Super surprise stay! The store intimately presented freshly ground coffee, and woke up in the morning with a cup of hot coffee. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, the price is super high, and I will choose this homestay next time I travel!

The room was excellent, very cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and all the hotel employees were friendly and greeted us proactively. Mainly because the transportation is convenient and it is very convenient to eat. Downstairs is the Shuangqiao Night Market. The sanitation is OK. It is OK to make do for one night. 👍

When I travel, Atour is always one of my top hotel choices, as each Atour property consistently maintains a high standard. Among them, Atour's high-rise hotels are currently my favorite. This Atour in Kunming is the second high-rise Atour I've stayed at, and the night view from the window is beautiful and quiet. This Atour also offers local specialty rice noodles (er si) for breakfast. The service was also excellent; my flight arrived at 1 AM, and they thoughtfully prepared warm bottled water for me. They even washed and dried our clothes overnight and delivered them to our door the next morning.

It was a pretty good stay! The hotel is right next to the subway station, very close to the night market, and convenient for getting to the high-speed rail station. It offers great value for money and excellent service. Definitely worth recommending, all the amenities and services were top-notch.

They even proactively recommended some local, lesser-known spots to visit, showing a great attention to detail. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-designed with a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and a stable temperature. Even the toiletries had a faint, pleasant scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly cooked rice noodles and fresh fruit were exactly what I craved. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers; it's definitely on my list for my next visit!

We booked a family suite, but check-in went awry. First, we were told the previous guest hadn't checked out yet and that we could check in at 2:00 PM. We were kept waiting, but when we asked again after 3:00 PM, we were told we'd have to wait nearly another hour. After finally waiting long enough, we were told the so-called ”family suite” was actually two completely separate rooms, one with twin beds and one with a king-size bed. It wasn't even a suite! How could this be a suite? It was clearly two ordinary rooms slapped together to be a ”family suite” to trick people! For us, a family with children, this arrangement was incredibly inconvenient. Having the children running back and forth between the two rooms was a hassle, and we had to constantly worry about their safety. There was absolutely no convenience or interactive space that a suite should have. We booked for the comfort and convenience of a ”suite,” but not only did we experience a long check-in delay, but we were also severely misled by the room information. It was a truly terrible experience. A sincere reminder to anyone considering booking a family suite: be cautious and avoid this trap!

The first floor is convenient and quiet. It is close to the subway exit C of the railway station. From the subway entrance C to Exit A, walk 8 minutes to the south entrance of Kunming Railway Station.
