27-29.8.2025 This hotel is located near Ipoh Parade, walking in 5 minutes only. The hotel has 2 bays of AC 7kw EV Chargers. It is very easy to find the chargers after entering the parking area. I chose this hotel because of the EV changing facility. Breakfast choices are limited compared to other 5 star hotels.

Had a good stay at this hotel! The reception staff were super efficient, friendly and polite, which made check-in and check-out really quick and easy. They even let us check-in early since the room was ready, really appreciated that after a long jouney drive! Love that they gave helpful info up front, like where the water dispenser is (near the lift) and car park ticket validation. The location is strategic close to town and the attractions we wanted to visit. The basement car park was convenient and well-maintained. The room was satisfactory, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is also a lovely cafe on the ground floor with a modern design, perfect for spending a relaxation afternoon with a cup of coffee. They serve delicious cakes too! Overall, a pleasant stay with good service, and conveniet location. Highly recomended!

A warm welcoming and smooth check in protocol from the receptionist (Angeline). Five lifts were ready for the tenants and basement car park were safe as well. Amazed with the new, clean, spacious and well decorated suite (refer photos). Balcony was the plus point. Also equipped with air conditioner, fan, big screen TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave, electrical stove, saucepan, pot, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, toiletries, safe, bathrobes and iron. The L-shaped couch was so comfortable till I felt asleep. Opposite the suite was Ipoh Parade aka Parkson, within our walking distances. Eateries and brew house were nearby. Deposit returned upon checkout. Overall, excellent service and descent suit for travellers in Ipoh town, strongly recommended.

Perfect 3days stay in premier room, it’s clean n nice mattress n pillow I feel very comfy to stay btw. Staffs is kindness with good smile. WiFi issues keep disconnected until the last day the whole day WiFi is totally not working till I check out still same. Overall is good

Everything was great, though a few items were a bit old and worn. Still, it was lovely.

Good location: near Parade Can watch movies. Hotel is tired and aged but clean and neat. Went to the gym at the Basement. Basic facilities. But the best eateries about 15 minutes walk away. Don't have free airport transfer. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

Spacious and sparkling clean! These are the first two things that come to mind when thinking about my recent stay. The room's layout, which included two toilets and a separate small living area perfect for dining, was a standout feature. The convenience of the minibar was also appreciated. Although it's about a 15-minute journey from the city, don't let that put you off – the services offered are top-notch. If you value space and cleanliness, this hotel is a great choice!

checking in was a disaster. given mailbox number and code but there was no key inside. contacted person in charge. then asked to try another mailbox. Again empty. Then told to proceed up to the unit and enter with door code. Unit was occupied with clothes and personal belongings scattered around. Told to quickly leave the unit. Went back to lobby. Waited and waited. offered us a condo unit elsewhere which I declined. Eventually found us a unit after one and a half hours of tension and yo-yoing. After check out have the audacity to ask for a good review! The flat however was clean and equipped with mid sized fridge, cooker cutleries, washing machine. So that part was fine.

I stayed with my daughter. While the room was spacious and the location was convenient, we had some trouble checking in. Our door key number didn’t work at all, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. It was a bit frustrating after a long day. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

I stayed 3 nights here for outstation. The check in was seamless with RM100 cash deposit. The room was spacious and clean with small fridge. Iron station at every level. The location was superb with Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan at the ground floor. Plus, the location is very close to almost everything! I can enjoy my course during the day and straight away going to the gym afterwards without travelling far. Lots of eateries nearby also. The hotel also provided decent breakfast, not too lavish but enough. Parking spaces is not an issue at all. It has swimming pool at the rooftop but I didn't make time for it but it was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.
