The first room we were given had a foul smell. The body shampoo dispenser beside the bathtub wasn’t working, and the socket near the sink was broken. We called for assistance regarding the odor, and it was found that the issue was due to a broken toilet drainage. Fortunately, the staff responded promptly and offered us a room change. The second room was much better — no unpleasant smell, all amenities were in good working condition, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had a comfortable stay in the new room with no further complaints. We booked the dine and stay package and would suggest that menus be made available in advance so guests can make a more informed decision when choosing the restaurant. Dinner was good, and breakfast was okay.

Overall is good! A pleasant stay there, there is an excellent fire show during weekend. Thanks hotel for the birthday decoration. For breakfast , I saw flies on the food maybe need to solve this problem. Buggy service from free car park to lobby and lobby to hotel room is consider fast, no long waiting time Recommended 2d1n stay👍

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed for families. The hotel amenities were a major highlight. The kids absolutely loved the pool area, which included a shallow kiddie pool and a few fun water features. Meanwhile, we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside with plenty of seating available. There was also a play area and an activity room where the children could stay entertained. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The buffet had a variety of options, from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and pancakes. They even had a kid-friendly section with smaller portions and fun presentation. The location was perfect for families, with nearby attractions and restaurants that catered to children. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area. Overall, we have a wonderful environment for our family. It was clean, safe, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay enjoyable and stress-free.

1st time staying in Wyndham Acmar Klang for a 3 days Weekend Business Seminar. Located next to Aeon Bukit Raja. Valet parking at RM20/days. Friendly staff and standard concierge services. The room looks like it is newly refurbished, smell new... Clean, with full standard amenities, iron, ironing board, indoor slippers, bathrobe, shower gel, shampoo, conditional, hand wash, lotion, hairdryer, toothbrush set, comb, nail file, cotton bud, shaver, cap, coffee, tea, kettle, bottled drinking water, TV and etc. Towel is clean without a wired smell. The pool looks good and clean, too. The buffet food here is quite nice. More choices for Sat & Sun. The only downside is the underground parking. the path to go in is a bit narrow with columns at the side. So far, I'm happy with my stay. I am looking forward to the next visit in Nov 25. Forgotten to take photos this round, will review again the next stay with photos.

I had a great stay at this hotel near 1 Utama Shopping Mall. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the water pressure in the bathroom—it was strong and made for a refreshing shower experience. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

No wonder people say this is the best for family. There were many pools and the size is HUGE! The room is also as per mentioned in the website. Not that big, but enough, pretty with bath tub too as we took th upper floor chalet. Gonna come again soon pretty sure!

Fast check in..Room is very big and comes with bath tub. Attached to the IOI biggest mall. Distance not far from KLIA. Overall pleasant stay. Love it
