Excellent location just behind KSL Mall. Quality apartment with all amenities. Clean room, 2 beds with attach bathroom. Living room and pantry and kitchen. Game console provided, smart tv with fast internet. Worth the money and will be back when i am in JB.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

The room was spotless and everything felt brand new, which made for a very comfortable stay. It was also spacious and bright. The hotel's location is super convenient, and the restaurant upstairs is definitely worth checking out – they have great food, drinks, and entertainment. Shopping is also a breeze with the mall right next door, offering plenty of dining and retail options. The surrounding area is lovely. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

This location offers a strategic setting with diverse dining and entertainment options. The nearby movie theater is ideal for a movie marathon, providing a quiet and enjoyable experience. On Mondays, the area features a night market (pasar malam), which attracts a significant number of visitors. For those seeking to avoid crowds, exploring nearby food courts—such as Cedar Point Food Centre—offers a convenient alternative for food hunting.

Nice hotel and clean room, but hotel does not seem ready for operation or they’ve manpower issues. When we arrived on Friday afternoon there was nobody at the reception area, I had to walk around and finally found a staff outside. He then helped us to contact his colleague, who then told us to proceed to another level. Bfast option was very limited and similarly they seemed understaffed. Location was secluded, there were no amenities around. Overall nice concept (if you like airplanes) and place is clean/new.

The room was really fantastic—very spacious with a well-designed layout, and the bed was super comfortable with just the right firmness. I must give a special shout-out to the front desk service; they tried their best to accommodate all our requests 👍 and had a wonderful attitude. The breakfast had a decent variety and plenty of options. There weren't many Chinese dishes, but the Western selection was extensive and more than enough! The Thai milk tea was delicious, and the egg station was located just outside the restaurant, offering omelets, sunny-side-up eggs, tea eggs, and soft-boiled eggs 😊, alongside congee and noodles. As for the location, you need to take a taxi to nearby malls, but it's very convenient—just a 5-10 minute ride, and fares in Malaysia are quite cheap. I would definitely stay here again next time!

Absolutely fantastic, this resort was an unexpected surprise! It was a very last-minute decision, but it's now one I wholeheartedly recommend! There's a free shuttle from the pier that gets you there in about 5-10 minutes. The hotel lobby is super picturesque; you just want to relax as soon as you walk in. The complimentary welcome drink was delicious. The room was spacious, and they provided a lot of amenities. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! There are two pools and two bars, both highly recommended. Breakfast didn't have many options, and the taste was just average. I also tried the hotel's spa on the second day – highly recommended! The service was excellent!

I checked into a 'Tropical View King Room' at this hotel on September 28th. I had certain expectations for a 5-star resort, but the actual experience was quite disappointing and definitely didn't live up to its supposed star rating. The overall quality fell significantly short of what a 5-star hotel should offer. Considering the price of over MYR 800 per night, this stay was truly unsatisfying and certainly not good value for money. During check-in, there was only one official staff member at the front desk, accompanied by someone who seemed to be an intern. There were other guests checking in before me, and the staff member was processing a couple's check-in, which was an incredibly slow process. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes before it was my turn. For a 5-star resort costing over MYR 800 per night, such inefficient check-in procedures and seemingly insufficient front desk staffing are unacceptable. Guests paying a high price shouldn't have to experience waiting in line at the front desk. The room was on the 3rd floor, approximately 42 square meters. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which in itself wasn't an issue. However, the privacy design between the toilet and the room was utterly baffling – you have to adjust the curtain above the bathtub, otherwise, almost everything inside the toilet is directly visible from the room. Even more unacceptable was that the so-called 'curtain' didn't truly solve the privacy and light-blocking issues. When the toilet light was on at night, the light still seeped through the curtain into the room, significantly affecting the sleep of guests accustomed to sleeping in complete darkness. If this design is considered a standard for a 5-star resort room, it's truly incomprehensible. Now, about the balcony. The 'view' was nothing to write home about. The balcony primarily overlooked trees and a large artificial green carpet outside. During my stay, I even saw two staff members outside the balcony inspecting a drainage outlet or dealing with similar facility issues. Guests pay for a so-called resort view room, only to face staff walking around outside their window, which severely compromises any sense of privacy. Even more disappointing was the presence of ants on the balcony, and the metal railing showed clear signs of rust. For a hotel positioning itself as 5-star with a price tag exceeding MYR 800 per night, these details reveal a maintenance level that makes it difficult to feel any sense of luxury. The pool wasn't particularly large either. For a hotel that focuses on the resort experience, if the public facilities aren't outstanding, then the rooms, views, service, and overall maintenance should be even more impeccable. Unfortunately, this stay did not convey that to me. The breakfast, however, was quite good, which was one of the few satisfying aspects of this stay. In summary: The biggest takeaway from this stay is that the price is 5-star, but the actual experience falls far short of what a 5-star standard should be. For over MYR 800 per night, guests expect excellent facilities, good maintenance, comfortable sleep, sufficient privacy, and service commensurate with the price. However, from check-in efficiency, room privacy design, lighting issues, balcony view, cleanliness details, facility maintenance, to the overall resort atmosphere, I didn't feel that the price was justified. Specifically, the toilet light affecting sleep, lack of privacy on the balcony, presence of ants, rusty railings, and staff activity outside the balcony – individually, these might not be fatal flaws. But when they all appear simultaneously in a room at a supposed 5-star resort costing over MYR 800 per night, the overall experience becomes extremely disappointing. To put it bluntly: if you just look at the hotel's pricing, it certainly has the appearance of a 5-star hotel; but if you truly measure it by the guest experience, I can only say it's '5-star pricing, with far from a 5-star experience.' Unless the hotel can significantly improve its room privacy design, facility maintenance, service efficiency, and overall management, I personally believe that at this price point, it offers no discernible value, and I have no intention of returning.

This is a good place to stay. Though can be boring for some but we always come back to this hotel. Pros 1) Big room & very spacious 2) Great pool for adults & kids 3) Great for golfer 4) It is very green..good for the eyes 5) I love the fact they have laundry self service here but bare in mind it is a bit pricey Cons 1) We had encountered room that is not well maintained but u can always asked them to change the room or clean it better 2) Nothing special about the breakfast but it keep u full! 3) This is an old hotel so have some expectation on the rundowns 4) It is far from shops so if u want to go out u can either grab or drive out
