It was great to have a such nice hotel in the colimbo, room condition and design is awesome and all staff are really kind. Especially, I would like to point that the rooftop pool is extraordinary beautiful. I can say that having time ar rooftop pool is must thing to do in colombo.

Good value for money, especially with a rooftop bar to embrace Columbo scenery near Lotus Tower. Nice to see Cinnamon counter in Arrivals hall that offered to book a taxi for 7,500 but we took an Uber for 5,500. Very easy, just turn left out the door to Uber & pickme desks so you don'tneed to use apps. Tell the Uber manager destination so he books it & we paid driver cash. Check-in was about 15 minutes once you got to front of queue. They only give one key so request another. Stylish room with seaview. Empty fridge, but roomservice was prompt. Complimentary water bottles (good to see glass for sustainability). Conserve to preserve. Wifi was erratic, so l called reception and they gave me an alternative login that was more stable. Porter called technician to set up tv with lovely personalized greeting and services offered. Rooftop infinity pool closes 9pm but great openair rooftop club with bar menu. Attentive service and good burger with chips.....and beer ;-) There was an issue with payment because we could not charge to room but the manager assisted to process it. Overall a good stay with great value for one night but they need to make it easier for foreign tourists who prefer a hassle-free holiday.

You get what you pay for and what’s stated. The location is very good, there’s a local supermarket around the corner for supplies. My only issue is, there were urine stains on my toilet seat - I cleaned it myself, how it got there I do not know. Also the service attitude of one of the receptionist (her name is Madhu) left a sour taste for me - I changed my plans and reduced my stay, she demanded that I cannot do that and I cannot leave - without listening to me about the refund which had already been issued. Her peers were much friendlier. The staff for breakfast were super accommodating and nice, also the two ladies in the cafe downstairs.

This hotel had a great location right in front of the ocean. We booked half board and the buffet was very plentiful, both for dinner and breakfast. The building was prestigious and had a historical feel to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the gym was too small for the size of the hotel (only 3 running machines).

Check in went smoothly, the rooms were comfortable, the shower good. It was noisy on Friday night from music somewhere outside the hotel. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me as the noise stopped not too late for a normal nights sleep but I had an early airport transfer so wanted an early night. There is a lovely view from the restaurant terrace of the Lotus Tower. I liked the hotel, the location and all the staff were very helpful.

A great location and quite comfortable rooms - very soft bed and pillows and good shower.The room (404) is quite dark and has a large painted concrete wall along one side which is very ugly. No curtain or anything to screen it as shown in the booking picture. The room was also advertised as Bay View - not sure why as the small window looked straight into the neighbours' apartment block - no privacy. When I asked about it the staff member said ' but we have no bay views.' False advertising - see photo of room booking. Breakfast was ok but the hot food was only lukewarm at best. Coffee was excellent. Overall the location made it a good place to stay - the street was lively with a couple of fun bars, the very good Ministry of Crab restaurant, street art and music.

The hotel offers a fantastic experience with its friendly and welcoming staff. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The highlight of the stay was the superb room view—facing the sea with the added charm of watching the train pass by. A truly enjoyable stay!

Отель хороший. Расположение в центре. Огромные номера. Есть кухня, всё работает. Персонал отзывчивый. Были проблемы с раковиной, решили сразу. В отеле есть бассейн с лежаками. Море в 10 метрах. Но не рекомендую там купаться, во первых грязное море, во вторых очень опасно. Это не пляж для купания. Но зато красивый вид из номера на этот пляж. Соседнее здание католическая церковь. 2 раза в день проводят мессу, утром рано и вечером в 5. Поют в микрофон, в принципе красивым голосом, но в любом случае выглядит как караоке. Затем батюшка читает проповедь прихожанам и все это тоже в микрофон. Я встаю рано, поэтому меня с утра этот караоке не напрягал. Будь готовы и осведомлены если что. Минус ещё в том что в номере появляются мелкие муравьи буквально через секунду как только забудете еду или хоть крошку оброните. В общем не оставлять еду вне холодильника и убирать за собой после еды. Но в любом случае клиринг каждый день или по запросу, они быстро справляются с этими муравьями. Они без обидные, просто неприятно. Сам городок Негомбо ни о чем, делать там нечего кроме как провести несколько дней после прилета или до отлёта. Вообще нечего смотреть в этом городке. Вообще. Но зато много ресторанов вкуснейших морепродуктов. Мои рекомендации по цене и качеству Ресторан Jude Restaurant. Пешком минут 20 до него от отеля. В самом отеле питание не предусмотрено, нет кафе или типа того.

All you see on the advertising photo from the hotel, don't believe anything 😂 is the most terrible number in the history of travel. Even in Vietnam in the double was wonderful compared to that. Very tired furniture and dirt. But it's still nothing. Here are the dead larvae larvae is something. And then they are alive themselves. This number saved only the view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly, tried to make concessions, even offered to change the room. But it was a soap. In general I liked only the view from the room and the staff. More absolutely nothing) Change furniture, make some repairs, eat the cockroaches, put above the price and you will be happy.
