Location is excellent if you just wanna stay in hotel with malls nearby. As for the amenities, perhaps the iron boarding can been place on every floor at a corner along the corridor (see picture) because the one at the laundry room was too cramp with the washing machine and dryer. There’s no place to hang the ironed clothes especially when there’s few clothes to iron. As for the service, please emphasis that the complimentary is valid only on the date indicated. We have the impression that it’s valid during our stay there from the date we check in. Anyway it’s just a coffee, no big issue. Service recovery is really important.

I’ve extended my stay here for the second time now…. No hassle, I didn’t need to check out and check in again, the host just allowed me to continue with my room and send a team to clean up and replenish coffee and tea for free… service is pretty good here although the lift facilities can be improved…. As for the gym and infinity pool, it’s really good with full gym equipment and the best view in pj

Room is spacious and clean. Provided all the necessary amenities including daily newspapers. Welcome drink is provided. Only the aircond is quite cold and bathroom does not have separate shower area. Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.

Clean drinking water should have been served in the room upon checked in. Have to ask to be supplied for . There should be metal tea spoons to be supplied in the room. Even request for cutleries, only plastic spoon and fork were provided. Plastic spoon and forks are Not environmental friendly isn’t it ?

Honestly, the stay was good for the price we paid. There were a few things we think that need improvement on. 1) 6 lifts were almost perpetually full. We stayed on the #16 and it was impossible for us to enter the lift to go to the carpark. We had to take the lift up then we get to go to the carpark. Especially during check out timing. 2) better signage to locate the building 3) room is well equipped but no tissue box & room slippers provided. We love the service! Their service was superb & fast response even in the middle of the night. Requested to change new bedsheets , no questions asked n fast response to get a service staff to get my bedsheet changed within 10mins. Asked for a convenient stall nearby. Their first answer was there is no convenient stall nearby. But after abt 1hr , customer service text to tell me that there's a new convenient stall that will launch the next day. So nice of her to update me. Aircon & water heater works great! 😊 Thanks so much for the stay ☺️

The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, conveniently close to key attractions and shopping areas in Klang. Overall, KSL Esplanade Hotel offers great value for money with its excellent service, modern facilities, and convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klang, and I look forward to returning in the future!

This is my first time staying at Hilton Garden inn hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have received a welcome drink when we are check-in at the hotel lobby. Hotel room very cozy, clean and bed very comfortable. Location is not convenient, parking is free.

I am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

I just stayed at Moxy Putrajaya, right next to IOI Mall, and honestly, it was awesome. From the moment I arrived, I felt totally recognized – the crew called me by name which made a huge difference and made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, with loads of thoughtful touches in the amenities that made my stay super comfy. But the real highlight? The people! The crew was all about fun and super friendly vibes. I met Dharmen at the bar and chatted with a couple of trainees – their energy and engagement were off the charts. They made sure everyone was having a good time, recommended some cool spots to check out, and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. The whole a**osphere at Moxy is both lively and chill, perfect whether you’re there to relax or looking to mingle and have a good time. Thanks to the Captain, for organizing all this. Can’t wait to go back to Moxy Putrajaya. If you’re looking for a place with fun vibes and thoughful spirited people, this is it. Totally recommend!

1-Night Staycation at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie Recently did a last-minute staycation with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to go just outside KL. Here's a quick review: Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 12noon. RM100 deposit required at check-in. Free parking (just validate your Touch ‘n Go card whenever you exit). Room was clean, with a comfy double bed (1.5m wide) and sofa bed. Separate toilet and shower area, and if you need amenities like a toothbrush, just call the staff. Has a connecting room option. Limited TV channels, but the quality’s clear. In-room dining menu is on a TV channel!. We skipped breakfast to sleep in and recharge before picking up the kids. Definitely a relaxing spot for a quick getaway!

Room is very spacious and clean. Gotten my room ready on time. My room is at the corner, it's very quiet which I like. Breakfast buffet is a big spread. Maybe can come up some dim sum if possible.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya.  Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya.  Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free.  It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day.  Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

Strategic location. Just a walking distance to mall & have 2 food truck area nearby the hotel. Nice view of masjid shah alam 👍 breakfast is ok. Parking is free for in-house guest but the ramp quite narrow. Overall good.

Location & Amenities: We loved the hotel's location. It's conveniently connected to the mall, making everything easily accessible by foot. The restaurant was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of cuisines, from Western dishes to local specialties. Parking: The only downside was the parking service. While the cost is reasonable at less than RM10 for 24 hours, it's still inconvenient and can affect the overall vacation experience. We believe the hotel management and The Curve should consider offering complimentary parking or more flexible options for their hotel guests to enhance their stay.

New place so everything is new and clean. Service staff is friendly. The only problem is the lift elevator is very bad. For such low tenants occupancy, it also makes me wait more than 10 minutes but still can't use it due to being full with people. At last I need to use the stairs which for me is faster than waiting for the elevator.

This is a new hotel and i love it! It can't get any better for this price range. I love the gym as it allows me to do a thorough workout. There is a beautiful pool but a bit small though. There is ba*****t parking. The room size is comfortable and the beds are comfortable. What's most amazing, this is the first hotel I've been to that has bolsters! There is a water cooler at the hallway where you can get cold and hot water. The location of the hotel is just around the Malay area and there are plenty of food stalls that you can sample from.

