The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)

I stayed 4d3n & it’s an excellent place, very clean, with a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is peaceful and serene. It’s conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from FamilyMart, McDonald’s, KFC, and 7-Eleven. The staff were also extremely helpful. But most of the restaurant nearby is operated during night time. Next time will try out the hotel buffet 👍🏻
The room is clean and the shower has strong pressure and water temperature is hot enough. The staff is friendly and explained everything in detailed. Slight inconvenience with the car park as we need to validate everytime we go out. The swimming pool is quite clean but the jacuzzi is overcrowded by young kids playing in there. The sauna is not hot enough and does not come with water pail.
Location-wise, everything was great & the room was comfortable. However, I’d recommend avoiding weekends, as the lobby gets very crowded with guests checking in & the lifts can be quite slow due to the high traffic. The Wi-Fi in the room was also frustratingly slow & you can hear noise when guests in the room above move their chairs/table.
For the best experience, request a room on level 20 or above to enjoy the views.
I didn’t get the chance to explore the hotel facilities, but I did visit Hard Rock and Hoverland in the same building, 10/10 would recommend.
Was staying for the event. On business trip. Room is clean and size is acceptable. Location is strategic! Breakfast spread was good too. Quite variety. Will bring my family here for trip again.
Nice spacious room and very clean as well. Beds and pillows comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom got nice shower and spacious. Only comment is not enough noise barrier can hear noise outside like cars on the road and people walking in the hallway or corridor outside the room. Thank you.
Beautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.
We had a wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel Cameron Highlands. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, which was well-maintained and fun to splash around in.
One of the highlights was the breakfast service. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely come back again!
From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.
The location is good, about 15 minutes to Genting. The hotel cleanliness could be improved, but the room is quite spacious. They are currently giving out E-vouchers as well. The hotel is convenient, and there is a shuttle bus service available with additional charges.

TTayThe check-in area is very confusing... Why can't they place the lobby on the ground floor of the main building together with the car park? The signage is not very clear, and customers were made to criss-cross among different buildings. The staff is not very well trained.
I have the same negative feedback from other guests when we talk in the hotel area.
Won't be staying there again. Getting to Genting Sky Arena is a big hassle and they charge you for the shuttle bus.

GGuest UserOverall not recommended for impatient person, check in process was miserable (they delayed us for an hour, then we need to pickup our room key from they housekeeper by ourself?????(CANNOT BRAIN AT ALL)), lift at windmill upon hill was miserable too during check out hour.
Access card for lift cannot be used and customer service asked us to deal with hotel’s security guard (HELLO WE CANT EVEN USED THE LIFT SO HOW WE WANT TO GO DOWN AND MEET THE GUARD), thank god some good people helped us during when up.
Only room was comfortable, but at 1.30am we smell cigarette from another room.
