When driving to the property, you can use the parking lot.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family.
The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient.
We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax.
The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent.
One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning.
A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊"

EEGKediMy husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room.
Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay!
We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM.
We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake!
The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness!
Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy!
The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles!
These are the personnel that I managed to get their names -
At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah.
A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room!
The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo.
And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive!
Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb!
Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

GGuest UserThis was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

Bad: private pool cleanliness of the pool can be considered worth based on my experience. unacceptable for human to use it. Too dirty and unefficient filteration system

GGuest UserThis was my second stay here in the same month because I simply couldn't get enough of this amazing place. The breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect destination to relax and recharge.
During my first stay, I chose the Mountain View room, which was incredibly calm and serene. This time, I stayed in a Genting View room, and the night scenery was absolutely stunning—watching the lights come alive was truly unforgettable.
A special mention to the Front Office team for their exceptional hospitality. Despite the busy check-in crowd, they remained warm, professional, and incredibly responsive.
The heated pool is definitely one of the highlights of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I enjoyed every moment there.
Huge kudos to the chef at Majestic Pizza. The pizza was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and one of the best I've had.
Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience. I can't wait to return again!

GGuest UserHad a great stay at this hotel. We stayed on level 41, and the experience was amazing with a cool temperature of 16°C—very refreshing with cooling and fresh air throughout the space. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Amenities were good and met all our needs during the stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Overall, a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThe environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The swimming pool was cleaned very well, maintained well, and a lovely area to relax at. The amenities of the hotel were great, and the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant.
The area was neat and cozy, and I really enjoyed the room. I was really touched by the warmth of everybody at the hotel. All in all, We had a very nice stay and I would recommend this hotel to my family. I can’t wait to return here again in the future.

MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong
