It's very clean and big. Also very convenient to see major attractions. My kids really enjoyed well in the swimming pool and water park. Food court and many restaurants were easily accessible.
Overall very good stay.
The front desk staff kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a twin room, which even boasted beautiful night views of Big Ben. The location is truly excellent. Housekeeping was also exceptional; they meticulously tidied up our personal items and neatly arranged them. We were even gifted a teddy bear and a rubber ducky. I had specifically requested a customized teddy bear with my name when booking, and I was absolutely delighted that they fulfilled this special request. Breakfast was delivered directly to our room, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient, offering a wide range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Its superb location means you can capture beautiful photos wherever you go! In short, it was an absolutely brilliant stay!
The highlight of my Macau trip was definitely this hotel. Its location is excellent, right opposite Fisherman's Wharf and next to the Sands Hotel, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel boasts excellent facilities; the rooms are particularly spacious and spotlessly clean. What I loved most was the resort aspect. The outdoor pool is generously sized, beautifully landscaped, and lined with plenty of lounge chairs, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Given how hot Macau is this season – even the evenings are muggy – being able to take a dip in the pool was incredibly refreshing and comfortable. The service was also outstanding. While some staff members might not have spoken Chinese, their attitude was consistently wonderful. Every single staff member offered a genuine smile and showed no sign of impatience whatsoever.
Traveling solo with two children, I placed a high priority on transportation. From the airport, you can take the Grand Lisboa shuttle. The two hotels (Grand Lisboa and Lisboa Hotel) are actually just separated by a narrow street, so you don't have to worry about walking long distances. I had pre-booked the complimentary airport pick-up service. The driver was incredibly enthusiastic, helped with our luggage, and even introduced the hotel's various services – truly an outstanding experience. When it was time to leave, I also arranged a car through the front desk to take us to the Taipa Ferry Terminal. I found the hotel's cleanliness and facilities to be excellent. As it's an older hotel, the decor has a classic 'old money' charm. They even proactively upgraded our room for free when they saw I was traveling with two children. The Wi-Fi, power outlets, toiletries, and complimentary beverages were all top-notch – truly hassle-free. Right downstairs from the hotel is a very large bus station, offering excellent connectivity. There were also incredibly helpful guides at the station who assisted us in scanning QR codes with WeChat or Alipay to register for the local transport pass, making getting around absolutely hassle-free. Nearby attractions, such as the Ruins of St. Paul's, are wonderfully uncrowded if you visit before 8:30 AM, allowing you to easily avoid the peak tourist rush. All in all, my stay at the Lisboa Hotel truly made this trip a fantastic experience!
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Macau!
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any requests. I also enjoyed the great facilities, especially the pool.
This hotel truly has a lot of character. If you're looking for a change from the typical casino hotels in Macau, this place is definitely worth trying. The breakfast was exquisite, and the stunning view from the balcony was truly unforgettable. My only regret is that, due to its historic renovation, there's no elevator. However, the service is excellent, and the staff were happy to help with our luggage.
It really a fantastic day for me, I ordered the room for celebrating the 5th Wedding anniversary. I contact the hotel for special decoration the room for given a surprise to my wife. All the arrangements and connections via the email response are very efficient and supportive. When I check in Hotel the front desk staff already notice the staff 小魚to welcome me and ask the details when can inside the room to decorate. I really appreciate 小魚、Mia and Ceci created an amazing experience for me and my family. Their creativity and passion really great . Next time when I travel to Macau , I still will memories today. Appreciate again what 小魚arrangement.
Coming from Hong Kong where rooms at the same price point are often just 20 sq m, I was immediately blown away upon arriving in Macau – the room was absolutely massive, haha! The decor shows its age, but it's very well-maintained. The service was excellent. They noted our anniversary and sent a complimentary cake and fruit. Service requests via phone were also very prompt, and the front desk concierge was great. The vibe at DC was just okay; I heard the place next door is more fun. For purchases within the mall, it's worth getting a membership card at DC first, as it offers discounts. Would definitely stay here again!
