The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center is just a stone's throw away. The administrators called a taxi, answered all questions and were very nice. The room is very nice, there is a lot of space, it is clean and cozy. Two TVs, one channel in Russian. There is a hairdryer, toothbrushes, paste, razor, shampoo, conditioner, gel, towels. The hotel has a restaurant with a buffet, 4 dishes and rice - 20 yuan.

The preferred hotel in Mudanjiang, with a very high cost-effectiveness. When checking in, the front desk was very enthusiastic in serving tea and water. Their tangerine peel candy is my favorite. After checking in, they will give you a low-cost hot spring ticket to experience the fun of Northeastern bathing. The hot spring pool is very good. A dip will make you feel comfortable and refreshed. The buffet tastes great, the room is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is very good. A big thumbs up!

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Hotel Thun really surprised me! Voice operation is super convenient and the facilities are new. Free gym and laundry room to meet daily needs. Breakfast is rich and varied, and afternoon tea is free. We received welcome fruit upon check-in and the service was warm and thoughtful. We were like friends. Our family of four had a great time staying here and we will come back in the future!

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from St Sophia Church. Staff very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Miss Wen Wen (文文 姑娘） who insisted she helped to carry my luggage even tho drizzling n waited for my taxi , very much appreciated 👍. No cigarette smell or bad odour in the room. Only d lobby n lift has d smell of cigarettes. Overall, highly recommended

Location is the best for tourist. Exactly opposite zhongyang street. Everything else is exactly like the picture. Very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who wanted to visit harbin

The hotel is very near the railway and subway station. Restaurants and convenient stores are on the same row. Front Desk's service was excellent. Welcome-drink was served. Breakfast was good. The hotel has been renovated. The room was clean and quiet. The English name of the hotel was still unchanged (Atour Hotel). The staff explained that the upgrading of the hotel was still in progress. Nevertheless, the new Chinese name has been put up at the entrance of the hotel. A nice gift bag was also given at the end of the stay. It was a pleasant stay for us.

Excellent services, very helpful, provided details and guidance where and how take public transport,. Receptionist always answer my needs. Cleaning lady very friendly and breakfast lady helping me by preparing coffee for me whenever I needs. Receptionist allowed me late check-out without extra charge. Location hotel very convenient, close to Zhongyang Street, subway, shopping areas and close to morning food street. Highly recommended for those first time and travelling alone or family.
