The location was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The initial room had a damaged ceiling and slow water dripping, but the manager promptly arranged a different room for us. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, and the place offers reasonable value for the price

Honestly cozy. Nothing to complain about. Room size is above average, with ample space for luggages. Bathroom seems a bit smaller at first glance but it's actually quite wide, especially at the shower area. The rainfall shower head has slightly lower water pressure and the heat control could get on the hotter side, but it's fine. I especially appreciate their 24-hour receptionist. We checked in at around 12.30 without any issues.The receptionist offers toothbrushes, shower caps and sanitary bags upon check in, and everything else is in the room. Really thankful for the slippers too, rare to see hotels at this price point providing them. Cleanliness is decently good as well, no glaring issues. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I'm just here for a night and checking out the next morning, but I'm more than glad that it was so comfy.

The value for money isn't great. The hotel's location is decent, and the rooms are spacious. Dining options are very convenient, it's just that the facilities are a bit old.

Room was okay ! Suitable for traveller who hv car to go around .Limited parking if all families bring own car. First come first park .Need to drive if want get some nice foods .The reason i nt really like to stay here because I only knew that i need leave my kids in the room while i need go take away foods for my fever kid .Only one card access allowed ! Then when i cm bk ,i need ask the malay lady opened the door for me .The next day ,gt one indian boy reception said can help me get one more card and i told him why not allowed during nightime even i try requested 😂Somemore deposit needed bfr checked in but only one card access allowed .This might prevent some people waste their electricity. I feel thankful and appreciated the indian boy who help me get one more card so that i can take away foods without worries in the morning .Thanks again for the help .The boss must gv him best employee award because he very dedicated and friendly serve every customers.

I only stayed one night. The hotel has a nice view and is on a high floor. Breakfast was quite good. The bathroom only had a shower, no handheld showerhead. Even with all the lights on, the room was still very dim, which felt a bit off. Overall, the hygiene was good. The hotel's location is excellent, and the service attitude was good.

2nd time staying here and both times were excellent experiences. Very clean and modern hotel with minimal amenities, which was not something in consideration for my trips. The staff from security to reception were very friendly, with special mention to day duty reception lady Shai (apologies if I got your name wrong). Her help and sincerity made my stay a joy.

The hotel's design is quite industrial. The front desk staff can mostly communicate in English. The room is a bit small and feels like it's cobbled together from different sections. However, it's fairly well-equipped. Breakfast: Limited selection. They have vegetarian sandwiches, noodles, coffee, and eggs. There's the Blue Mansion nearby, which you can visit for a fee. In the evening, there's a food court next door with a variety of food and drinks, definitely worth checking out.
