We had a very good time in this hotel! 1) the room was nice: comfortable bed, nice balcony, shower and bathtub 2) breakfast was good, mainly Chinese but tasty (we missed some cheese) and it was not crowded, it was very clean and organized 3) staff were polite although we always had to use apps to communicate which created sometimes misunderstandings 4) pool was nice, with a hot water pool and slides so lots of fun for a toddler 5) playground for a 2yo was small but considering that there was a pool also, my son had fun Overall we like it a lot and considering the price, it’s was a good choice

Service was excellent. They seek to please. They generously checked us in early and provided us with complimentary breakfast: the chicken soup is a must try , especially after a long day of travelling. The hotel opened in January this year. It is new, clean and quiet. It is next to the Yonghefu community and the side of Ganmei Hospital. Exit from Linyuqiao Station on Line 2 on Beijing Road, pass the hospital gate, turn right into the Yonghefu Archway, and walk a few minutes to the hotel. The parking lot is on the third floor below the hotel building, and there are clear signs at the entrance. She smiled and served, was attentive and enthusiastic, and she could solve any problems! The room was upgraded for free this time, and it is 50 square meters. It was bright as soon as I entered. The first thing is the spacious bathroom part, with a large bathtub, a long washbasin, a large mirror, and bright. There is a separate shower room and toilet. The special thing is the toilet, which is used for the first time. There are instructions on the wall on how to operate it. There is a circle on the lower right side of the toilet. We ordered a meal for two and rice noodles. The price is reasonable and the taste is good. You can also order takeout, and the robot will deliver it to the room, and you can perfectly experience many artificial intelligence services. There is also a self-service laundry and gym on the 4th floor to provide convenient services for guests, but I didn’t experience it this time. I hope I will have a chance in the future. One of the best services I've experienced in any hotel globally. And this is coming from someone who travels constantly and has lived in hotels for the last 2+ years. The team were always smiling, so friendly and approachable. I spoke to Miss Zhong Zhong often who was delightful, helping with anything and everything. The rooms are very clean, laundry room is very convenient and the garden restaurant was delightful. Delicious fresh food, and lots of vegetables that they grow themselves. It would be a pleasure to come back to this hotel.

The hotel opened 25 years ago, and the overall facilities are excellent. The front desk was very friendly and any questions we had were responded to quickly. The parent-child room is very nice, with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. (Curious: Why is there no sofa in the public area?) There are many loopholes in the service, and there is even a bug that the renovation next door is going on early in the morning. (I was very angry because we were in a hurry to check in until the early morning, and Duang Duang Duang woke us up directly) It's quite pet-friendly, but if they don't allow pets into the restaurant, either tell them when you check in, or put up a ”No Pets Allowed” sign at the restaurant entrance. I was halfway through my meal when they told me that pets were not allowed in, which... (In the end, since we were the only ones in the restaurant, the staff kindly let us continue eating) The communication emotional value was negative. There were few people dining in the restaurant, and the staff were communicating loudly about internal matters, which was very awkward and speechless. Currently there is no telephone in the room, and the elevator has no access control. Communication is done through WeChat, which is more like a homestay. I like making phone calls 🤙. The problems are not big, but details determine success or failure.

What an experience! Like something out of a romance novel, from the extravagant entrance, to the sweeping stair cases, to the Louis 16th furniture, including artwork, gilt edges, romance and comfort... it had the lot. The Spa facilities were amazing. Pools, pools and more pools! Manicured grassed areas, intimate treed walkways, arches, marble, stone, statues, ponds and fountains. Just delightful. The staff were amazing as well. No English at reception, but they were quick with the translators. Definitely felt like a queen at this place. Location was a bit strange...half way between city centre and airport, the surrounds were primarily industrial, and main attractions were about 20 minutes away by Didi, but the price to convenience ratio was still good. Definitely recommend it, even if just for the furnishings!
