Value for money. Room with ensuite toilet. Very small room and small toilet. Hotel is near a subway station. Many eating places nearby. Nothing to complain at this price in Hong Kong. If you are early, please note that luggage storage is chargeable even for less than 3 hours. Would be good if they can waive the short storage period.

This is one of the best options for affordable and comfortable lodgings for any visitor to Hong Kong. The staff are accommodating and the rooms are always clean and equipped with the essentials. Tucked away in a quaint little hilly pocket of Central, next to the classic Lan Kwai Fong neighborhood, you'll also be in prime location Hong Kong.

Location is great. Most malls and MTR are connected by overpasses, making it very easy to get around even during rainy weather.
Standard amenities are provided, hair conditioner not included. Only one sandblasted window in our room, so there wasn't really a view. Room was small compared to two other hotels in which we stayed during our trip. AC was sufficient, however air circulation was not for some reason. Even with a dehumidifier on (provided by the hotel) my hand-washed clothes would take longer than usual to dry.
Aside from all of this, my biggest complaint was actually the room service. We forgot to put the DND tag on our door, which was partly our fault, but when they knocked on the door we insisted that we did not want room service. The lady was adamant about coming in and barged in when I was still in bed! On previous nights, we were also woken up several times by either the neighbours or the cleaning ladies, as the rooms were not very soundproof.
Overall, unless I really want the convenience of everything nearby and within walking distance, I probably won't come here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Knowing Hong Kong space is really expensive. The room is big enough to accommodate 8 persons with comfortable and clean bedding. The hotel's location is really good. Close to mtr, taxi and bus stop. Shopping is a must to this place super cheap at sham sui fu day Market.

Despite the fact that the Hotel wasn't sold out on the day of my check-in, the hotel doesn't allow any early check-in and had to wait till 1400hrs in the afternoon.
Simple and no frills hotel, only disposable towels for face and body are given, paper cups.
Location was great as it's in the vicinity of Causeway Bay and walking distance to a lot of nearby places.
Housekeeping was good I would say as it's done daily.

Interesting spot in a nice and busy district, and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff, moreover, is more than accommodating, and the beds are super comfortable. Very much do I recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️location = very near MTR, Bus, shop, supermarket, restaurant, atm, banking etc.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️cleanliness = very nice housekeeper with full service mind
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service = 24 hr of front desk in 1st floor (no water/ no hot water/ no toilet)
⭐️⭐️⭐️ amenities = everything is small & narrow (lift/ bed/ bathroom), no water, no refrigerator
one day I came back to the hotel at the same time with group of tour, so long waiting of getting lift. Too many people and also their luggages can get in the lift only 2-3 persons per lift🤣

The hotel was very good overall. Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. It’s suitable for solo travelers or families. However, the soundproofing could be better — noise from outside or nearby rooms can be heard at times.
The location is excellent, very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui area, with plenty of restaurants, shopping spots, and cafes nearby. It’s also conveniently accessible from the airport and within walking distance to many tourist attractions.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend staying here if you want a comfortable and convenient place to explore the city from.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. The view from our room was great. Room is small but was comfortable enough to stay in. Location is good for that side of the harbour and close to the train station which makes it easy to get around to anywhere else you need to go. There is a market a few streets back and easy access to shopping centre across the street and the boardwalk along the harbour and under the freeway. I would like to add more photos as they were great, but Trip.com makes it too hard. I'm not spending all my time trying to reduce the size of my photos so they can be uploaded here.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!
GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.
DDavidThe hotel is located at Tsingyi which is near Disneyland and airport. There are many tourists staying at this hotel who are taking the advantage of the proximity. I choose to stay here because it is near my customer. It is part of the condominium. Only two eateries, one supermarket and a few shops within the compound. I need to walk out to the estates or take a minibus to Tsingyi MTR for meals. Good thing is minibus arrives at the condo. Hence it is consider convenient.
The lock of my room is spoiled. They managed to repair it within the same day though it is Sunday.
MMewiiiAs a frequent traveler to Hong Kong, I’d say this hostel is my top favorite as of the moment and we’re already planning to book again for our next year travel back to HK. Location-wise, it’s the best. Walking distance to the harbour, nearby malls like Silvercord, K11 Art Mall, Mira Mall, and Harbour City, surrounded by restaurants and fast food chains, a grocery in front, and two MTR exits (A1 with lift and escalators going up and down, and A2 with escalator going up and stairs). It is also few blocks away from Bakehouse (😆). In terms of room size for 3 pax, it’s livable and pretty spacious as compared to our room on the 9th floor last year 🤭 from the same building. We have 5 luggages - 2 carry ons and three medium check-in luggages, and yet there’s still space for the mini table and chair and we still have space to move inside the room. I love their big glass windows which give us the best view of Nathan Road. They also offer water refilling dispenser which is a big saver because bottled waters in HK are pretty expensive! Stayed here for 6 nights and got new towels everyday after the room has been cleaned, and bottled water replenishes. Rooms are clean and looks the same as advertised in the pictures. Only cons I would say is that the shower area doesn’t have a door or divider so water splashes everywhere and floor gets flooded, but still tolerable. I would also like to suggest having a microwave for food reheating. 😁 aside from that, everything you need is here. In terms of room rates, price is okay and expected for HK standard; still cheaper than booking a hotel room from known hotels in this location which would also require security deposit. As for this hostel, no need for security deposit. Thanks to Trip.com and was able to get an early bird rate for this room. For security concerns, the building has security personnels when you enter, CCTVs are working in elevators and specific areas, hostel floor is secured with passcode which can only be opened with guest keycards. Room security doors are also up-to-date or modern. I love it!! Kudos also to Filipina housekeepers for being so approachable, helpful and kind to us during our stay. While the boss is very hands on in reaching out in WeChat for any concerns and also provided guide around the area and tourist attractions. SUPER RECOMMENDED!!! Loved and enjoyed our stay. We already miss the view. See you again next year! 🩷
Ddk94Hot water not working well, i had to take cold showers. I dont know is it about the button or not. No soap included, only toilet paper and tea in room which is acceptable. They asking you to pay for the shower gel and shampoo kind of stuff. Asked 500hkd deposit, beware. Overall is okay can consider to stay again.
CCarlMLess than 1 minute from the beach. There is a semi-private balcony. I wish checkout was later than 11am. Noisy when they are cleaning the rooms in the morning, around 9-10am.
This island is very relaxing. Bus to HK airport in about 30 minutes is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel and cost about USD8. Buses to subway take about the same time and cost around the same.
AAnonymous UserThe location is good for walking to Mongkok or Sham Shui Po. Around the hotel has some of small factory business cutting aluminium, which make some noise and smell when walk pass. The hotel may ask you to pay more for China tax. They said it is new rules if you booked before 2025, the tax increase, so they will ask to pay 3% more.

