Good experience! The security guards and service staff are very enthusiastic! I will stay here again. The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Amur Western Restaurant, next to the pedestrian street, close to Lena Restaurant and Glock, and close to the morning market and Russian goods street. The hotel security guard helped me find a parking space!

TV not working well. It is on Android. Sound is on and off. Corridors are dark. Front desk ask to retain passport (unusual)? No fridge in room? No shower lights for winter, so if you have shower in winter, you freeze!! Breakfast full of stir fried veggies.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

For our first trip to Harbin, we chose this Wanda Hotel based on reviews and recommendations found on Ctrip. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the service was truly outstanding. Staff proactively assisted us with our luggage and other needs, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The breakfast spread was absolutely lavish. Our room was clean, comfortable, bright, and spotless. We were offered complimentary afternoon tea, which we sadly didn't have time to enjoy. Our child loves playing the piano, and the hotel made an exception by allowing them to use the grand piano in the lobby. Our child was absolutely thrilled and played a few of their favorite tunes. Overall, our stay was incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Harbin and will wholeheartedly recommend it to our friends! Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport.

As a frequent business traveler, this is hands down the best service hotel I've come across in all the cities I've visited. While it might not be a sprawling luxury 5-star property, the attentiveness of their service is truly unparalleled by other professional hotels. The staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate even the smallest requests. During our trip to Harbin, right after checking in, we were even given a Madier popsicle! Plus, the location is fantastic – Central Street is just a short walk away. I will definitely recommend this hotel to any colleagues or friends visiting Harbin in the future.

Its location right by the Songhua River is fantastic, allowing for refreshing walks in the mornings and evenings. It's also conveniently located not far from Central Street, and there's a local morning market nearby, which is a charming touch. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. I genuinely felt pampered, experiencing that famous 'Northeast hospitality'. They offered a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and another thoughtful farewell gift upon check-out. Additionally, complimentary afternoon tea was served in the lobby from 2 PM to 4 PM, featuring a delightful selection of pastries, fruits, and beverages. Having stayed at numerous hotels, this was truly the first time I've experienced such attentive and generous treatment. Harbin truly takes hospitality to the next level! Highly recommended!👍

The location is absolutely superb, right on Central Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll every day. It's also very close to the subway station and super easy to find. There are tons of great food options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast is pretty good too, so you'll never run out of dining choices. We booked a family room this time, and for such a prime and valuable location, the room was surprisingly spacious. The interior facilities are brand new, featuring smart home amenities, which made for a fantastic stay. A special shout-out goes to the front desk team – the young ladies and gentlemen. They were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly, and quite charming to boot!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near key attractions and making it easy to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, and they even provided breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was bright. The only drawback was that the bath towels had some stains, which could be improved.

First I was bit disappointed because no one help us with our luggage and we arrived by past 14:00 but our room is not ready and need to wait for 1 hour, but its okay😊😊😊 I really love this hotel, the ambiance is good there is a free afternoon snacks at the lobby, you can also wash and dry your clothes, there is a lot of free gifts that the kids love, I having a hard time on operating the washing and there is a staff who immediately assist me, and also I try to call them on the phone, and they go to the room to assist me because I cannot understand chinese😂 they also lend us a toy so my baby will be busy playing, the breakfast also has a lot of choices, I hope I found this hotel soon, but glad to stay here on our last night in Harbin City, hoping to stay here soon, and also upon checking out they still have gift for us, and what I really love is they lend me a russian dress to took photo😍 I will make moments soon as soon as my photo release by the photographer and tag the hotel😍
