Clean, comfortable with nice view to the Indian Ocean. Very good gym with view to the ocean. Good massage service but very expensive. The breakfast was excellent. Good location in the city center, next to the USA embassy but very dark outside at night. Many restaurants around but the hotel has also excellent restaurants. The roof swimming pool has nice panoramic view but it was crowded.

The rooftop swimming pool view is very good
The room was very clean, the towels and quilt covers were new. There is a refrigerator.
Although our balcony faces the ocean, the view is still great.
There is a beach right in front of you. If you get up early, you can see fishermen closing their nets. Turn right and go to the restaurant.

The room is nice, the environment is good, and it is located in a quiet village. The villagers are very friendly and will greet you when they see you, but they will not harass you too much. The hotel staff has a good service attitude

Clean comfortable hotel, relatively not expensive,
It was a fantastic stay at the hotel and the Sunday lunch buffet was sumptuous. The rooms have been recently cleaned and the linen seems new. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is excellent. Many thanks for the service, the staff were very helpful.

Complimentary airport pickup is the best which are offering which takes away all jitters we as a travelers have especially when traveling for the first time that place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was going stay for only one night in this hotel but extended for one for night after this good experience.

The hotel is right by the sea, it is a serviced apartment, the facilities are average, but the health is not bad, the first time, it is much better than expected. Set a double room, there are two large rooms and a living room, and each room has a bathroom, suitable for two families or with parents, do not disturb each other. The overall feeling is good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite clean, there is a swimming pool, there was no refrigerator in the room, the food in the restaurant is not very suitable for Russians, they cook unusually and not tasty. The food in the restaurants of Unyvatuna was much better. The location is very good. If you have not been to Colombo before, I highly recommend taking a tour from a tuk tuk driver, they offer tours at the hotels. You can negotiate for 4000 rupees. He will briefly tell you in English and drive around Colombo for 3 or 4 hours. We saw all the main sights and the driver waited at the temples and museums. Despite the fact that at the resorts they offer to pay for a tour of the same places, but with a Russian guide for 100 dollars per person. The price is not justified.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the airport and is easy to find. It's neat and tidy for an over night stay when arriving or before flying out. We did not take the breakfast so can't comment on that. Check in and check out was hassle free and the workers helped with our bags even though it was so late. Sites to see on the way.

IIain MoreA great location and quite comfortable rooms - very soft bed and pillows and good shower.The room (404) is quite dark and has a large painted concrete wall along one side which is very ugly. No curtain or anything to screen it as shown in the booking picture. The room was also advertised as Bay View - not sure why as the small window looked straight into the neighbours' apartment block - no privacy. When I asked about it the staff member said ' but we have no bay views.' False advertising - see photo of room booking. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was only lukewarm at best. Coffee was excellent. Overall the location made it a good place to stay - the street was lively with a couple of fun bars, the very good Ministry of Crab restaurant, street art and music.