Was at this hotel for business trip for 2 nights and my review as follows: 1) Location: It is in the neighbourhood of Bandar Sri Damansara, not that difficult to locate using waze but the surrounding of the hotel is currently construction of the new MRT line. Having said that, despite the on-going constructions, roads remain clear and easy to drive. There is also proper indoor basement parking (few levels) and thankfully the parking are not tight. It was easy to turn and park. Not too far from the hotel, there is two huge coffee shop selling various hawker food and there is also a stretch of halal warung (within 1km drive). Grab food and food panda delivery service are also available and quite a lot of choices too. So, overall, i think the location is ok for this hotel. 2) Lobby and Check in Lobby is nice with high ceiling. Check in was fast and being a weekday, there was no queue at all. I like the fact they placed two containers of plain water and mango juice at the lobby. Guests can help themselves with those drinks whenever at lobby. Just some suggestion, maybe the hotel can put in few slices of lemon to the plain water container. This will look more classy in my opinion. 3) Room 1305 (Suite Room) Being Accorshotel member, I was upgraded to the Suite Room. It was spacious with living room. The mattress and pillows are very comfy especially with a layer of mattress topper. Bathroom is the usual Ibis concept. It was modern and nice with rainshower. Maybe my only comment is the frosted glass isnt really frosted as one can still see the shadow of the person inside very clearly. It may be akward if you are staying with a colleague. I suggest the hotel to put another layer of frosting for all twin rooms (as these rooms are usually for travellers who arent couple/business colleagues). Anyway, I did have a good sleep at this hotel. So the room are value for money. 4) Wifi Wifi is free and easy to connect. Speed is ok and consistent. 5) Buffet Breakfast Surprisingly for Ibis standard, the buffet breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of selections daily such as Nasi Lemak, noodles, chee cheong fun, porridge, cereals, salads, fruits, bread & pastries, western option like baked beans, sausages, samosa, dim sum, hash browns etc. They also offers egg station services. They also have coffee machine with selections including latte & cappucino. Quite impressive. For improvement, I think the noodle soup corner should be replaced with something else as it was not a popular choice or maybe the noodles are just not presented properly. I think just replaced it with mushroom soup would be better. The juices also are not chilled enough on my 2 times breakfast at the restaurant. I strongly suggest to put in few slices of lemon into the plain water container - it will be refreshing but most importantly, the drinks/juices should be chilled properly. If not, it wont taste good. Overall, having stayed at Ibis cheras, Ibis KLCC and Ibis Fraser Park

This is our second time staying at Ascot Somerset. Extremely convenient to commute around and plenty of good food across the road especially the Hokkien Mee at the end to the right. The roast duck at the same stall is definitely not to be missed with its tender and juicy meat. I bought one full duck for myr78 to bring home to Spore to share with the family. Highly recommended.

Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

Its a pleasure staying here located next to DPulze shopping center mall which easy to do what u want food movies or else. Room was ok quite spacious and have kitchen. provided with kitchen appliance. Easy parking per day is rm5. It also comes with roof top swimming pool. Overall satisfied with this stay. My only complaint is the room is not perfectly clean, i can barely see dust at specific area and another thing is im not requested house keeping when im going out, but after coming back my room was completely has been tidy up luckily there's no valuables things was missing at that time. Till Next time will come again because of hospitality of this hotel was so good.

Better than expected, comfortable bed and shower facilities. Not for light sleepers as people are constantly moving in and out. Very good location as departure hall is just minute walk away. Excellent for early morning flights and late arrivals to KLIA2

Amazing stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to not take the shuttle bus as we wanted to do some shopping nearby at the outlet mall before our flight which was AMAZING. Breakfast was good and water pressure in the shower was lovely. Beer is a bit expensive at 44 MYR for a corona beer 330ml. All in all a very happy and good stay.

I recently spent a holiday at Sepang Airport, and it turned out to be a surprisingly unique experience. This hotel is located inside UNITEN. First time check in here, the customer service is tiptop & the room very clean. Keep it up. Will come again 🤗

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. One of the best parts is that the hotel is located near several nice food shops, making it convenient to find good meals. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile by offering breakfast to a young boy, which showed their thoughtfulness. Additionally, they allowed me a one-hour late check-out since I had a meeting outside, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is about 15 minutes by car however it is very difficult to find a cab in the early morning. The security guard who checked us in helped us to reserve a car service. However the driver completed forgot the next morning. It was 5 a.m. Fortunately an Airbnb host saw us and offer us a ride for a reasonable fee. The room and property itself was fine. There are restaurants near by. The pool was nice as well.

Enviroment -Surrounding was clean and follow all the SOP out by goverment, tempereture taking and hand sanitizer was provided at the enterence and every outlets, Good practise and you feel confident. Reception -For positive feed back from me I would like to thank you to front office team especially to one of the handsome men staff his name on his name tag (Azam) for arranged my check in process even busy n have a long queue line they can managed the ship craked situation. Housekepping -Room was clean and the staff gave us good services even it is little outdated. Restaurant -Negatively. I want to make a food order and try to call the line Mya restaurant via a phone room press ”0” for so many times did not answer my call .. that is unbelievable. i try call again and again. Unfortunatly we can get it. very disappointed. Please we will paid for the food cost not for begging for free !!! So u should take care of ur customer needed.. pls alert with phone call did you heard or not.. please train your staff properly.. this is my second time visit at Dash Box Hotel Cyberjaya but servis not good as i get for 1st time in 2019. i hope top Management will take this as a important issue when it come to this!!! Room: ★★★★☆ I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinets & flat TVs with limited broadcasts. no mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo. Amenities: ★★★★★ The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the ba*****t & the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the ba*****t parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level. The hotel's WiFi is provided with 27.78Mbps. The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. At one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice. Food & beverage: ★★★★★ Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gave free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup and fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm delighted. Service: ★★★★★ The staff service is excellent from check-in to check-out.