PPatnaponThe room quite small as we see the reviews, but I'm quite ok with it compared to the price and everything it quite worth because here's hk. The only thing I concern while staying there is the bathroom quite small, and the door is semi-transparent glass, which can feel a bit awkward if you're sharing the room. Thankfully, there’s a curtain separating the shower area, which helps maintain some privacy. If you look for the cheap one here's a good choice.
AAnonymous UserExcellent location, very convenient access to MTR station (Jordan B2 exit).
Walk across the street on Jordan just outside the Kowloon Union Church (less than 150m from hotel), there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport (Bus A22).
Very close to all food/restaurant/shopping, plenty of convenient stores and pharmacies around the corner
Friendly receptionist especially the ladies on morning/day shift. Nighttime staff rarely acknowledge when you enter/exit the lobby.
Staff able to help with directions/time for airport bus.
Bedroom amenities:
Hotel is boutique style, retro feel. Good and clean presentation in lobby and restaurant.
Bedroom is small rooms but expected because of limited space and property value in Hong Kong.
(Double bed, with 2 single beds pushed together).
Very small desk with minimal work space.
Faster dryer, small safe (did not use), no refrigerator, one kettle and 2 drinking glasses but no coffee/tea sachets.
Small sink immediately upon entry and across from bathroom.
Not enough wall hooks or hangers.
Cool AC, comfortable beds, warm blankets.
Indoor shoes provided.
Mentioned before booking so is already aware of this:
Limited amenities provided - shampoo/conditioner, body gel, hair dryer, 1 floor towel, 2 bath towels.
No basic toiletries, no hand soap.
No housekeeping unless requested (we never use this service when we travel since we are very clean and organized).
Breakfast for purchase but hotel does provide free coffee/tea with bread (jam & butter) on weekdays only.
Cleanliness:
Duvet cover had some red stain.
Round dark stain on the carpet about the size of a dime (not sure if it is ketchup or blood).
Also found very fine strands of hair around the toilet and one used contact lens stuck behind sink faucet.
Bottom of the shower door does not have edge trim so water can seep out and wet the outside floor.
Some mold around the shower caulking and around the sinks.
Good water pressure and hot water, shower handle mount is loose.
GGuest UserLocated on a quiet street near the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with many (overpriced/touristy) restaurants around it. About a 5 minute walk from the A-1 exit at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, but almost double walking distance for the East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The closest supermarket is a Park n Shop International in a basement on Peking Road.
The hotel is quite easy to find with signage and reception on the ground floor. Service is friendly with good English. Two keycards are usually provided per room. Luggage storage is comprehensive and every bag is logged.
The building itself is quite narrow - but there are only 3 rooms per floor, so the room sizes are quite decent for Hong Kong standards. Unfortunately it seems that this particular building has been dealing with moisture issues with some time. There was a heavy mould smell in the assigned room, the staff organised a room change the next day but were only able to give a choice between two other rooms with the same type of smell - one with the same amount of smell, and one with less smell but a smaller room. We swapped to the smaller room. To combat the moisture, every room has a dehumidifier included - remember to empty the water when you get there, and check every day, leaving it on when you leave the room.
Room was not dirty per se, but many areas could do with a deep clean - mould along the silicone on the sink, around the shower, heavy dust build up in the vents and air conditioner, and bubbling paint on the ceiling.
Bed was comfortable though a little smaller than a Queen size mattress. Mini fridge, kettle and microwave are included. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion are quite good. Bathroom water pressure was fine.
Overall a good stay, but maybe stay away if you are sensitive to smells. On my next trip I think I'll stay near Wan Chai or North Point (HK Island) instead, where everything is a lot cheaper and less touristy.
