There were ants in the room which was why I gave it 3 stars. It crawled all over our phone on the table. We thought it was just a random few and didn't bother about it. To our horror, we later found out when we reached home the next day. They got into the plastic bag of bread (which wasn't sealed) which we bought on the day we check-in from KLIA2. Also, I dropped my handbag on the floor and my bag was covered in dust 😵💫
The floor was cold. Best to bring your own slippers or get disposable bedroom slippers to wear.
Other than that, this is my second time staying here. It's a very convenient place to stay for a few hours or a night before catching a flight at KLIA2 or KLIA.
Free shuttle to KLIA was great. Also, it's not far from the Mitsui free shuttle stand available at KLIA2.
The Mall listed in the building was not in business. The gym and the swimming pool was functioning ok. The small business centre was misused as meeting room for prolong period when we didn’t have a chance to use the computer. The views are fantastic. Location isn’t the best but thankfully we could drive around.
This hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement
Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed.
However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue.
Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
Having a short vacation with family, quiet room and clean..go kl distance around 10km+, find food in pj also nearby. Car park need to pay fee ,take the card to counter can enjoy Rm2 per entry..
I recently stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent—right above the DPulze Shopping Centre, which makes access to food, shopping, and basic necessities incredibly easy. The studio apartment was clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had a cozy workspace, which was great for both relaxation and work.
Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas.
Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location.
Had a great stay at Moxy Putrajaya! The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The hotel is right beside a big shopping mall, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or weekend trip.

It's a very new establishment, expect yourself to be right next to construction site. It is so new that the location is also a little confusing, as it is not pin point very accurately yet on the map. The room is very spacious and new, but can see cleanliness will be an issue when it's no longer new. Better and higher maintenance needed. The noise of people closing their doors in the middle of the night was very loud and can wake you up. The A/C is too weak for a spacious room like this, 16C and I was still sweating at night. Nevertheless for this price point, it is a decent stay for a night.

Very new apartment building. Well furnished with mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, microwaved, induction cooker, pots & utensils etc.
Bed was comfy, room was clean. There is shampoo & body wash but no hand wash. Aircon & fan works well too. There is a convenience store just beside the lobby
Only down side is that the location is very new so its not that searchable on Google map. So grab drivers who use external GPS instead of the grab GPS will have difficulty finding the pick up point.

AAnonymous UserHelpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied.
YYiyideyiCame here with friends, and the surroundings are lovely. The supermarket downstairs is super convenient, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, making everything easily accessible. We absolutely loved it here! Highly recommended.

HHajanaA lovely place with beautiful views. It did get a bit hot during the day, and even with the air conditioning on, it still felt a little warm and stuffy. This might be due to the cabin materials retaining heat. Overall, though, everything was good. The kids were absolutely delighted as they could just open the sliding door and jump straight into the pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Definitely worth the price.
