The overall journey was good but I strongly suggest Trip.com to amend and update the photos because they no longer have swimming and gym available for use. However, you can get a few % off if you shop in the shopping centre next to the hotel but only some shops. The housing keeping guy was really helpful and friendly so was the receptionist.

1-Night Staycation at Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie Recently did a last-minute staycation with my husband to celebrate his birthday, and we decided to go just outside KL. Here's a quick review: Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 12noon. RM100 deposit required at check-in. Free parking (just validate your Touch ‘n Go card whenever you exit). Room was clean, with a comfy double bed (1.5m wide) and sofa bed. Separate toilet and shower area, and if you need amenities like a toothbrush, just call the staff. Has a connecting room option. Limited TV channels, but the quality’s clear. In-room dining menu is on a TV channel!. We skipped breakfast to sleep in and recharge before picking up the kids. Definitely a relaxing spot for a quick getaway!

Our best stays in Malaysia 🇲🇾 have been at Mossaz under the Mana-mana host. Mossaz has great amenities for children and a convince shop down stairs. The front desk staff is welcoming; and communication is done via WhatsApp message for all requests. They are quick to respond to messages but requests on housekeeping are often attended to slow.

Hotels look new, the room is very comfortable. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel but there is nothing much to shop there, mostly an empty mall. Opposite the waterway, there are many eateries like Pizza Hut, Ayam Penyet, McD, Domino Pizza. The Onsen is chargeable even for hotel guests. Onsen is pretty small and nothing much facilities there.

Bcs ada stain . 2) Bila bkk paip, air terus bocor drpd tali2 tu . 3) Bilik tk dikemas dgn baik, sbb rambut2 tu ada dkt atas meja2, dkt bed side table . 4) Breakfast ? 5/10 only . Not so many options. 5) I didn’t complained on that day or ask for room change bcs of to tired 8 hours of driving. Just need to sleep .

At first glance, this hotel gave a stylish impression, and the price was quite attractive! I was initially concerned after reading several comments about lift issues, but I decided to give it a try. Thankfully, the lift was functioning well during my stay. It seems that the building is still in the final stages of completion, which might explain some of the previous issues. Overall, my stay was a pleasant experience.
