MM319310****The hotel room was very clean and hygienic. The family room had both a large and a small bed, which was very comfortable for two adults and one child. Our flight landed in the middle of the night, and the hotel's airport pickup service was excellent; the driver actively helped with loading and unloading luggage. The front desk staff were also very helpful! The breakfast had a good variety too, with rice noodles, bread, fruit, milk, and yogurt. And it all tasted great!

MM754003****After traveling all the way from Shanghai and staying in five or six hotels, this one truly stands out as 200% amazing. It's well-equipped, clean, and offers all sorts of thoughtful services you wouldn't even expect. The staff (both male and female) are incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Even my picky daughter said she loved this hotel! On our second night, my daughter fell ill, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, helping us buy medicine, get porridge, and even carry our luggage. Unfortunately, due to my family's health, we couldn't enjoy our trip to the fullest and had to cut it short and head home early. But next time I'm in Kunming, Yunnan, I'm definitely staying here again.

TThenayzerStaying at Ji Hotel Kunming Airport was an excellent decision. Instead of spending the night waiting uncomfortably in the airport during an overnight transit, we were able to get proper rest. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a deep and restful sleep.
The room size is adequate, especially considering the hotel is located within the airport. The location is extremely convenient—simply take the elevator to the second floor after exiting the arrival hall. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary snacks and fresh fruit served with a tea set, which made the stay feel especially welcoming.
Although the staff do not speak English, they are very kind, polite, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

WWeiweiThe location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and right next to a bustling commercial area. The room is high enough that you don't get bothered by the noise from the shops. It's a non-smoking room, very clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were really friendly and provided warm, thoughtful service. I guess it's the off-season before the winter holidays, because they even upgraded my room type – how lucky is that! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

ZZYH0926I spent a few days touring Kunming and chose this hotel for my last night, and I was quite satisfied with the experience. It's right next to a subway station, which was convenient for my trip to Dounan Flower Market. The IELTS Restaurant on the 4th floor is very stylish, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There's also a laundry room on the 11th floor. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming.

The hotel has a grand, vintage-style decor, and the room facilities are complete and easy to use. The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent; it's very convenient to get to Cuihu Lake or Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls, or to the old street for snacks. The staff are also warm and thoughtful. There's even a delivery robot that can bring takeout to your room, so the service is always on point. I'm quite satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work.

SShuijingxieI took my kids out for a vacation on May Day. The experience was five-star praise, and the service was very good. The environment was garden-style and very comfortable! The restaurant has a complete range of delicious dishes, and there is also a book bar and hot springs. A SPA was also given. It was a very good experience and I will come again if I have the chance. I will also recommend it to friends.

XXMM1992Huge thanks to Jen for giving us such a perfect start! Soon after booking, the hotel reached out to understand our needs. They even installed a three-sided bed rail before we checked in (many hotels only provide a one-sided one), and set out a toothbrush and small slippers for our child – really impressed! The hotel staff are incredibly warm and friendly; they always interact happily with our little one and even give out cookies, which she absolutely loves. The hotel's central location is fantastic, with large malls like MixC and Plaza 66 nearby, making everything very convenient. I rarely leave reviews on Trip.com, but after our trip, I really wanted to come back and specially commend Jen. She did an amazing job, and we'd definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

However, I was awakened in the morning by housekeeping, who opened the door twice despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being placed. Luckily, we had latched the door from the inside. I informed the reception, and she apologized sincerely. It was not her fault, but it did affect our rest.
