The environment of this place is quite good. There are not many people in the ancient village, so it is relatively well preserved. The room decoration is also more careful, including the soft decoration design and supplies, which are all relatively good. But there is still a lot to improve. For example, the first one is hygiene. The newly opened hotel has good decoration materials but poor construction, and the hygiene is not satisfactory, and it feels like it is not standardized. The lobby bar is relatively small and quite crowded during breakfast. And it cannot respond in time. The manager is very friendly and enthusiastic, but there is still room for improvement in terms of management."

"Ugh, what a nightmare! Drove all the way to Guangzhou for a trip. The car in front of me wouldn't move, and I desperately needed to use the restroom... Finally, after laying on the horn, they moved. What a waste of time!!! Getting into the hotel's parking lot was smooth enough, and checking in on the first floor was pretty quick. My initial impression was decent. The room facilities were alright, and I liked the decor, at least. What was truly annoying 🙄 was that I'd reserved a restaurant on my phone earlier that evening, and there were still 70 tables ahead of me?! Ugh, I finally got to the front, only to be told I was at the wrong branch. Two hours wasted, and I didn't even get to eat! Ended up just finding some random place. The first time I asked the staff, they didn't tell me, then when my number was called, they told me it wasn't their branch. Was that intentional? [question mark emoji] I couldn't be bothered to argue and just left. I ended up leaving a bad review on the platform, haha. Definitely a place to avoid. This whole ordeal ruined my last day in Guangzhou. Between driving and getting lost, my vacation was a bust. The only good thing was the sleep; everything else was a letdown. It's my fault for choosing the wrong place. I shouldn't have stayed at this downtown hotel; then I wouldn't have gone to the wrong restaurant branch or gotten stuck in traffic."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean and nice. However, my 180-degree side window was foggy, which I hope they can address during renovations. Special shout-out to the auntie on the 14th floor. She greeted us warmly every time we saw her. Yesterday, I asked her for water, and today she still remembered my room number – it felt just like coming home. On the day we checked in, there were a lot of guests. The young lady at the lobby bar proactively poured water and tidied up the tables, and the front desk staff explained everything very clearly. The soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking. Given the limited space, they really made guests feel comfortable, exceeding my expectations."

"After a long search, I finally chose this hotel, and I definitely made the right choice! The facilities here are excellent and very new. The hairdryer in the room is fantastic – great airflow, and the hot air isn't scalding; I actually want to buy one for myself! The room also has a huge 65-inch TV with screen casting capabilities, and a Tmall Genie for voice control, which can also connect via Bluetooth to play music. The service is great, and the hygiene is impeccable. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the subway station (Lines 6 and 1), and close to Shamian Island attractions. Highly recommend!"
