I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

Staying at Hong Kong Disney Explorer hotel was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, the explorer-themed decor transported me to a world of adventure. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with beds so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and convenient. And the on-site dining? Delightful! It offered a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. I can't wait to go back!

I had an absolutely excellent stay at the Hopewell Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming. The entire property is spotless and feels brand new, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect—close to everything you could want, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay feel effortless.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for comfort. The little details really stood out, showing the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
Overall, I loved every moment of my stay here. If you’re looking for a luxurious, five-star experience with a fantastic location and a fresh, modern feel, the Hopewell Hotel is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms here are spacious with modern amenities, including a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near Shek Mun Station, with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Shek Mun MTR also offers easy access to West Kowloon Station. It's a quiet retreat despite its bustling surroundings, and MTR access makes getting around a breeze. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin and were very helpful. The price was affordable, and our two-night stay was very comfortable, offering great value for money. Highly satisfied and recommended! It had been a while since I last visited Hong Kong, and during this trip, after exploring for a few days, I found Mandarin widely spoken everywhere. Mobile payments for transport and shopping were also incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel's convenient location, close to shopping and transportation, makes it a great place for travelers. The overall atmosphere was cozy and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

This marks my second stay at a Regal property this year, though in a different location.
The location is superb. It's incredibly accessible; I traveled from Austin to Hung Hom via the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail, then connected directly to Causeway Bay. From MTR Causeway Bay Exit F1, it's a straightforward walk of under ten minutes. Even on this short stroll, I discovered a plethora of dining options in the vicinity.
The front desk service was on point – polite and efficient.
The room's design leaned towards a classic, perhaps slightly dated, style. While it was standard, it was perfectly functional. The cleanliness was commendable. My only minor quibble was the lack of slippers (possibly an oversight, but I didn't personally find it a big issue). At approximately 30 square meters and priced around HKD 600+, it offers excellent value for money in Hong Kong.
Overall, the Regal Hotels chain in Hong Kong consistently offers a worthwhile stay. Highly recommended.

Thank you for assigning us such a great room - amazing view, spotless, and we truly relaxed! The swimming pool was spacious and reassuring with lifeguards in on duty. Having drinking water available on the G/F was incredibly convenient. We’ll definitely return 100%!

Facilities: All facilities were very convenient, making for a comfortable stay. The lobby desserts were delicious and affordable. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Very good. Service: The front desk staff were excellent; they didn't require a deposit and spoke excellent Mandarin. I even forgot to bring cash, and the bellhop kindly paid for my taxi fare, which saved me from an awkward situation. I wasn't sure if the Executive Suite included Executive Lounge access, but since our other room did, the front desk kindly arranged for both rooms to have Executive Lounge access. After returning home, my mom accidentally took one of the room key cards with her. I hope it's not an issue.
We just spent a lovely weekend at this hotel and overall, we were very impressed. It's a fantastic choice for a modern and convenient getaway.
First, the positives, which are numerous:
Stylish & Modern: The design is absolutely beautiful. The lobby and rooms are decorated with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
Unbeatable Location: The location is perfect. It's just a short walk from the main public transportation hub, making it incredibly easy to get around without a car. We loved being steps away from great restaurants and cafes. The biggest bonus was the immediate access to different water sports—being able to just walk out and go kayaking was a highlight.
Top-Notch Facilities: Everything feels brand new. The gym was well-equipped, the common areas were spotless, and we really enjoyed the pool area.
Excellent Staff: Every staff member we interacted with, from check-in to housekeeping, was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. They really made us feel well taken care of.
There were, however, two noticeable issues that held us back from a 5-star rating:
Poor WiFi: The WiFi was consistently slow throughout our stay. It was fine for checking emails but struggled with anything more data-heavy, like streaming or uploading videos.
Faulty In-Room TV: The LCD TV panel in our room was not working properly. The right side of the screen was noticeably dark, which made watching anything quite frustrating.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel's strengths in design, location, and service far outweigh the technological drawbacks. We would definitely consider staying here again,

BBebelianaEfficient check in and out. Location is perfect. Just take lift to lobby then it’s connected to a shopping mall with all kind of restaurants and shops. Also just above the MongKok East station. No matter you need to travel to which direction, Hong Kong island or new territories, just very convenient.
No time to try the swimming pool this time.
The Chinese restaurant at 3/F is good. service is warm. Have discount on food if you are hotel residence. Just the room is a bit dim. Room rate is reasonable . Overall is a nice hotel!

AAnonymous UserWe got a good deal on Trip.com to book Regal Airport Hotel.
The hotel offers the greatest convenience for transit passengers, with a full range of facilities.
We arrived early on the day of check-in. We were checked in by Anson who was very friendly and helpful. The process was simple and fast and no deposit was required as we had paid fully. After we checked into our room, we took hotel shuttle bus to Citigate Outlet for shopping.
Although the room was dated but was clean and neat especially the bed linen.
Regal Airport Hotel is directly connected to Hong Kong Airport. We wanted the convenience of staying at this hotel because we didn't have to get up very early to catch public transport. We just walked to airline counter to check in and went to airline lounge leisurely.

EE0668****Having enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!
JJazzie SimpsonI stayed in the hotel during my birthday, Miss Bernadette who assisted me during check in was so friendly and even gave me a room upgrade during my stay. Furthermore, she even gave me a complimentary birthday cake and that was so sweet of her! I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The view was spectacular!
GGuest UserIt was my mother's birthday on our check-out day, and the hotel's customer service team surprised us with a cake the night before. This was incredibly thoughtful and touched us deeply! The cake itself was also delicious. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's facilities and overall ambiance were fantastic. Its location is excellent too, roughly a 500-meter walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station and within easy walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserA bit far out. Wish I would have known about shuttle locations before. Close to shopping center with great restaurants. Many things to do in the hotel but only open on weekends. I didn’t know this, so most things were closed. You have to pay extra for the play area and only at designated times. But it was nice. The pool was great. The shuttle makes it easier to get around. Overall a beautiful hotel. Would come again.
TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not
1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc.
2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic
3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here
4. Rooms filling is great
5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here
6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be
What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine.
Anyway, hope this helps somebody
AAnonymous UserWe opted to take the C4 bus from Pier 3 to the hotel, and the scenery along the way was quite pleasant. Actually, the hotel also provides shuttle services from locations like West Kowloon and Tung Chung; if you can catch their timetable, it's an even more convenient option. The front desk service was excellent; they were attentive to our needs and arranged a high-floor room with a mountain view for us. The view, in fact, was much more extensive than just the mountains. Right downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym available for guests. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍
