5-Star Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

The room is clean and the super single beds are great and very comfortable. One thing I’d like to highlight is the bathroom privacy — the blinds do not fully cover the glass, which could be improved.

hope to have comb/ brush in this 5star hotel .  The bathtub have some cracked and should be touched up better appearance as it looks dirty.  Bathroom door seems like didn’t clean well as lots of hand print and watermarks there .  A Malay bellman (butler ) is helpful and friendly with his good smile .

Our stay was pleasant and we were lucky with the weather which made our stay more enjoyable. Pity that the sea is not blue therefore we only used the pool. Hotel staff were very helpful and always greeting us.  The food was quite good at Sepoy Sepoy restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t use the Chinese Restaurant as it was closed on the day that we planned to go there. Breakfast was ok although the distribution of the choices offered needs a little improvement. If I can advise to stay at AVANI? Yes, it is a nice place to spend a quiet holiday. To move around , visiting other places like Port Dickson or KL , the drives (Jeff and Zubir) made our journeys very pleasant. Visit AVANI and enjoy your stay

I recently stayed at Wyndham Acmar Klang for a business trip, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The hotel offers a comfortable and professional environment, ideal fo人work-related travel. We went there to celebrate my girl's birthday and requested for a birthday cake which made my girl delighted and free parking for my sis in law drive to visit us, thanks Lau Ying! Since I have a baby and toddler to care so we aren't going to Sunway Lagoon as the resort wateradventure is suffice for my kiddos. However, the playground has mosquitos that bite my kiddos and me. Hope the staff can check on this. The buffet is wide spread but isn't up to my standard. I love good food so we had our breakfast and dinner at Gordon Ramsay, it was good unfortunately my hubby seem to suffer food poisoning from the dinner. One morning though we were before 10.30 am but was considered late for breakfast as kitchen closed at 10.15 am, the staff just smiled and said sorry you were late and there was nothing she could do. My hubby was still recovering and was pissed at her attitude while I was handling my two kiddos too so I had to feedback and appreciated Mr Saranam assisted us. Too bad they didn't have their sea bass and cod as it hasn't arrived for a week but Wellington isn't up to par. Maybe it was due to halal so do not expect the same to their usual wellington. Breakfast, lobster bisque, broccolini and fries were good. Mocktails missed it's mark. Wonderland is good for younger kiddos, yet to try the gym, steam/sauna room. The top of the bed slim build in shelf has a big ear wax, so I had to clean myself. The remote controller need a change batteries but it was screwed in so we don't the change. The floor lamp isn't working. The toiletries pumps have been over pressed so it takes some technique to pump it out. Water temp and rainfall shower is great. The bedding is not your usual hotel such as Simmons type and pillows are sunken to the bed surface even though asked for hard pillows, they are way overused. Hence, I could not get a good sleep throughout my stay. However, the facilities, services and convenience is a major plus factor and will come over with my fam next time.

Check in on 28.6.25 for short vacation.overall I felt happy stay in tenera hotel because of the hotel: 1.strategic place.in front of the hotel have pasar malam and pasar tani...u can buy food if u lazy to find stall or restaurant... 2.there are 2 swimming pool ...1 is open for female n male...1 only for ladies ....good for muslimah who want privacy. 3.service of the staff also good...explaination well 4.environment of the room n view of my room ...I can see swimming pool and pasar MLM,pasar tani..... 5.definitely will repeat n come again to stay in the hotel.

The pillow are not comfortable for me. The towels provided on my first day are quite worn out. However the room is very bright, spacious and clean. View is not that spectaculour.

The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet
