Overall it's one of the best hotel in Ipoh with a very reasonable price. Despite location not as good as though in the town center, u may use Grab to everywhere easily with reasonable price. Room is spacious with turf club view. One of the famous Ipoh style cafe just within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if the price continue being competitive.

Stayed one night at this very nice hotel. Easy check-in, good view from 15th floor of Ipoh, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, WiFi included and the air-con worked well. We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldn’t try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

Things to improve, door is not sound proof and can hear people walk and talking outside. Smart TV in room isn’t connect to WiFi, can’t add WiFi in the settings, so options like AXN, HBO, etc only, can’t utilise the YouTube or Netflix app. Parking is free for guest, just need to validate, but when I drive to lobby for 1st time, the staff said guest also need to pay, so I park outside and cross the stress and get to know from lobby it’s free, then I have to walk back to get the car and park in lobby, abit troublesome. My room view sucks, open the window and you see literally a wall and it’s just pitch black. You will be charged extra RM3 per night stay for all Perak hotel as heritage fee.

Although the furnishings are a bit old, they are well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel is well-kept, and the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. A good choice for those looking for a cozy and hassle-free experience.

The room was spacious and very clean for 2 nights stay is so comfortable. During this stay overall very satisfied with the price given and hospitality form hotel staff are the best. It’s a brand new apartment and we are the first guests to move in. We are so lucky. The apartment is brand new, you can make your own breakfast, there are two bathrooms, the room is big, we live on the 17th floor, the view of the apartment is great, there is Parkson behind, there are supermarkets and shopping malls, life is convenient, it is only a two-kilometer walk from the main attraction, Concubine Lane, it is suitable for Citywalk charges a deposit of 200 Malaysian ringgits and local hotel taxes upon check-in, which is 3 Malaysian ringgits a day. I paid in cash directly for the convenience of refund. It is very cost-effective and highly recommended.

The apartment is new, clean, nicely renovated with full facilities. It is centrally located and juz minutes on foot to Ipoh Parade. There is no physical service desk but the agent is fast to respond. Had an enjoyable stay there.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was not facing the amusement park, so it was not noisy. There was no washing machine in the room (but it was not used). The host was responsible. Will come back again.

The homestay unit’s amenities were perfect (good wifi, aircond and fan, washing machine) but slow water pressure especially the bidet’s. We were unfortunate because the housekeeping did a bad job by leaving out previous tenants rubbish, leaving the toilet and room smelling awful. Though, one good point is The Flash Suites customer service was fast in contacting on the day of check in and prompt. Plus point, the building has heated pool (onsen pool)

room and location was good. tv app channels cannot be watched. prior to the arrival, information to get the entry cards was received via whatsapp in advance. Also informed that we will reach at night, approx 10pm. However, upon arrival, wrong mailbox lock passcode was provided, unable to get prompt response from customer service on whatsapp calls and messages. Had to find other accessible numbers to contact others from IWH for help. After the over 30 mins' ordeal of trying to get the access cards (car park and apartment), couldn't find the parking lot number assigned for the unit on the informed carpark level. found out the CS has informed the wrong parking lot level and it is actually 1 level lower. hope the support can be better to avoid similar situations like this again.
