The room is spacious and clean. However, it would be appreciated if room slippers were provided daily and the small towels were replenished regularly. Overall, the service is still good.
The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate.
The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived.
The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable.
Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.
Title: Surprisingly comfortable – extended our stay from Thursday to Saturday
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
Review:
Checked in on a Thursday for what was supposed to be a one-night stay, but ended up extending another night and checking out on Saturday – that’s how much we enjoyed it.
The lobby is lively and welcoming, with a bar, pool table, and friendly staff. But unlike some ”budget hip” hotels that cut corners, Moxy Putrajaya actually delivered on comfort and amenities.
Rooms were quiet – no thin walls issue here – and we had a good view. Despite the compact design, the room had a kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, which was a nice surprise. Toothbrushes and slippers were provided too (no need to ask). There's no iron in the room, but every level has an ironing room – very convenient.
Breakfast buffet was a highlight. Great variety: Western, Malay, Chinese, Indian, and vegetarian options. Definitely not just grab-and-go.
Location – we took a Grab from MRT Putrajaya Sentral, which was quick and cheap. Ideal base for shopping as it is right next to Putrajaya IOI City Mall
Verdict: A genuinely comfortable and well-equipped hotel that works for longer stays too. Would happily return.
Everything was good but only 1 guy at the front desk again making check in take some time. Did put a note to give me room near to lift but the other way round happen. Deposit of rm200 was too much and it will take 14 days to credit back to the credit card.
Overall, it's a really good hotel with a very affordable price. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend it.
My overall experience during this stay was just okay. The room was a bit small, making it feel a little cramped. The room door and light switch were faulty; for the first two days, they were difficult to operate, and on the last day, the door got completely stuck, which was quite inconvenient. I've been staying here for over half a month this month, originally choosing to extend my stay for the gym and pool. However, due to these facility issues, this stay wasn't very pleasant. I hope the hotel can promptly inspect and maintain its facilities to improve the quality of future stays.
Booked for 3 people - 2 rooms with breakfast using app, but staff at counter told me I paid for breakfast for 6 people. Advised me to book rooms separately so that I don't pay extra. Cannot refund bcoz paid thru app.
Aircon for one room not working. Temp 16 degrees but feel warm air. 😢😕 Shower only had hot water. Mother cannot shower properly, water too hot. Maintenance came, and said aircon spoilt. I just mentioned shower, he said too hot yah? Change room at 11pm. Even in the new room, maintenance had to wash aircon filters to make it cooler.
I feel management need to check the rooms before assigning to guests.
It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay.
The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐.
The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast.
When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel.
The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also.
Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡

Even though this hotel is near KLIA 2, it doesn’t matter if your flight is in KLIA 1. Everything is accessible with free shuttle to T1 (every 2hrs) via the hotel or the one provided by the airport itself (every 10mins). You can also do some last minute shopping in Gateway inside T2. The room I booked is enough for a short stay. Its big and kinda nice view. They also have a resto beside lobby with a garden vibes-its cozy and good for a night drink. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks, Tune Hotel! I

Overall it just nearby airport nothing fancy, for the pricing to be honest not really worth it. The room is very simple and need to touch up, at night can hear clearly ppl walk by and door open/close. But for the crew service is good as they always put on a smile and the next day free shuttle service is on time! 7am sharp the bus left already which is very punctual. Breakfast is ok but not much varieties, starts early at 6am.
However I will not stay this hotel anymore.

SSimone U.Friendly service and comfortable room. Breakfast spread had a wide variety as well. Location was very convenient as it was directly connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall and convention center. Definitely would have a return stay in the future

GGuest UserI was on a business trip to visit a client, and the overall environment was quite good. The lobby was suitable for meetings. It was a good place to stay for catching a flight after 6:30 AM breakfast, as it's very close to Subang Airport.
GGuest UserI've stayed here three times for business trips, mainly because there are no better options in the vicinity. This lack of competition, unfortunately, seems to lead to subpar service and hygiene. The first time I stayed, in a twin room, both duvet covers were dirty. One had unwashed bloodstains, and the other had three foot-like marks. I had to call twice and even go down to the front desk once before someone finally came to replace them! On my third stay, the towels in the cabinet under the sink had a strong mildew smell and were unusable. The amenity box was chipped, and the shower hose was broken. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also very poor and kept disconnecting. Honestly, there are just too many issues! But due to its location, I have no choice but to stay here. I really hope they improve!

GGuest Userthe parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
KKytchermaineI booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay.
The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more.
The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch.
The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good.
If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
JJay.TJust had a staycation with friend for 4 nights at Mossaz Suites. The parking area can be a bit confusing for first timer and the lifts were quite slow. Otherwise we are quite satisfied during our stay there. The room are quite well equipped. Had a faulty hair dryer but the service crew had it replaced in under half an hour. Request for re-supply of items were being fulfilled promptly as well. A great thank you to the service and housekeeping team for making sure guests had a pleasant stay.
