The apart-hotel is very new, clean, and extremely comfortable. However, finding the lobby reception counter was a bit difficult. This apart-hotel is located in Tower B with a shared parking lot. No matter which tower you park in, just head directly to Level G, ask a staff member, and they will direct you to Tower B. After getting your room card, tap the sensor inside the elevator; it will respond after 3 seconds, and you don't even need to press your floor number. We were a bit skeptical taking that elevator at first because it didn't show our floor (33A) on the display panel. Also, remember to turn on the water heater as soon as you enter the room, because the water in Genting is quite cold and takes a long time to heat up. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the overall value for money was quite good. I was pretty satisfied during my stay, making it a great choice for travelers. The only minor drawback was that no cutlery, such as forks, spoons, and plates, was provided in the room. It was a bit inconvenient if you wanted to buy food and eat in. Hopefully, the hotel will consider providing basic tableware in the future to make the stay even more convenient for guests. All in all, it was still a good stay and definitely worth recommending!

Stay- (6/10) + Room is very spaces + Excellent location for shopping + Spaces lobby + breakfast buffet ample choice but lack in variety (almost same dishes daily) -No power outlets next to bedside. Insufficient sockets -Room wifi not working 2/5 days stay -Pillow too soft and duck feathers leaked from one of them -shower head holder defective (loosely attached to wall)) causing the head to dislodge at normal water pressure. -string for hanging clothes in bathroom defective -lifts too slow - male toilet next at lobby dirty and poorly maintained. Should have separate toilets inside restaurant for hotel guests only.

The room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, stylish furniture, and a clean, well-maintained bathroom. The room also had a convenient kitchenette, a television, and a lovely balcony. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the balcony. Although the weather was cloudy and misty during my stay, the scenery still looked amazing, with the clouds creating a peaceful and dreamy atmosphere. The view had a unique charm, even though the cloudy weather limited visibility. Overall, I enjoyed the comfortable room, modern facilities, and relaxing atmosphere. It was a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay with beautiful views.

Beautiful British-style resort with a charming colonial design and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are lovely, and there are plenty of amenities. The gym is quite nice, and the highlight for us was definitely the afternoon tea. We also enjoyed playing pool in the lounge area. The only downside was the breakfast service. Some staff came across as a little passive-aggressive and impatient when we mistakenly said the wrong item from the menu. The service could definitely be warmer and more understanding. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay with great ambiance.

Had a wonderful stay at The Kasturi Cherating for our honeymoon! The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect place to relax and escape from the busy city. The beach is clean and peaceful, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and private. We also received a complimentary dessert for our honeymoon, which was such a nice touch and made our stay even more special ❤️ And of course, we can’t forget the amazing breakfast served every morning! There was a great variety of food and everything tasted so good. Definitely don’t skip the breakfast, you won’t regret it! 😋 The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful getaway in Cherating. We definitely hope to come back again for our anniversary! 🥰

I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Nice hotel with good facilities, especially for families. The gym, children’s playroom and swimming pool are great additions and we enjoyed our stay overall. The only issue was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/drain area in our room, which seemed like a drainage or plumbing issue. Hopefully the management can look into it and fix the problem. Overall, a pleasant stay and we would consider coming back again.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore
