"Room is small and compact, but the location is okay — conveniently near Robinsons Fuente. However, the soundproofing is really poor, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is à la carte with limited choices. Staff are friendly though."

The room cleaning was a bit hit and miss but the hotel was very busy over the Christmas holiday period so it was understandable."

"Conveniently located near Ayala Malls and the business district. Eateries around the hotel. Good front desk, concierge service, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Rooms are comfortable."

"Hrmmm this one is a tricky one as we had a few unexplained situations. Firstly, the hotel itself was previously a Marriot 5-Star back in the day prior to be taken over in 2018 by the Seda Group. Secondly, there is so much ongoing renovation and construction that you need to be aware of; Noise coming from New Construction, the in hotel pool is unavailable from Feb-2025 and guests must walk across the street to another organisation's pool. Unfortunately this was a deal breaker for us. The food was average with cheaper and better tasting food located just minutes away by walking through the carpark. Overall the guest lounge (located on level 12) is a bonus but is super budget, not 4-Star Material. P.S. There is no rooftop bar, only a lounge overlooking a construction site. P.S.S The House of Lechon is 5 mins by Grab which is a plus."

The staff are consistently accommodating and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist. I’ve stayed here twice already, and both experiences have been wonderful. Another nice bonus: they offer shuttle services going to popular destinations like Dusit Thani Resort and Nustar, making it even easier to explore Cebu. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and warm Filipino hospitality."

"Great location. Walking distance to Ayla Centre, lots of food and shopping. Lovely room, clean and very polite and friendly staff. The hotel was flexible with checkout time and they don't require deposit which is great. Cons: Pretty noisy - mostly traffic noise and vehicles sounding their horns throughout the night and early morning. Not sure if it is due to the facing of our room. The Sky TV was not working during our stay though. It would have been nice if that was shared when we checked in, we spend some time trying to figure out how to work yhe TV. Will be good if there's teaspoons in the room, had to borrow a spoon from the restaurant just to eat my yogurt."

"The hotel itself is very close to bus terminal and the famius SM mall, and very close to the port area, I been using this hotel every time I travel back home to my home town, the staff are mix some are hospitable and kind but a few has rude and no etiquette to get the guest request to have them serve better, they just very strict to the rule. There is string alarm noise every hour not sure what is that purpose. There is 7 eleven store and ATM outside the lobby. The food has been change a little bit selection but still fried and a bit oily, the good thing was they serve a sweet soy beans we called it ”tahu” and had also chicken congee, it was better than the last time."

"location was great.people were nice and helpful. we stayed for 2 days. very accessible to nearby important establishments such as mall and port. downside is cleanliness. there was a stench in the cr and there were even tiny worms in the drain. not recommended for longer stay or if with children"
