I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

A very convenient location and we loved the 2 double beds in the room! Good for 4 ladies but having just 1 bathroom is a little inconvenient 😝
The room is very spacious actually! And it is very hard to find rooms that can accommodate 4 persons in central Hong Kong. The hotel has a big mall next to it and there are many eateries located here. Even the Mongkok East rail station is accessible from Level 1 inside the mall. If you are hungry, the famous Men Wah Cafe is right next to the hotel, it is the first shop when you enter the mall.

First time staying at Hopewell Hotel during a business trip in Wan Chai. Great location with shops and a large grocery store in the same building. Clean, well-equipped, and convenient, though very busy—especially at breakfast where queues were long. Service could improve, but overall a good stay and I’d return for future work trips.

Staying at Hong Kong Disney Explorer hotel was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, the explorer-themed decor transported me to a world of adventure. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with beds so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and convenient. And the on-site dining? Delightful! It offered a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. I can't wait to go back!

A very good hotel with new hardware facilities and very comfortable. Many thanks to staff Amy So, because the theoretical check-in is 15:00, and she prepared a room for me as early as 12:00, made me a chance for rest after my long trip.

My stay at Regal Hong Kong Hotel was fantastic! 🏙️ Booking the executive room was a game changer, granting us access to the fabulous Executive Club Lounge, perfect for relaxing with tea or coffee during the day and savoring a selection of spirits, red, and white wines at night. 🍷 The room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning city views that made every moment special. 😍 The mini bar, refilled daily, was a delightful touch. The pool was refreshing and well maintained, and the gym had everything needed for a solid workout. 🏊♂️💪 Its prime location in Causeway Bay, just steps from the MTR, convenience stores, malls, and tons of restaurants, made exploring a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and convenient stay! 🌍 #RegalHongKong #CityEscape
Despite being over two decades old, this hotel offers convenient and well-maintained recreational facilities. The beautiful swimming pool, complete with a slide, was a huge hit with the kids. My only minor gripe was that the air conditioning (a common feature in Hong Kong) was excessively cold, making indoor areas quite chilly after a swim. The coastline nearby is stunning, and it remains beautiful even on a rainy day.

The rooms here are spacious with modern amenities, including a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near Shek Mun Station, with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Shek Mun MTR also offers easy access to West Kowloon Station. It's a quiet retreat despite its bustling surroundings, and MTR access makes getting around a breeze. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin and were very helpful. The price was affordable, and our two-night stay was very comfortable, offering great value for money. Highly satisfied and recommended! It had been a while since I last visited Hong Kong, and during this trip, after exploring for a few days, I found Mandarin widely spoken everywhere. Mobile payments for transport and shopping were also incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The location is superb, right above Mong Kok MTR station, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment at Langham Place. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth.
However, there are hardly any seats in the hotel lobby, so guests have no option but to stand if they need to wait or rest. The standard deluxe room is a decent size, though I personally disliked having to step into a bathtub for the shower. The bathroom, primarily featuring transparent glass and white, looks modern and stylish, but it's not very practical or comfortable to use. For instance, the toilet paper dispenser is inconveniently located on the bottom left side of the toilet, making it awkward to reach due to the limited space. Additionally, the all-glass vanity tends to splash water, and the bed was too soft for my liking.

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

GGuest UserThis hotel is GREAT if you are transiting as it is less than 5 minutes walk from T1 Arrivals (when you come out of the Arrivals Door and into the terminal, turn left, walk towards Pret A Manger and look for the red sign,it's very easy).I actually booked this hotel because I attended a concert at the Asia World Arena and got a late arriving flight so I didn't want to worry about getting to a hotel late at night. i just got the Airport Express one stop there and back to the Arena so that was also super convenient. There are some restaurants and convenience stores in the terminal if you want to get food, which was great. My room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed since I was just there for the concert. There is some noise from planes but it didn't stop me sleeping. The staff were very polite and helpful, so if you want something close to the airport or Arena I really do recommend this hotel

GGuest UserHaving enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!
AAnonymous UserI stayed here with my parents and children. The hotel boasts a pleasant overall environment, being beachfront with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views.
The location is decent, but there's no public transport directly outside the hotel. You have to take a free shuttle bus to Ocean Park station, then transfer two stops to Tsim Sha Tsui. While not a huge distance, a trip to the city center still takes almost an hour. This is because the free shuttle service operates every 30 minutes, strictly on schedule. You need to arrive at the stop early, as the bus departs punctually and won't wait for any passengers – reflecting Hong Kong's strong emphasis on punctuality. Miss it, and you'll wait another half hour.
There are no restaurants directly beside the hotel, and the food available within the hotel is quite pricey. I'd recommend buying snacks and drinks in the city beforehand to bring with you.
Cleanliness could be better; there were stains on the bedsheets, and the room felt damp, making the bed feel moist when sleeping. This is perhaps due to the humid southern climate. However, one thing was really great: We stayed for two nights, and after going out for the day on the second day, we forgot to request room cleaning. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned in the evening, the room had been thoroughly cleaned and tidied. This was a definite plus!
Also, only complimentary tea and coffee sachets were provided in the room. Everything in the minibar was chargeable, and there was no free bottled water. However, you could refill your own bottles from a water dispenser in the corridor.
Given our plan to visit Ocean Park, and the hotel's proximity to it, our two-night stay was acceptable, not terrible. I paid a total of HKD 2000 for the two nights, and I suppose for this price in Hong Kong, this is probably what you can expect.
GGuest UserIt was my mother's birthday on our check-out day, and the hotel's customer service team surprised us with a cake the night before. This was incredibly thoughtful and touched us deeply! The cake itself was also delicious. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel's facilities and overall ambiance were fantastic. Its location is excellent too, roughly a 500-meter walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station and within easy walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Highly recommended!

TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not
1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc.
2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic
3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here
4. Rooms filling is great
5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here
6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be
What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine.
Anyway, hope this helps somebody
AANThe hotel is located near the airport and Disneyland. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices. Highly recommended for the travellers transiting in Hong Kong or with kids who are going to the Disneyland.
