We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Overall the room is quite clean & comfortable.  Except the TV is not working - no signal on that day. The toilet is abit too narrow for medium size body to close the door, have to open the shower door & walk in before can close the toilet door. There is no simple cabinet or hangers on the wall beside the bed, except small hook behind toilet door & hanger on top of toilet bowl. Location wise is quite convenient. Easily to book grab & the whole long stretch have some F&B shops, as well as massage centres.

This was my second stay here. The last time, I had a room with a window and everything was great. However, this room was very humid. Every morning I woke up with my pillow and hair feeling damp, and even my cloth bags and makeup pouch on the desk felt a bit wet. Also, for a few days, I was woken up around 9:30 am every morning by the cleaning staff.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. We checked in quite late, around 11.30 PM, but the check-in process was smooth. Really appreciated that they gave us a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM. Deposit was RM100. Overall, very satisfied with the stay and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended! 👍

Had a wonderful recent vacation at Five’s Hotel Desaru! The stay was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a little getaway. The hotel has a nice, welcoming atmosphere, and the overall experience was enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Desaru and enjoy the surrounding attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. A great option for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Desaru. We definitely enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again! 🌴✨

My gf and me stayed here many times before. Our room is big and equipped with many amenities like hair dryer, kettle, tables and chairs, etc. The sliding shelf at the kettle cabinet proved to be quite useful, and the fridge is a tad bigger than most mini fridges in hotel rooms around the area. Although Wifi works well, the analog TV only plays local channels. Our window had a terrific view that features the ever-busy main road, which was interesting to watch. Perhaps the one grouse we had was the lack of a ventilation fan inside the toilet. Unlike most hotels, the room card doesn’t need to be inserted into the power slot so we had to manually off the switches in our room before leaving. Elevators can be used without scanning access cards too, which I find convenient but might be a concern for the security-conscious. The staff we interacted with are all polite and efficient in their work. Zai Rah, especially, was patient and professional even after we witnessed her being ranted at by a difficult customer. Happily, we can also walk to KSL Mall via a shortcut through the carpark in less than 15 min.

Perfect for families with kids! The pool area was the highlight – it has kid-friendly water features that kept my little one entertained for hours, they didn't want to leave! 😂 The main pool is also lovely, very spacious, and gives off a nice city resort vibe. The common areas are clean, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable, ideal for a relaxing weekend getaway. If you're bringing children, remember to pack extra clothes, because they will definitely get soaked! 😂

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Overall, very clean and comfortable staying here for 1night. Location also strategic, but if calling any delivery rmb to double check for the address coz the default will set at the opposite building. The picture same as the physical. Self check in also convenient 🙂

Comfortable and Convenient Stay Overall, I had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and comfortable, making it a relaxing place to stay. There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient for getting daily necessities and having meals. Overall, it is a hotel I would recommend, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
