I arrived at the airport late the night before, but the hotel's pick-up service was perfectly arranged. The driver was already waiting, and even proactively helped with my luggage, completely saving me the hassle of finding a taxi in the middle of the night. Upon arrival, front desk staff member #6 was incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was very efficient. She also thoughtfully informed me of all the important details. After a long and tiring journey, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made me feel so much better, and the room environment was also excellent. The overall service was impeccable, I highly recommend this hotel! It will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

I had one night between two flights in Kunming and mainly needed a clean and comfortable place to stay. This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for the price. The room was very spacious, with a huge king-size bed, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. I also liked the automatic curtains and other small details that made the room more comfortable. The airport pickup worked very well and was easy to arrange. The hotel is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, which made it very convenient for a short layover. Breakfast was also sufficient for a quick meal before my noon flight. The main thing to know is that there is absolutely nothing around the hotel, so it is not suitable if you want to explore the city or go out for local food. The very kind and helpful front desk staff told me the nearest restaurant was about 2 km away, so I ordered delivery instead. Interestingly, the food was delivered to my room by a robot, which was a fun experience. There was some airport-related noise, but the staff kindly provided earplugs, which helped a lot. Overall, this was a very good airport hotel and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it if you need somewhere convenient and comfortable for an overnight stay near Kunming Airport.

This was the cheapest hotel we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, and also the one with the absolute best service! First, they offer subway station pick-up and airport transfer services. On the day of check-in, they send a reminder just in case you're unaware of these services. Upon arrival, you're immediately offered a glass of water, and then they thoughtfully help you arrange your airport transfer times. The room itself is fully smart-enabled, which is really impressive. But what touched us the most was that our flight was at 5 AM the next day, and we had scheduled a 4 AM airport drop-off. We came down about ten minutes early, expecting to wait a bit for the driver. To our surprise, even before 4 AM, a young man and a front desk lady were already waiting for us! They even kindly gave us two breakfast boxes to take on the road (we hadn't paid for breakfast). As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, the car was already waiting right at the entrance. The service was so incredible that we actually wondered if we really only paid 100 RMB, haha!

This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It's located in a village, which makes the location a bit off the beaten path, but that's perfectly fine as they offer airport shuttle service. We arrived at Changshui Airport at 2 AM on our first day. After collecting our luggage, we contacted the hotel for pickup. Even though it was raining heavily that night, the hotel was fantastic and was already waiting for us in the parking lot. Since we had to catch a high-speed train to Dali the next day, the hotel even dropped us off at the nearby subway station. When we returned to Kunming on our last day, we chose to stay at this hotel again. The staff here are incredibly enthusiastic; they recommended local breakfast spots and hot pot restaurants, all of which were delicious and very affordable. Because it was pouring rain that day, the hotel even went out of its way to drive us to the restaurant for dinner. The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so it wasn't as noisy at night as I expected; if you don't listen carefully, you can barely hear the planes landing. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers transiting through Kunming or those who want to be close to the airport without the noise. On a side note, dining in the village where the hotel is located is super convenient. There are restaurants within a 100-meter walk from the hotel, and the food suited our out-of-town tastes perfectly. I've included the name of the hot pot restaurant we went to; it was genuinely affordable, tasty, and the portions were generous. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only downside is that there's no place to hang clothes or towels in the room, only in the bathroom. I hope the hotel can add some racks or hooks for guests to hang their belongings.

The room was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. The facilities were modern and well-equipped. It was very comfortable for my family and me to stay there. Due to a flight delay, the hotel proactively contacted us multiple times regarding the airport pick-up service on the day. We arrived at the airport at 1 AM, and the driver communicated quickly and had an excellent service attitude. Although breakfast was standard, it was more than good enough. Thank you, hotel, for giving us such a wonderful first impression upon arriving in Kunming.

My kid was a bit worried at first, thinking such a cheap room might not be great, but it turned out to be really good! It was clean and tidy, and while there was some airplane noise, it didn't bother us much. We were satisfied with everything, really. The room was huge, the bed was big, and the pillows were quite comfortable. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the disposable slippers and combs were a bit too 'disposable,' and it would be even better if the restaurant offered dental floss instead of toothpicks.

This hotel is perfect for travelers arriving in Kunming late at night or those catching early morning flights. They offer an airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. Even some airline staff stay here, so you can get breakfast quite early. If you're hungry at night, there's a vending machine with instant noodles available. To get to the city center, you can take the subway, a taxi, or a ride-hailing service from the airport's lower level. There are also buses from Gate 8 at the airport that connect to many cities around Kunming. The room's cleanliness was excellent; the cleaning staff works really hard – big thumbs up to them! The front desk service was responsible and polite.

This was truly a great value stay! The free airport shuttle for singles alone was half the price of the hotel's value. I arrived at 2:30 AM and contacted the hotel for pick-up, expecting a long wait, but we were on the bus in about ten minutes. It wasn't a large bus, just a nine-seater van, and they barely waited for us before heading back to the hotel. Later, I learned they operate their own shuttle service, not outsourced to a fleet, making it very flexible and fast. The next day, they even provided free transportation to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel, and the prices are reasonable. I was also very satisfied with the room's decor and cleanliness (you can see the pictures I took). Most importantly, it was super quiet because it wasn't next to the road. If I weren't in a rush, I would have liked to stay a couple more days! Haha, I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area; the value is just too high.

Great value for money. Very clean, wide room. Amenities include 2 bottles of water, kettle, hair dryer, soap and shampoo and disposable toothbrush etc. Shower water pressure is good and hot. Friendly staff. Free pick up and drop off after contacting hotel. I used Wechat and a translator lol. Many restaurants nearby. Will stay here next time I transit in Kunming. Thank you!

I had an early flight the next morning, so I wanted to book a hotel close to the airport. When I saw Manju, a brand under New Century Hotels & Resorts, I didn't hesitate and booked it immediately. I often stay at New Century hotels and always appreciate their excellent service, quality, and cleanliness. Plus, this hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient for travelers and a big bonus. After a smooth check-in, our room was spacious, bright, and spotless. It was fully equipped with smart home features and even earplugs, though we didn't need them at all. Sleeping with the window open was perfectly quiet, and the view of the vast green space outside was beautiful and refreshing. There were also many restaurants, convenience stores, and local specialty shops nearby, which was very convenient. In the morning, the front desk called to remind us about the shuttle bus departure time. We went down to the lobby a few minutes early, and the front desk had thoughtfully prepared individual breakfast bags containing milk, eggs, and bread. There was also free coffee and water in the lobby. I have to say, the hotel really thinks of everything! The shuttle bus departed on time. When we arrived at the airport, we suddenly remembered that we had left the flower pastries we bought the night before in the room. Going back to the hotel would have been too tight a schedule, so with a hopeful heart, I called the front desk and explained the situation. The front desk responded quickly, retrieved the flower pastries from the room in less than 10 minutes, and handed them to the driver who was about to leave, who then brought them to us. We felt such a relief when we got the pastries, as they were a Yunnan souvenir for our friends. A huge thank you to the front desk lady on the morning of the 12th; she was beautiful and kind, efficiently and quickly helping me solve the problem. I regret not knowing her name. And also a big thank you to the driver at 7:30 AM, who safely and quickly delivered our gift. Thank you, New Century, thank you, Manju, and thank you to all the staff.
