We stayed here for just one night while passing through — and that’s honestly the only downside, because we really liked it and would have happily stayed longer. The staff are very polite and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care and pay attention to details. Everything is thoughtfully designed: comfortable, clean, and very pleasant. The property consists of several villas arranged around a pool. The pool itself is great — easy access and very convenient to use. The room doesn’t offer much in terms of cooking facilities, but everything else is perfectly arranged. The bed is very comfortable, with an excellent mattress. Breakfast is served buffet-style, and the staff carefully maintain cleanliness and order. It’s also a very quiet and peaceful place.

Everything was good except the location. Since the hotel is on a hill, the road to the top was very steep, and walking up was very difficult. Although we called and the hotel's jeep came from the main road down the hill to pick us up, the biggest challenge was getting down the hill for any need after going to the hotel. However, the advantage is that they have a free shuttle service. The jeep goes to Ao Nang Beach 5 times a day and picks us up 5 times. But if you don't match the time, walking up is the biggest challenge. The free shuttle is off after 10 pm. Overall, this hotel is best for relaxation. It is convenient if you can leave at the time of the free shuttle.

Modern amenities with good location, just only complain would be they do not provide Toothbrush. Other than that, it's a great hotel, breakfast a bit modest but good, felt like there's more of a local vibe here, staffs helpful but some of them do not speak English.

I originally only hoped for a room upgrade, but the resort went far beyond my expectations and made my celebration truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the surprises didn’t stop there. On my birthday, I was greeted with a beautiful birthday cake, a thoughtful message arranged on the bed, and genuinely heartfelt service throughout the day. I also booked dinner at GAIA, the resort’s own restaurant, and was treated to a free cocktail to celebrate. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent—it was the perfect birthday dinner. The resort itself is cozy and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you feel close to nature. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and the entire resort has a calm, welcoming vibe. Overall, I felt truly taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend Pakasai Resort to anyone visiting Ao Nang, especially if you're looking for a place that combines comfort, nature, and genuinely caring service. We arrived in the evening, tired, and were checked in quickly. They even offered us tea! In the morning, the breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone: soups (several kinds), curries, noodles, rice, pastries, fruits, vegetables, salads, cereals, sweets, donuts, and much more. The hotel itself is well-located, with cafes, shops, and massage places all within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach.

Beautiful hotel in Ao Nang located up in the mountains, surrounded by jungle. The rooms are spacious, wooden, and feel like a little retreat. There’s a shuttle that takes you up to your room, which is fun, but if you want to walk everywhere or walk to the beach easily, this place is probably not for you. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind you’ll hear nature sounds at night. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby though, which is convenient. The pool is beautiful, but they don’t sell alcohol there, so just know that in advance. Breakfast was okay, maybe 3/5, but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was really special.

stayed at BlueSotel Ao Nang last week and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The location is also very convenient, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, so it was easy to move around and enjoy Ao Nang. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I also really liked the hotel facilities and the relaxing environment. Overall, everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend BlueSotel Ao Nang to anyone visiting Krabi, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Really beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable, right by the pool. The atmosphere was amazing, perfect for couples and families. It's also super easy to walk to the pub, only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend!
