GGuest UserThe hotel butler contacted us a day in advance and added us on WeChat to send directions, which was very convenient for communication. The hotel facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the shower has great water pressure. There are eight breakfast sets in total: five are mainly rice noodles, one is noodles, one is congee, and one is pasta and sandwiches. The hotel is conveniently located; it's right next to Jinma Biji Square, a 500-meter walk to Kunming Old Street, and 1.2 kilometers to Cuihu Park.

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive, featuring a lot of branded ingredients. Downstairs, there's a fantastic Dai-style BBQ and a delicious mushroom hotpot. They also offer dedicated pick-up and drop-off services to Kunming Changshui Airport, available both morning and evening. Despite being close to the airport, the environment was quiet, and they even mailed back an item I left behind!

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this Ji Hotel with my child for an overnight layover in Kunming, and it was incredibly convenient. You don't even have to leave the terminal – just take the elevator straight up to the second floor. After a shower and a good night's sleep in the comfy bed, all the travel fatigue just melted away. Getting to my flight the next morning was also a breeze; simply take the elevator to the fourth floor for the check-in counters. They even gave us complimentary welcome fruit! I'll definitely stay here again for any future overnight layovers in Kunming.

GGuest UserI haven't stayed at Atour many times, but I chose this Atour for my first night in Kunming, mainly because of its excellent location. It's very close to Kunming Station and near Kunming Old Street, so I could explore the night scenery there. The parking lot is on the fourth floor across the street. You have to carry your luggage down to the first floor, cross the street, take an elevator to the seventh floor, and then reach the Atour front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. The room wasn't very big, and both the bed and duvet felt a bit small. However, all the facilities and equipment were brand new. I'm particular about the comfort of shower facilities, and they proved to be excellent, even better than those at the InterContinental Kunming where I stayed later. The congee in the evening was thick and delicious, very refreshing. The gym, though small, was fully equipped, and they even placed a bottle of water on each piece of equipment, showing great attention to detail. While breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, the staff were exceptionally good. Even when they announced that they were about to close, they were still refilling depleted food items, which many hotels costing thousands wouldn't necessarily do. Overall, after this short stay, I'm very satisfied with Atour; I feel like I've become a fan.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.

MM10627****The room was spacious, and the solid wood desk felt really high-quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was very convenient for two people. They even have robots that can deliver takeout, which is pretty smart. Plus, there are charging stations right next to the hotel, which is great for electric car owners – no need to worry about finding a place to charge.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were warm and efficient. We got an upgrade to a better room, which offered even more beautiful views of Kunming. The breakfast was a real local treat, with delicious grilled Erkuai, steamed Ersi, rice noodles, and Xidoufen (pea jelly). The cakes sold in the lobby were also very tasty and reasonably priced, with a buy-one-get-one-free offer after 6 PM. The only downside was that the room facilities were a bit old, but that's understandable for an older five-star hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk from Kunming Station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel for its convenient location when traveling with our child. When we first arrived, it felt like a hidden gem, tucked away in Jingxing Flower Street. You can find plenty of food and drinks right downstairs – all sorts of rice noodles, flower cakes... everything you could want! Plus, it's next to a large shopping complex and right by Wuyi Road Metro Station, exit B or C, which is close and has an elevator. Despite being in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet! The room was quite new, a bit small, but perfectly fine for my child and me. The price was great too! It's an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.

PpureevianFacilities: This is a five-star hotel, and while it's part of Shangri-La's younger JEN brand, the design isn't overtly luxurious but feels fresh and elegant. The overall environment is very comfortable.
Service: Gentle, polite, and very attentive.
Environment: The room felt a bit stuffy, perhaps because the city itself is very dry. It would be great if there were some humidifiers, as the room was too dry.
PS: During the Chinese New Year period, breakfast was served in a conference/banquet hall, which was a very unpleasant dining experience. Waking up early to that buzzing atmosphere felt like being on a tour group staying at some town guesthouse. I hope they don't have such strange arrangements during normal times. 🤔 When staying at a Shangri-La property, guests expect a certain standard for breakfast. The front desk really should have informed us about this arrangement during check-in, allowing guests the option to cancel breakfast.

We got a room on 13th floor. Only 1 lift is working (for customer and housekeeping at the moment), so they posted a note to inform and advice you to plan your time ahead.We just know when we arrived. Need to wait 15-20min to catch a lift as it has limited space. We checked in afternoon and only stay few hours to rest before catching our 0230am flight so we just leave our heavy luggage at the ground floor area to save time. Hopefully the solve the lift issue soon.

Strategic I think. Nearby the famous Beef Roti beside Four point hotel. Didi can access and drop you off nearby the hotel itself so easy to pull your luggage.But there is no English signage fo the hotel name. The didi also unsure and will just drop you nearby for you to walk. So from the review here, we asked a staff at Four Points hotel and they help to show us the place, it is like 2-3 unit from them on the same row.
