We had a great new year's end vacation here @ swiss garden hotel genting highlands 😘 We really enjoyed the new years countdown party and the foods served was 😋 😋 😋 👍 👌 Very friendly staffs(from the receptionists to the restaurant staffs all friendly 😘 Location wise ( only RM7 grab taxi to GPO) maybe depends on time and demands Good food 😋 especially breakfast buffet soo many choices 😋 also tried their kampung friendly rice,char kway teow special oxtail soup yummy 😋😋😋, Pool was nice but wasn't able to swim coz it's very cold that time with sea clouds ⛅️ Also sooo many instagrammable views to capture when you are @ pool (you can also see the awana cable car & GPO from afar 😉 Clean Room and surroundings ✅ For me its highly recommended hotel ️ in genting highlands ✅️ Price was good for the 4stars hotel 👌

Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of genting highpands, offering easy access to major attractions, restaurants. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location makes everything incredibly convenient. Check-In & Staff: Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. They were friendly, efficient, and offered great recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the team. Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards. Amazing hotel property, very detailed, almost all properties in my room are amazing, there is a Christmas tree inside my room, free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture , wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality, also bathroom properties from the white company. The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this. The location is perfect inside the mall, next door to mall and theme park. room cleanliness: perfect. Breakfast : not buffet breakfast. food is not varied, little protein. Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Loved the wonderful weather huge apartment very comfortable with two tv in the hall and room..there's all the amenities needed like a fridge microwave oven and so forth but only thing is that there's no telephone and order in food..and there's no coffee packets and tissues near the sink area.. everything else is wonderful toilets are well equipped..we enjoyed our stay

Service is excellent! Both the admin and security staff. They are very polite and ready to help. Facilities are very new and comfortable for using. The overall experience was superb, the only flaw may be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and construction at daytime, but the sound proof effect of the room is very good. Will definitely reconsider if coming back again.

at first, we had read reviews about the check in being in a different location from the actual hotel apartments but we thought it was around a 5 minute walk. the actual location is about 1km (25 min walk) away. as it was quite late, the check in staff eventually organised a lift to take us to the place. the room was nice, fitted with a kitchen, and the pool and gym are nice additions to the complex

My stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its classic colonial charm, the elegance of its decor, and the fresh mountain air surrounded by towering pine trees. The ambiance was simply enchanting, timeless, cozy and effortlessly serene. Breakfast was a delightful experience that perfectly complemented the crisp highland morning. Sipping a warm cup of tea while soaking in the breathtaking views felt like a scene from a storybook. Checked out, but already plotting my next escape and this time to indulge in their high tea set.

There are a few thing need to be improved. Maybe the management can consider to change to smart tv. As there is no netflix/youtube. And the tv always show no signal. And there is broken window knob..Yes it is near to restaurant but whoever come with family on the weekend, the restaurant waiting hour is about 40-60 minutes to get food and if it raining, is hard to get parking and traffic was crowd. Please standby your own food for family who travel with kid. There is no food delivery service by grab/panda. Check in/out process is fast. Instruction is clear. No water dispenser (coway/cuckoo).kettle provided to boil water. Basic Cutlery (only for two pax)

A very beautiful hotel in a quiet and serene place. Great for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good spread for breakfast but needs improving on the coffee.One drawback is the water in the toilet. It was pretty rusty when we tried to use the jacuzzi. So we were a little disappointed.

It seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while. There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable. Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.

The property Is still under construction. Hanging gondola at the external building ard still in operating. Hotel no doubt are new, just a few Unit is open for occupancy in the whole entire building. There was a smell, seems like dampness smell from the sink. It covered up the entire room. Some power socket was not in functioning. Only one is working in the pantry area. Keep up

Beautiful and comfortable room. Clean and tidy. Spacious and very satisfied. Amazing view at night. The nearest place to eat is just a short walk below this hotel.. the best and can repeat again. 🫶😊

8.4 “Great Stay” We had an amazing stay even though its just for a night. Staff was friendly & really accommodating. We booked a total of 9 rooms. Only downside is its not meant for elderly people. Cause you need to walk up and down the stairs to go to the beach, restaurant & pool. Lucky the buggy able to pick us up from the villa down to restaurant. But still need to walk up and down a few stairs. The view was amazing. Dinner at restaurant was great. Just that waiting to wait for our dinner was close to an hour. Should improve on that. Some of our family members did a room service also waited close to an hour for the food. If you find the food costly, can always book grabfood or get out of the villa & drive around the area look for restaurants. Room and view was amazing! We loved our stay!

Place was great, very relaxing Best thing was definitely the fooood. There wasn't much food around the area but the food at the resort was really amazing and the price wasn't super expensive The activities was a little less, quite a few stuff needs to be paid, like board game and even volleyball, but ping pong, cycling and archery was free If you're looking for somewhere out of the distractions, then maybe it's here, but if u wanna do some activities, hmmmm would rate it a 6/10, ended up watching netflix on laptop TV wasn't smart enough to have cable or direct netflix
