Thank you St Giles for a wonderful stay! It was our anniversary week and everything was perfect from efficient check in to the hospitality of the staff and amazing facilities Really loved the ambience of the Executive Lounge, it was so peaceful and ideal.We were pleasantly surprise when we came back to our room with a delicious cake waiting. Special mention to the security guards thats always opening doors for us. They are always smiling and greeting us!

The room is kinda spacious and the layout is comfortable. Cleanliness is definitely the main reason I will come back again. The sad thing is the lounge and swimming pool right under my room. The live band end at 12am sharp and swimming pool start early in the morning. It’s a little bit disappointing when you want to wake up late during your vacation.

Stay here many times this year. But the safety deposit box encountered error 9 which required the duty manager to reset it. The corner where drinks & complimentary tea/coffee is place has ants. Maybe housekeeping can containise the tea/coffee sachets to prevent ants. Had to clean up. Other than that all good. The buffet breakfast was great too.

Firstly its a suites and not a hotel so expectations have to be tapered accordingly. The place is clean and comfortable to sleep in however the age of the place is begining to show. Towels are clean, thick and fresh smelling, they seem to have upgraded the shower heads which have v good water pressure. This trip I got a room facing the road. Nice view but can get noisy when cars with loud exhausts drive by. Breakfast was suffice with an eggs station and local Delights like mee goreng / kway teow goreng / curry noodles / mee soto / nasi lemak. Unfortunately the 24hr food place with lotsa variety and delicious food right next to it has closed and moved to medini 3 which is a 5 to 10min drive away Overall, for the price, Trinidad is a great place to stay on a budget and secure parking. Kudos to the always friendly and helpful staff as well!

The hotel is clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. The check in was breezy and room is just as in pictures, cozy and tidy. The breakfast was hearty and staff serving the breakfast are always smiley with such warmth and enthusiasm to assist. The parking is somewhat confusing and is not complimentary, hotel guests are charged RM6/entry. The hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to access. The location is in the midst of the busy Skudai Highway and the traffic going and coming to this place can be a little unbearable but the stay itself was good.

Room aircon not working. Assured change of room next day only but given evening only n Duty Mngr Ivan was extremely cold. We were given complimentary 2 days breakfast which was not satisfactory. Coffee machine was giving out Americano rather watery n we informed the staff tat n they didn’t take any action. We also realised this hotel automatically controls de aircon to higher temperature after 7pm each night leaving our room warm. Both nights were a disaster. Aircon vent is dusty as it aggravated my asthma. They charged us to upgrade to Kings room as only a king room and a double room can have interconnected rooms. This could be detailed in Trip.com we would have not booked this hotel. Feel ripped off after not getting a proper test nor sleep. If nothing is done to compensate my stay, I will put this up in social media.

Staff were polite and gave good services. Breakfast have variety of choices and nice. Location is accessible, 15mins walk to Midvalley Mall. However, the check-in could be done better. When we arrive around 2.45pm and complete the registration, the hotel inform us that the room wasn’t ready. We waited until 3.45pm then we got the room key although the check in time should be 3p.m.

I stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel Johor Bahru and had a pleasant experience. The location is really convenient, just a short walk to KSL Mall and lots of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many choices. However, some parts of the hotel feel a bit old and could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good stay for the price and I would consider coming back again.

Here on a business trip. The service was very good. I needed to take a cab to my destination early in the morning for work. I asked the front desk how to go about doing it. They told me to download Grab app but I had some difficulties doing so. They offered to call the Grab for me and I paid the driver cash. They even brought me down to find the Grab car for me because I'm a foreigner and they were worried that I might get lost or could not find the car. Very nice and thoughtful of them! The 1st night I could easily connect to their WiFi. But on 2nd night there were some issues I could not resolve so I called the front desk quite late at night. They sent someone up immediately but he too could not solve the problem. They told us the tech people had already left work so they also don't know how else they could help. They were very apologetic and kept apologising to us for the inconvenience caused. Overall it was a very good stay with good and friendly service. Would go back to stay if I have another work trip.

Room big and clean. But get set worn out the room due to wear and tear by inconsiderate guests Not near beach but near makan and supermarket. The nearest mall not much, best walk along the shop houses So eat till you drop no problem. But if shop for clothes, souvenir etc not much choice if you trendy type Check in at 330 but was told no room available and cannot get same floor. Then I explained its 330 and need try their best as I yet to do my prayers. Then magic happen, room can appear and same floor some more. The check in process was slow, likely new boy and not guided well. Amenities standard for a 4 star hotel. Pool and gym for act fit people. Those who want go beach can act fit and run there or 10 min drive for those unfit ones.
