It truly felt like a vacation. The rooftop pool offers amazing sunset views, and they even provide a complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. It's the perfect environment to just relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also super close to the night market, so you'll never have to worry about going hungry.

The room was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent! They gave us very detailed travel advice. It's also in a very convenient location for sightseeing, with Longshan Temple and Mengjia Night Market nearby. There are some affordable local eateries right next to the hotel, and getting to Ximending and other attractions is super easy. The only downside is that the room layout is a bit awkward, as the bed faces the main entrance directly. A floor-to-ceiling window design would make the room much more comfortable.

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

15 to 20 mins walk from nearest metro station. 5 mins walk to Zhongli night market. Staffs are polite and helpful. Hotel and room were clean and spacious. Bed was very large and comfortable.

Excellent daily healthy breakfast with a wide range of varieties for all in the family to enjoy, and using local fresh ingredients making the start of day something to look forward to! Near food eateries and stores for some local souvenir shopping, convenience stores, and walking distance to train station! We also enjoyed the daily evening complimentary snacks and drinks services including their special tea cocktail. Best of all was their impeccable service. We left our shopping behind after we left the hotel for Taipei, and they kindly arranged for courier to send the items over, wrapped the breakable item nicely with bubble wrap. They also helped us plan for a wonderful and memorable birthday with locally sourced cake and flowers. Everything they did was done with care and love, even for something as simple as making up beds, that they also tucked in the kids' soft toys in cutely. The kids now want to go back to Yilan just for the hotel stay! Definitely the best hotel experience we have had as a family!

We had a great stay here. There was a minor incident that happened but the duty managers, Lucy and Yuki were quick to make it right. Only small bit I would recommend is for staff at breakfast to be more courteous and polite. The chef in charge of eggs can be grumpy and moody while the male manager at the restaurant could be more polite when informing guests of breakfast coming to an end.
