the location are located in pj and near to 1 utama, IKEA, ikano and many more shopping mall, so very convenient. the swimming pool, gym are superb, only the A/c is quite warm even we lower the temp to 16°
it has a very nice shopping environment within the area, just down to the location it self👍🏻
thanks to the homestay
Room is good beds are comfy and no complaints about service and other aspects of the hotel
It is slightly aged and the surrounding roads may have some traffic, but if you’re looking for a place to stay to wake up and head to the Marriage Registration office, ITS RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD
Front desk was super smelly , toilet smell.. with flies.. check in process was slow..
Swimming pool water was smelly and too much chlorine..
Breakfast was average, not tasty
Kids bed was not cleaned properly, itchy.. toilet small and door was not done properly...
View was good, deco room okay
Nice hotel with spacious room. There is ample parking in the basement car park. Away from the hustle and bustle of KL. The shower and toilet is separate which is a benefit. The only issue was the lack of place to hang clothes for showers so it makes it tricky if staying with friends. Have to hang on shower door handle that is outside and open the door to take the clothes when done showering. Big mirrors at wardrobe door and sink area mirror is marvelous, great to check outfit before heading out.
A clear instructions is given for check in, and it was easy and smooth. The 2 bedroom suite come with a bathroom, a small open style kitchen and a small living room. The space is not like super spacious and the layout make it a bit squeezy. However for a group of 4, it's still ok. The room itself is clean, however the coverage for Internet (I am using my phone data only) is not very good. There is construction around/nearby the building but not much noise from the construction, just the road are very messy , and it's a hectic for us, as we are not familiar with the location. Parking per night is RM6, kind of reasonable, and there are plenty of parking lots. We didn't explore the building much not sure about the amenities/facilities, but we do passed by a mart before check in. There is a mosque nearby, and we can hear it from our room.
the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
De Palma Hotel offers a great combination of exceptional service, a wide variety of food choices, and a prime location. The service at De Palma Hotel is another reason why it is highly recommended. From the moment you step into the hotel, the staff are attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. The staff ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location of De Palma Hotel is superb. Strategically positioned, the hotel is easily accessible and is located in a convenient spot for both business and leisure travelers. Being easy to find, it makes for an ideal venue for corporate training and other events, as you won’t have to worry about guests struggling to locate the venue. Its central location also means that participants can easily access nearby attractions and amenities during breaks or after sessions, adding to the overall convenience. If you’re staying at the hotel, parking is completely free of charge, which is a great perk for those traveling by car.
I had a pleasant stay at the Garden Inn Hilton Hotel in Puchong. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the nice view from my window. The location is a bit far from major attractions, but that was expected since I’m familiar with the area—and honestly, I appreciated the peaceful environment. It’s quiet at night, which made the stay even more relaxing.
There is some construction happening next to the hotel, and there are no shopping malls within walking distance, but it didn’t affect my stay too much. Parking was convenient and free of charge, which is a plus.
My only small concern was the bathroom layout, which caused the floor to get quite wet after showering, and the water pressure was a bit low. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable. Would still consider staying here again.
Used to stay here during co. workshop/ conference at least 10vears ago. Glad that the room still wel maintained & the carpets no odour smell. As not easy to travel with a 2yr old baby who so wiggly and the cleanliness will be the most concerned when staying in the hotel. Booked total 3 rooms (other friends with family), only 2 rooms accommodated with connecting room. Breakfast (at Sunway Resort Hotel) always the top notch must be included with reservation.
One sad thing was left my baby's pillows (3pcs) in the room, unaware as covered up in the comforter. Though unable to go back to collect it, but perhaps the hotel staff should inform us.
My only choice whenever i have a business trip to KL. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, location strategic, near to restaurants, cafes, convenient marts, pharmacies, pubs and banks. Highly recommend for business travellers.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! You can get to the airport in under 10 minutes by just crossing a pedestrian bridge, super convenient. The first night was excellent value for money. My only minor complaint is that the fan couldn't be turned off, which was a bit too cold for someone who gets chilly easily. Everything else was super good though. I'd suggest adding an on/off switch for the fan, that would be even better. In the evening, I went downstairs for some drinks and snacks, and the atmosphere was really nice.
TTomHeeThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking.
Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel
The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures.
This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!!
The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth.
The fried rice is surprisingly good.
