I just wanna say huge thanks to the fo during cny 17/2 we checkin, forgot her name but shes malay wearing scarf bawal a little bit tembam and cute! She was so kind and patient to arrange our request for birthday deco in our room, she apologized for not noticing my notes on the booking but its okay! Love the ambience of the hotel! Overall it was very nice! Will repeat on staying here next time!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with check-in. The lobby was clean and well-decorated, creating a great first impression. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and tidy. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the small details like complimentary water, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The breakfast provided was also satisfying, with a decent variety of choices to suit different tastes. There were a few minor drawbacks, such as slight noise from the hallway at times and limited parking space, but these did not significantly affect my overall stay. 🧼 Hygiene: It's alright, generally clean. Didn't feel uncomfortable. 🙋‍♀️ Service: Also okay. Nothing particularly surprising, but everything you need is there. ❄️ Air Conditioning: I really need to mention this point 🥲 It wasn't cold enough... In Penang's weather, this is a bit of a drawback. 🚗 Parking: Coming back at night was a bit of a nightmare. 👉 No parking spaces available. Had to find my own, which was a bit troublesome.

Great location. Hotel located near the Hin Bus Depot, plenty of great foods around. Great view. My room was facing Komtar Tower and i have a really great window view. Service Tiptop. From check-in, to check-out, and keeping the luggage, all staff are very helpful and welcoming. Great Facilities. Just manage to use the pool, and i love the view and, not to crowded.

Location around 1.5 km away from many tourist attractions, like upside museum, UNESCO heritage sites etc.. we had to grab taxi everytime. There is a pool on 1st floor, big enough for children to swim around. Its from 7 am to 7 pm. But to be honest, it could be until 9 pm, kind of strict rules. Check-in counter staff was not that welcoming / nor smile, neither kind words/ But cleaning staff and security was kind, smiling every time as we enter the hotel.

I recently booked two rooms at OZO George Town Penang for a family trip with my parents and uncle, and we had a brilliant stay. The Highlights: - Stunning Views: We were stayed on Level 10, and the views were fantastic—we had a clear, sweeping look at the entire Penang Island right from our room. - The Rooftop (Level 22): You absolutely have to head to the top floor. Level 22 features the pool and gym, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the island. It’s easily one of the best vantage points in the city. - Superior Comfort: After long days of exploring, the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everyone in the family mentioned how well they slept. - Excellent Service: The reception team was very friendly and made the check-in/out process seamless for our group. Location: The location is perfect for anyone wanting to experience Georgetown. Many local spots are within walking distance, and for anything further, it’s just a very short and affordable Grab ride away. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a modern stay with the best views in town!

I just stayed for one night. Which was enough for me. Be aware this is not part of the official Rainbow Resort Hotel. Upon seeing my confirmation, the receptionist told me my room was an Airbnb. The building is a hotel as well private rooms that are rented out. The room itself was very spacious, 70 sqm with one bedroom and a living space. It had obviously been repainted recently (it smelt a fresh paint) so the walls were clean. Air conditioning and basic amenities were provided. The building itself, has seen a lot of wear and tear. If you’re on a budget and want a spacious room it will meet your needs. For the price I think it’s quite reasonable if you’re there for a short stay. The hotel is next to a beach, and a swimming pool downstairs. There a few restaurants across the road.

The place was nicely located where I had my activities and is connected to St Giles which is a bonus. Nearby shops and a mall makes it good. Location to travel to food places also is convenient. Aircon on the floor is nonexistent though and as my room was closer to the end of the floor WIFI connection was bad and weak. You get it but like 1 bar. Room are a bit cramped with 2 beds but it’s fine if you are only using the place to wash and sleep. Price wise is affordable so I cannot complain too much about the room as it is what you pay for. Reception service was good and pleasant with helpful staff. Room smaller than advertised so you might want to lower your expectations. Amenities are good as I like the fragrance they provided.

The hotel is clean and the location is great. The staff are all incredibly friendly and there are cute cats around! They offer free bicycle rentals, which is super convenient for getting around Penang, though the roads can be a bit challenging to ride on, so be careful. There's a coffee shop downstairs and a bar upstairs, and you get a discount as a guest.
