Good for money if you want a weekend escape. Remote and quiet place, yet free shuttle bus available to nearby MTR station and shopping mall. Good river view and delicious breakfast. Worth a stay.

The hotel was huge, we were on the 67th floor and had a view to die for. At first, it seemed a bit inconvenient to go from one elevator, ground Fl to 41st fl only to walk around the corner to take the higher level elevators to the 67th fl. We very soon adjusted to it though. The connecting malls were very convenient and massive with lots of choices of food. Then there’s the local street walking outside that was filled with small local restaurants too, mostly non-English speaking though. We enjoyed our stay at Nina’s for 5 nights. Will definitely return in future.

The hotel is located in an area with nothing around—no restaurants, malls, or attractions. The only positive aspect is the beautiful view, but that’s about it. The hotel offers limited options for breakfast, which was disappointing. The selection didn’t meet our expectations and didn’t provide much variety. The nearest bus stop is quite far from the hotel, so taking a taxi is the more practical option. However, most taxi drivers didn’t speak English, which was frustrating. We were rejected by several drivers during our sightseeing trips around Hong Kong. Given the language barrier, it wasn’t a friendly experience for those who don’t speak Chinese.

I was flying between New Zealand and the UK and decided to stop in Hong Kong for a few days to break up the journey. Given my early arrival and knowing I’d be exhausted, I booked a stay at the Regal Airport Hotel, which turned out to be a perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport, with an indoor walkway straight from arrivals to the reception. This was especially helpful as there was a tropical storm outside! The staff were incredibly accommodating and even helped me plan my time in the city. On my first day, I took the high-speed train into Hong Kong, which only took about 15 minutes. The next day, I opted for the bus, which took a bit longer—around an hour—but was a great way to see the city along the way. My room was immaculate, with a great view overlooking the runways and terminal. If you’re a fan of airplanes, it’s a perfect spot to watch planes take off and land. The room also featured a deep bathtub with a glass panel and curtain, allowing me to enjoy the view of planes while relaxing in the bath—a unique and enjoyable touch! Breakfast was a pleasant experience, with friendly staff and a good selection. However, I did notice a difference in service between weekdays and weekends. During the week, the breakfast room was busier, newspapers were available, and the food was constantly refreshed. On the weekend, there were fewer staff and newspapers, and I had to request refills for breakfast items that were routinely replenished during the week. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The location is unbeatable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on future visits to Hong Kong.

Booked one night on a special offer price and it is really a steal. Hotel is integrated with a mall and so it is very convenient. Location is fantastic as it is walkable to the metro. Nice view from the room too. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the staff all the way showing theirpolitnes and professionalism and very friendly service. I like the special arrangements such as the room setting and the cake celebration 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Besides , the gym room is great with new gears but there's seemly no yoga mat provided. The room is kinda small and the brand of sampoo and lotion are not my favourable smell and texture. The flexibility of room checking out is great too. But it would be better for extension of the shuttle bus to 2100/2200 during these period cuz still not so familiar with the transportation. Maybe it will be better once the stadium is opened. Breakfast has not much choices but it's enough for the morning intake. Thank you so much for the staff ! Wish you all the best!

The hotel’s location is generally acceptable; however, the closure of the road connecting the hotel to Ocean Park forces guests to take detours, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Despite the cleanliness of the room, a stunning sea view, and the courtesy of some (though not all) staff members, these positives cannot offset several critical shortcomings. First, the hotel failed to honor the request made during booking to allocate a room away from the elevator. Instead, the room was located near the elevator, resulting in elevated noise levels. Each time neighboring guests closed their doors, the sound resembled thunder, disrupting sleep even for those not sensitive to noise. This issue was compounded by thin walls, which provided virtually no soundproofing, and an interconnecting door to the adjacent room, further amplifying disturbances. Second, the air conditioner functioned exclusively in cooling mode. Despite setting the temperature to 35°C and requesting assistance, the staff failed to resolve the issue, as the heating mode had been deactivated in the unit itself. While this is typically an easily addressed problem in other hotels, here it led to prolonged discomfort from cold temperatures. Even after hours of operation, the room’s temperature did not exceed 20°C, with a slight improvement to 23°C only due to favorable outdoor weather. Third, staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign, repeatedly calling the room and interrupting our stay. This behavior is inconsistent with professional service standards. Finally, service in the lobby’s restaurants and cafes was inadequate. I waited by the pastry display for an extended period while an idle staff member nearby chose to ignore us entirely, failing to offer assistance. Considering these issues, the hotel fails to justify its cost, particularly given the availability of better and more affordable alternatives.

Good cleanliness, Front Office, Housekeeping, Banquets , F&B staff. All excellent good job! Good sleep, great values for anyone who don’t mind a slightly further from town. MTR is just doorstep. Very convenient. The hotel is adjacent to a mall as well, it’s like 50M away from the lobby door. And MTR is just another 50M from the mall entrance. Great dining and shopping options with cinema, starbucks, recreational garden as well. There is a bicycle path nearby and the hotel provides bicycles. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for many times and surprisingly got upgraded to a HUGE room! Very good service and good amenities. They’ve got everything covered so I can just stay there no-brainer-ly. Great experience and will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Stay at The Mira Hong Kong We had a truly memorable stay at The Mira Hong Kong, especially as we celebrated my mother's birthday. Upon check-in, the hotel - Guest Relations Team surprised us with a lovely cake for her and a sweet letter, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Mark, the check-in staff, was exceptional. He made the process smooth and enjoyable, demonstrating great professionalism and kindness. Kudos to him for making our arrival so welcoming! The housekeeping team also deserves recognition; they were incredibly helpful, and our room was spotless. The pool staff and lifeguard were friendly and provided excellent information about the area, enhancing our experience. Aaron, the mixologist at the bar, crafted fantastic drinks that added a special touch to our evenings. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a wonderful variety of options—the Eggs Benedict was among the best I’ve ever had! On a side note, while waiting in the lobby after check-in, I witnessed a guest shouting at Mark. It was shocking to see, especially since he handled our check-in so well. I felt bad for him, as no one deserves to be treated that way, but I was impressed by his professionalism in the face of the situation. Overall, our stay was wonderful and my mother was very happy. I highly recommend The Mira Hong Kong for anyone looking for a fantastic experience!