It's a reliable, established hotel, though it's an older property. I was pleased that the front desk upgraded my room. The room itself was spacious and clean. I'd highly recommend this hotel for families with children; it provides a calm atmosphere conducive to a good night's sleep, without the excessive glitz and over-the-top entertainment often found in other establishments. Personally, I don't think other casino hotels are suitable for kids. While the facilities are a little dated, the hotel is impeccably clean overall, and the soundproofing is also good. Macau isn't very big, and public transportation (buses) is convenient. Located in the old town, it offers a great opportunity to experience the daily life of local Macau residents.
Room is spacious and clean Location is okay its near grand lisboa within 5-15 mins walk and maybe 20mins walk in senado square. Front desk is friendly and accomodating. However staff in pool area doesnt speak much in english and we encounter unpleasant service in swimming pool area, staff prioritize what they called “ the Regular chinese old woman” that always goes there and she acted like she own the swimming pool and staff there gather in a corner talking pointing and looking at us and we know theyre talking about us and as we make ourselves enter in the swimming pool.like we have a common sense and know what we are doing and we are just on the side of the pool and they keep on like bothering us that we should be just on the other side when we are just on the corner minding our own business coz that old woman feel entittled and thinks that she owns the place! It make us feel bothered instead of being relaxed swimming we felt unwelcomed. We ended up getting pissed and left and we go to the shower room and we just touch a towel and one old woman again get angry out of nowhere and says not to touch the towels and she asked if we are from philippines and said we must needed to be assisted and not to touch things. We just entered the shower room for like 10 seconds and ended up having this heated argument with the rude lady and the staffs just keeps on yapping to each other with their language instead of settling the misunderstanding between us and the old lady . not leaving us like we didnt exists.before we enter one kind staff said we can take towels in that shelves and later on the staff explains that those old chinese rude womans are regular there and we just need to let their rudness slide not sure if the hotel tolerate this kind of guests behavior. We got offended as first timers to checked-in to your hotel and your so called “regular”makes your guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and ruined our experience instead of having a good one. They obviously can be defined as “Racist”.

TTanya:)Our family stay was an absolute delight from start to finish. Traveling with our two children, aged 5 and 10, we were wonderfully cared for by “Jindy” from the Thai Front Office team.
From the moment we checked in, her service was exceptional. She personally arranged for our luggage to be sent to our room, which was a fantastic two-bed room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a delicious cake and a lovely kid's amenity waiting for us, along with complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
Jindy was incredibly sweet and courteous, providing us with excellent assistance and thorough information throughout our stay. Her attentiveness was a significant reason our family trip was filled with so much happiness.
We created wonderful memories, from enjoying a ride on the swings together to savoring the delicious Zhen Dim Sum at the hotel. The convenience of having a Don Don Donki supermarket right there for our shopping needs, along with a variety of other shopping options, was a major plus.
The heated swimming pool with its stunning skyline view was the perfect touch, especially considering the very affordable price. For any family planning a trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Grand in Macau. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — they upgraded our room for free and even surprised my mum with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The hotel environment is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet comfortable. The location is also perfect — very convenient with direct access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend The Londoner Grand for anyone visiting Macau, whether for a family trip, celebration, or a relaxing getaway.

GGuest User✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk.
From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable!
And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆
Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨
While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities:
· The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫
· The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐
· The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire.
I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.
GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.
AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau.
Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this.
On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation.
In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.
⋯⋯SGood service, good environment, all sightseeing spot in walking distance. I love the infinity pool, not too big but enough. We can spend a morning in hotel and then slow walk around. Hotel just above Lafayette Galleries, so you can shopping even in bad weather. B1 have a big super market, very convenient. Wine is on promotion ^^.
Fireworks Festival is coming, remember to book a room tourist tower view.
