Fantastic find! Right in the heart of local eats and life. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely large room - be mindful sound carries as hardwood flooring throughout so if you have noisy neighbours you hear it. Can store luggage and water dispenser at reception.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but it's still relatively easy to find. The room isn't large, but the hygiene is excellent. The pillows, sheets, blankets, and pillowcases were all spotless, with no marks at all, which completely met my requirements for a peaceful night's sleep. This is one of the more affordable hotels in Macau, but it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the disposable slippers provided are made of cotton, so you can't wear them while showering and have to go barefoot.

This was my second time staying here. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly. One of them even remembered me because I had a short running outside on a chilly damp cold morning. Beside running around the coloane area again, I and my relatives from Macau had a wonderful dinner at the LG private home restaurant having Thai and Portuguese cuisine. The restaurant decorated in special style, relaxing, and with music. We enjoyed the delicious meal and the good service. Also, happy to meet Lily at the gallery too! Nearby there is Chapel of St Francis Xavier. Spend some time to joint the mass on Sunday morning.You may get more blessings!

Excellent value for money, highly recommended! The location is super convenient, very close to bus stops, a supermarket, and famous local eateries like Seng Kee White Congee and Bakar Mon Noodle Shop. The front desk staff were very friendly and even provided complimentary breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was a semi-buffet style, offering 5 different set meals, along with toast, salad, and fruit, and the taste surprisingly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are compact but efficiently laid out, with a very large bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. From our window, we could see the large trees of the Lin Zexu Memorial Museum, which was a very pleasant view. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance to return.

The hotel was excellent – very clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's conveniently located near the Ruins of St. Paul's and A-Ma Temple, both easily accessible by walking or taking the bus. I personally walked to St. Paul's, took a bus to A-Ma Temple, and then walked back to the hotel. The complimentary fruit and floral teas in the hotel lobby were absolutely fantastic. I had just come from a few days in Hong Kong where I caught a chill at my hotel, developing a bad sore throat and feeling like I was coming down with a cold. Surprisingly, after drinking several cups of the tea in the Grand Emperor Hotel lobby, I felt much better and recovered! 👍 A huge thumbs up! 👍👍👍 I just wish I knew the recipe for that tea. If customer service sees this, could you please share it? Thank you 🙏

From the border, I took the Ponte 16 shuttle bus, and it was just a short walk to the hotel from the drop-off point. The hotel itself was rather small. Perhaps due to the heavy rain in the preceding days, there was a noticeable musty smell in both the corridors and the room. The window was an internal one, facing an air shaft, and opening it only intensified the odor. Only one room key card was provided; leaving the room would cut off the electricity, meaning there was no ventilation. Fortunately, the hotel provided a dehumidifier, and running it in the room for a short while significantly improved the air quality. The bedsheets and duvet covers were freshly changed. Amenities included a hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, disposable slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. I was grateful that the hotel offered a complimentary room upgrade, and a big thank you to the gentleman at the front desk for his excellent service attitude.

Great location. It's easily accessible from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal; just find transport to Ponte 16 after disembarking, and it's a few minutes' walk to the hotel. It's also quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Taking public transport to Taipa Village or The Venetian is very convenient. A 100 cash deposit is required. The room was clean.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel in Macau, Belive Andmore is your answer. Located nearby Ruin of St. Paul and several touristy areas by walking distance. There’s convenient store nearby and also close to bus stop, so the location is easy to find. The hotel is small but it’s consider functional in design, clean room, clean bed sheets, clean bathroom, AC works properly, receptionist is also very helpful when check in and check out process.

Traveling with my child, even though summer vacation prices were a bit higher, I noticed many other small hotels only offered cramped 9-11 sq m rooms, which felt suffocating. So I decisively opted for a 12-15 sq m twin room here. Before booking any hotel in Macau, I'd read so many negative reviews for other places that I was completely overwhelmed with choices, constantly worrying about mosquitoes or hygiene. When I finally found this hotel, it truly seemed to offer the best value for money, and the location was easy to find. Check-in was from 3 PM, so I dropped off our bags beforehand. A quick note: Ctrip stated a HKD 100 deposit was required, so I went out of my way to exchange currency. Annoyingly, the front desk told me RMB 100 was also acceptable. I internally rolled my eyes at Ctrip's misleading information – it caused me to go through the trouble of changing money, cycling in the heat, and even getting mosquito bites! It turns out this place is quite accommodating, and there was no need for such hassle. The hotel's universal sockets were a thoughtful touch – no need for an adapter! 👍👍👍 I have neck issues, so usually if hotel pillows are too high, I end up folding a bath towel to use instead. But the pillows here were perfect, not too high at all. My room faced the inner courtyard, away from the street, so it was very quiet at night. If I had to pick a flaw, the only thing I'd suggest improving is the TV signal – it sometimes lagged, and there weren't many channels. However, Macau only upgraded to a 4G network after June this year, so it's probably unfair to compare it to Beijing, where I'm used to 5G. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 😀
