Absolutely love this staycation! Very enjoyable stay in the suite on water amidst the nature. Though there were some initial hiccups in terms of long waiting time with lunch and Dayang cafe and cleanliness with the jacuzzi, but the entire stay is filled with wonderful memories over this New Year 2025! Kudos to the staff for the Gala party!!

I’m currently on an anniversary trip, and I must say, this hotel has truly exceeded my expectations. The room is incredibly spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The facilities are excellent, and I’m grateful to the hotel for fulfilling my special request for room decoration. All the staff have been exceptionally kind and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious. Thank you for making this experience so memorable!

Dear Nur Dini I have finally returned back to London and would like to reach out to you especially and Kai (Duty Manager) for making our stay pleasantly memorable. The view in Room 1038 was just speechless. One of the nicest and the best view to admire from the room. I thank you wholeheartedly for upgrading us to this stunning room with a stunning view. I wish I was still waking up to this view. Thank you so so much for our complimentary late out until 4pm. We are grateful for this gesture and we would definitely be back. We have observed a couple of hotel members who have gone beyond miles to make their guests stay pleasurable and they have definitely delivered their top notch service, no doubt. Names are “Choon” who worked by the poolside bar and “Kelvin” who works as a H/Chef at Cassia. We made our gratitude to Choon on 8th March upon our departure. However, I wasn’t able to send our regards to Kelvin as he was off on Saturday. I have also left a review for Kelvin how wonderful his Culinary Skills were and as a Guest at the Hotel, we appreciated how effortlessly all of these members have worked. So Thank you once again for everything during our stay

Had a pleasant stay here. The hospitality is tip top. And the location of the hotel is very calm as it is located far from busy city thus could enjoy the peaceful and relaxing nature. The beach is very beautiful over here as u can have yacht scenery. The staffs here are very friendly and available 24/7 to assist u. I would repeat here thats all i could say

Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff are the nicest I have ever come across!!! They can’t do enough for you. The reception staff also very helpful and everyone was super friendly. Overall I loved the hotel and would stay there again. The beach there is amazing. The staff and the service were great. But it would be great to organise some activities for the guests, daily yoga, live music and so on. Because it can get pretty boring if you choose a longer stay because there's nothing around. The breakfast is fine but not 5 star hotel. More varieties would make it better. And the check-in is very late, I arrived after 1 and had to wait till exactly 3 pm. It was raining so couldn't really enjoy the outside. In general it's a nice hotel and I'd recommend it

Great experience in Datai Langkawi. The best resort hotel in Langkawi or in Malaysia i would say. Nice atmosphere if you like to be in a quiet and serene place. Great food and great hospitality. A special shoutout to Hafizam for the guest attending service and Gaurav from the The Dining. Also to the Botanists Ms Ezy. Will come back for sure!

My stay at the St. Regis Langkawi was underwhelming. Despite the high price tag, the room was average at best, with outdated decor and amenities. The service was lacking, with slow response times and a lack of attention to detail. I arrived with my guests for a short 3 days 2 nights getaway. It started when we arrived we were told the hotel is experiencing high occupancy and was told to wait till it was past check-in time for check in. We were also told to check daily with the concierge to see if we could get a late checkout. We booked 3 rooms but in the end only 2 were granted the request. I was told to wait at a meeting room while waiting for my guests from the other 2 rooms which I rejected. After repeated requests with the concierge the manager stepped in and put us at another room with default while waiting for our guests. The breakfast staffs were excellent and prompt in delivering world class service. However the dining options were overpriced and the overall atmosphere felt impersonal. I expected more from a luxury hotel like the St. Regis, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I told the manager that I might not consider St Regis Langkawi again.
