The room isn't huge, but it doesn't feel cramped either. The hygiene is excellent, and the customer service is warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is super convenient for grabbing food, getting a massage, or a haircut. However, the massage within the hotel was a rip-off – the environment wasn't clean, and they cut corners on the service. It was supposed to be a 90-minute massage, but it ended in just 70 minutes.

Staying at Space Residences with my family was the right choice! It's clean and new. Fully equipped with functioning air con. Fans are new. Fridge works well. Kitchen well equipped. The tv comes with free Netflix and Disney+ too. Everything was fully equipped and in excellent working condition—the air conditioning was effective, the fans were new, and the fridge worked perfectly. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. A nice bonus was the TV, which came with complimentary Netflix and Disney+ access. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay that we hardly wanted to leave the apartment to go sightseeing. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using JB Sentral and the Singapore checkpoint. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the swimming pool and gym were well maintained. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Johor Bahru. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

⭐ Perfect Staycation Spot Away from Busy JB ⭐ Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance Hotel JB! The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — exactly what you need for a relaxing break. The hot shower was amazing after a long day out exploring and shopping. Love the location too! It’s away from the busy JB Central area, so it’s quieter and more peaceful without the crowd. At the same time, everything you need is nearby — Mr DIY, FamilyMart, Woodfire, McDonald’s and ZUS Coffee are just around the area. Bonus: If you’re here on a Sunday night, there’s a pasar malam nearby where you can grab snacks and enjoy the local vibes. 😋 Getting around is also easy with Grab. A short ride brings you to Mid Valley Southkey for food, shopping, massage and movies. Honestly, the room was so comfortable that I just wanted to stay in, relax and sleep till tomorrow. 😂 Will definitely come back again — next time I’ll book with breakfast included! 👍

The Amari Hotel in Johor Bahru is located in a very strategic and convenient area. Most major facilities and shopping complexes are within a 10‑minute walking distance, making it easy to access food, retail, and entertainment without needing transportation. Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel maintains good cleanliness standards. However, some moss can still be found on the windows, especially those facing the swimming pool. Despite this minor issue, the general cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory. Internet Connection: The Wi‑Fi connection is not stable. It frequently disconnects, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a steady internet connection. Parking: Parking is not free. Guests are charged RM12 per day with multiple entry allowed. However, parking is complimentary if the booking is made directly with the hotel.

The room and all its amenities are brand new. It's super close to KSL, just a five-minute walk away. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour convenience store, a hair salon, massage parlors, and restaurants. Plus, right outside, there's a Dai Sei Hei Dim Sum restaurant, making breakfast incredibly convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be back myself.

Room service has room to improved. The 1st female rceptionist attended me on my check in has not taking my request seriously, I have to changed to another room & higher floor on my 2nd night and no smiling at all, not rude but seems not friendly. Overall the hotel is worth staying. The pillow quality & size need to upgrade, it's too hard & small.

The overall experience is best with the Legoland themepark access. although my boy is only 2 and he cant play moat of the rides, the limited rides for him is enough to burn the whole day for him. This place is conveniently accessible from SG & also 20min ride to Bukit Indah for local buys. We got annual pass and therefore will be here again

So thoughtful of you by giving us a room with a view of a sea, pool and nature😁 Clean and spacious room but unwanted ‘guests’ too🦟😅 Super comfortable bed and different types of pillow’s filling that make us sleep better. Two great pools with one infinity and the other winding. Not forgetting the steamroom and whirlpool that make our body feel more relaxing. The gym room was also good with different machine for workouts. The Coral Lounge was fun that filled games like pool, carrom, table tennis and many other board games too. Walking along the beach was wonderful and the strong waves crashing was thrilling. The breakfast was great as the selection was wide and food was delicious especially the croissants and harsh brown… The food served by the various restaurant were sumptuous too. The waiter eagerly introduced their fresh seafood like the snapper, prawns and squid together with their special made sauce by the chef and it’s indeed awesome. Further more they gave 25% off (Visit Malaysia’s promotion) the bill which was a great deal. Yes, we will definitely come again 😁
