Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located directly above Mong Kok East MTR station, right next to the MOKO mall, making transportation incredibly easy. You can seamlessly connect to the MTR station, and even during the rainy season, you can get from the subway to the hotel completely indoors without getting wet. There's also a bus terminal downstairs, ensuring efficient travel. The location is excellent for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying local cuisine. The room size is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and it was clean and tidy with comprehensive facilities. The pool and gym were also well-maintained. Our room had one king-size bed, two single beds, two bathrooms, a shower room, a refrigerator, and a walk-in closet.

Guest UserOn the day of check-in, we arrived at the hotel in the morning and immediately told the front desk staff that we needed laundry service and wanted to hand over our clothes right away. It was 10 AM at the time, and the hotel front desk also charged me a credit card deposit of 6000 RMB. However, the front desk refused to accept our clothes for washing, stating that we were only staying for two nights, from September 7th to 9th. He claimed that it would be impossible to return our cleaned clothes by the 9th. The four of us took turns asking him if he could provide a specific time for the return of our clean clothes on the 9th, but he kept saying he didn't know the time and ultimately refused to take our laundry. That evening, we returned to the hotel at 10 PM and got our room key. Upon entering the room, we saw a notice about the laundry service, which clearly stated that clothes submitted before 9 AM would be returned the same evening, and clothes submitted after 9 AM would be returned the next day. We immediately called the front desk to complain and then went downstairs to speak with the so-called duty manager that night. He promised to give us a response regarding this matter the next day. It's now September 11th, and we have already checked out of the hotel, yet we still haven't received any explanation from the hotel. This service is absolutely outrageous!!!

Ms. Kim01When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

Guest UserFirst of all, a big thank you to the lovely lady from Heilongjiang who checked us in – I'm so sorry, I don't know her name! She was incredibly welcoming and upgraded us to a sea-view room, which made our 4-day stay in Hong Kong very comfortable. We received welcome fruits, and the room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Mineral water and tea were always well-stocked. The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Pacific Place and directly connected to Admiralty MTR Exit F, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Lanmeiyouge.FI stayed for several days and absolutely loved the Hong Kong Hop Inn. It's my top choice when traveling with kids! The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new. The biggest advantage is the size of the rooms! In Hong Kong, rooms ranging from 30-60㎡ here are simply heaven. The rooms are very new, with a modern minimalist decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom features Kohler fixtures. There's also a coffee machine/coffee capsules, USB charging ports, and other thoughtful details. Charles Lee at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly, and provided professional service 👍. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful ❤️, making us feel right at home – it was truly great! I'll definitely be back to stay again! 😍

Guest UserAfter booking the room, the hotel's customer relations department proactively reached out to ask about my arrival time and if I needed any assistance. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruit and a welcome card in my room – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel's location is also superb; it's less than a 10-minute walk from West Kowloon Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around by MTR and bus during my stay in Hong Kong. The W Hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Hong Kong.

Anonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly helpful and patient. The front desk even upgraded my room type. The hygiene was impeccable. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the Royal Plaza Hotel, and there's an A41 bus stop right outside, which is super convenient for getting to the airport and border crossing.

Guest UserI spent a lot of time looking for a hotel near HK airport for an early morning flight, and finally chose the Regal Airport Hotel. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The location is superb, especially for those departing from Terminal 2 – every second counts! Actually, I had read a lot of negative reviews about the hotel beforehand, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the outcome was: First, I was able to check in and get into my room immediately upon arrival at noon. This allowed me to rest a bit before going out to explore. Second, all the staff I encountered made an effort to communicate in Mandarin. Also, during check-in, the staff member proactively wrote down the Wi-Fi password and other important information on a card, which was a thoughtful touch ❤️. The hotel building is a bit old, but considering that, it's well-maintained. The room size was just right. There was a very spacious countertop, which is convenient for those who need to work at a desk. All in all, my stay this time was a good experience.

Anonymous UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money! While its location might not boast the direct Victoria Harbour and Central views like the Kowloon Shangri-La, the Kerry Hotel faces the distant Kai Tak, providing an even more expansive sea view and an equally stunning night view. The surrounding area features upscale hotels, residential complexes, and schools along the waterfront, making it clean and orderly. There's a large plaza downstairs, which isn't noisy, and it's very pleasant to jog or stroll along the seaside promenade. A large AEON supermarket is just a short distance away, fully stocked with everything you could need, including reliable ingredients. The hotel is very close to Whampoa MTR station, and the ferry terminal is practically on its doorstep. The breakfast is rich, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, and it's never crowded. The service from the front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and doormen is all top-notch, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The shower has fantastic water pressure, both powerful and gentle, and the room is spotlessly clean, feeling like a brand-new hotel. If I had to offer a suggestion, I'd hope the hotel would provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily. While the mini-bar offers a good selection of free drinks, not everyone might enjoy them, especially since mineral water is a standard offering in most hotels on the mainland. All in all, the Kerry Hotel was the biggest surprise of our summer trip to Hong Kong! I sincerely hope the hotel maintains its excellent service!

GeliwugenanI stayed here again after the renovation, and it's definitely an improvement. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the cleaning lady proactively greeted me. The breakfast was excellent, which I really enjoyed. The surrounding malls make shopping and dining very convenient. The room was quite spacious, but even on the lowest setting, the air conditioner was quite noisy. This seems to be a hardware issue. If you're not an elderly person, you should still be able to sleep. The hygiene improvements are good, but I noticed some marks on the less frequently used wine and water glasses in the mini-bar, so the cleaning staff should be reminded to sanitize them properly. There was also a small amount of limescale at the bottom of the kettle. Everything else was great; the bed was large enough, and the sofa converts into a sofa bed, accommodating one to two extra people. Overall, I'm satisfied. I hope my feedback is taken on board by the hotel's housekeeping manager to improve the checking and cleaning of less frequently used items.
