Actually I never considered this hotel would be my 3 nights stayed in Genting Highland. But it was so impressing about this hotel especially for the hotel room which were very clean, bright & comfort. The location is quite near from the Genting Awana Resort (Skyway Cable Car). The staffs will help us to list the car's plate number for free parking. The breakfast menu were also good & delicious. The Facilities is also great, especially the top swimming pool & observation deck with a highly beautiful view. The only thing matters is the lift. Very slow especially if you have the high floor hotel room. For my suggestion, just request the receptionist for the low or middle floor.

The room comes with a stunning view! We love it! It is very spacious and sparkling clean! We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff are friendly and helpful too! This is the first time we encounter a bathroom with sauna facility!

Loved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay

**Amazing Stay at CHR** I had the pleasure of staying at CHR for a weekend getaway, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the clean, modern lobby. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from a smart TV to a well-stocked minibar. I especially loved the beautiful view from the window, which made for a relaxing ambiance every morning. Overall, I highly recommend CHR for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Hotel’s located was good, very conveniently located, ample parking space. Room nice, big, spacious plus there’s pool 🏊♂️ which was great for relaxing. Just across the road, there’s 2 malls, shopping, food…. Will be back should l travel to Kuantan again!

Everything are good except for the cleanliness. The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

We had a splendid 2D1N stay for Mom's birthday. It was great to be able to watch folks surf on a private beach. The room is quite spacious with amazing ocean views. However, entrance to the villa was quite challenging for the elderly or those with special needs because you had to take the stairs to your villa and then up for buggy services. The breakfast was also fantastic! Definitely will be our main place to stay in Cherating! .

This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything is fine. I went there with my bf to celebrate my bf birthday, hotel had provided us a cake in the room upon arrival and also arranged us a ground floor room upon requested. Receptionist is nice and can validate tng card at the lobby everytime before leave the property. Cons - 1. the hotel has 2 parking space, one is right beside the hotel lobby another one is a bit far from the hotel lobby but it is still within walking distance, just that you need to walk under the hot sun. 2. The breakfast time is from 630am-1030am and we woke up late which reach the breakfast restaurant at around 10.22am and the receptionist telling us that ‘the breakfast section is closing soon and you only have around 8mins left you still want to have your breakfast?’ Which we feel rude as we had purchased for that and we also reach the place before the breakfast time end and there are still guests eating breakfast which we don’t see the point for doing the countdown thing. (We never work in hotel before which don’t know if doing this countdown thing is correct or not, but we just don’t feel comfortable with it) Improvement - hope hotel can arrange for buggy service for guest that park their car at the far parking space.
