My mom was really happy when we stayed here. The homstay has a very nice balcony, but the upper attic room is quite hot in the summer. The owner is very friendly and always helps customers when needed. Clean hygiene and clean green space very close to famous tourist attractions. Thank you for your service.

If you are within a 15-minute walk from the pier, the store will help you pick up your luggage on a bicycle. Except for some chartered cars and public fixed-route buses, other islanders can only ride bicycles. The B&B is located in a residential area, and almost every building is a B&B. This one is run with great care. Although the room is small, it is overall clean and comfortable. The toilet does not have dry and wet separation. Every time I take a shower, the toilet and trash can are basically wet, which is a bit of a bug. However, the drainage of the floor tiles is good, and the toilet floor is basically dry after two hours. It is very convenient to go out for dinner. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Puji Temple. There is a Financial Street bus stop at the door. There is a bus every 20 minutes to go to major attractions.

An absolutely fantastic B&B! 1) Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the South Entrance of Nanxun Ancient Town. 2) The room was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were pristine. The toilet even featured automatic heating and blue light sterilization – truly 5-star hotel amenities. 3) We were pleasantly surprised upon entering the room to find the air conditioning already on at a comfortable 22°C – a thoughtful touch you'd typically expect from a five-star hotel. 4) The owner kindly arranged a top-floor king room for us. It featured a small balcony with canal views, and right next to our room was a spacious communal terrace, perfect for playing cards, enjoying tea, or simply chatting. 5) The service was exceptional and incredibly warm. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave us some local specialty 'Dingsheng Gao' (a traditional pastry) when we checked out. 6) Within 300 meters, there are two absolute 'must-try' local eateries: Xinshi Tea Cake and Gaodaguo Cooked Food. I give them a 500% recommendation! Overall, this B&B offers exceptional value for money and truly embodies the warm hospitality of Huzhou locals, reflecting their high standards of service. Since I'm not much of a photographer (or very good at it!), I'll just include a few night views of Nanxun Ancient Town and some local food pictures.

Overall, a very positive experience staying here. Location-wise - moderately convenient, as it was a short walk to train station, shopping centres, tourist attractions, eateries etc. Good for working out all those extra calories from eating. Service - the service staff were very friendly and helpful. As foreigners visiting for the first time, they helped lots! Thank you! Facilities - Really made use of that washing machine, and the reception lady provided us with washing powder too! Plus a large balcony for drying the laundry meant that we didn't have to bring so much change of clothes. Nice view of the lake and surrounding buildings..... watching the misty rain..... Morning came early, like 3am, where it was bright.......

The location is very strategic as it's located just right in the middle of the 2 sides of the whole tourist area. However it cannot be reached by car right in front at the doorstep so be prepared to walk a bit. But it's not too far away, perhaps just 100m from where our taxi dropped us. We added the owner's WeChat and he's been really helpful with sharing info. We really liked the minimalist design and everything was comfy. As beautiful as advertised. There's a bridge and jetty nearby (广惠桥码头）that allows you to take a 15-min tour by boat (one way, RMB160 max. 8 pax) to other jetties and enjoy the scenery by the river. We were also given vouchers to have breakfast at one of the famous noodle stall nearby, a must-have when you travel to Nanxun Ancient Town.（状元楼双交面）

The location of the B&B is very good, the facilities are quite complete, the sanitary conditions are good, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning is simple but filling. The overall price-performance ratio is good.

The first time I traveled to the beautiful Taizhou with my girlfriend, I did a lot of research and finally chose this well-received homestay. The experience of staying in this hotel made my friend and I feel that the trip was worthwhile! ☺️ First, the geographical location🗺️ The most important thing for traveling is convenient transportation🚌Suyuan Homestay is located near the most prosperous Ziyang Street in the old city of Taizhou. When you go out, you will see the ancient, lively and beautiful ancient city! Staying in this homestay, my girlfriend and I successfully ate all kinds of food that we like in Ziyang Street on the crowded days of May Day (sea**** cakes🍪 pickled shrimps🌮 black rice glutinous rice, embedded cakes🫔, etc....) Second, the room environment, the clean and warm layout and complete facilities allowed my girlfriend and I to relax very much after a tiring day of travel💆 Lying on the bed and turning on the projector or drinking ancient tea in the small courtyard is our best choice! 🧋 Third, the service attitude, although we only stayed for two days, the enthusiastic help of the boss left us with a very good impression of Taizhou! ✨To describe the boss in four words, it is always available🏃No matter it is late at night or daytime, no matter what size request we have, the boss will immediately help us solve the problem personally, thank you very much~🙌🏻 In short, Suyuan B&B makes us feel that we have chosen the right place for the trip these days. The room is clean and the boss lady is very nice! I was so busy that I forgot to comment! The boss lady is a good cook, and the scallion bream she made is delicious! The breakfast is also delicious. Having visited Putuo Mountain a few times, this was by far the best stay I've had. The room was exceptionally clean, with luxurious and tastefully designed decor. Even the bathroom amenities were high-end. There's a restaurant conveniently located downstairs where the seafood was visibly fresh, and they offered a wide variety of delicious and reasonably priced dishes. The owner was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. Overall, an excellent experience. I'll definitely be back!
