Overall, the room was okay and looked recently renovated, although the toilet door was difficult to close. Unfortunately, our room was still not ready when we arrived around 3pm, so we had to wait outside while the cleaners finished. The cleaners kindly offered us another newly cleaned room to wait in, but we chose to wait outside. The pool was nice and my kids really enjoyed it, although the pool could have been cleaner. The breakfast was quite disappointing for the price. The steamed pau, dim sum, roti canai and curry dhal were cold, the chicken rendang was very tough, and there wasn't much variety. The room and pool were enjoyable overall, but the hotel could improve the room readiness, pool cleanliness and especially the breakfast quality and temperature.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel is gorgeous and very family friendly. I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve! Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time. The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated. But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. Thank you Lexis Hibiscus team for making this such an enjoyable and memorable getaway. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Stay: 2D1N We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay at Tasik Villa! From start to finish, everything felt complete and well-managed. The best part is the 24/7 customer service — if you have any questions or need help, just scan the QR code and chat. It's super convenient because you don't have to bother calling or going down to the reception. The food was delicious too! My whole family loved it because there were so many options and variety, making it easy to choose something for everyone's taste. Service overall was also top-notch — the buggy service, room service, and customer service were all good, and the staff were helpful. The only thing is, I found the room service food a bit pricey. 😅 But aside from that, there are no major complaints. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and highly recommend it for a family staycation! ❤️

The rooms are thoughtfully laid out to provide privacy while remaining conveniently connected to shared spaces such as the kitchen and living room. The furnishings and appliances are of excellent quality, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for family bonding getaways, as the villa offers ample space and facilities for activities to be enjoyed together within the property. Oh yes, the management and admin team is just a WhatsApp text or phone call away.
