3-Star Hotels in Johor, Malaysia

This is our 2nd stay at this place. The first time we took a bus to customs and walk over. This time we drove in and was a bit unsure if we can even park there. When arrival we park at the front and alert the front desk. Was advice to check in first before someone will guide us to park our car. Was pleasantly impressed that this nice boutique hotel has a car lift that can even park some cars. Upon check out we need to alert the front desk to activate their guard to meet us at the car park floor beforehand so that we can drive our car into the car lift. Overall it’s a very nice stay. Nice unblock view. The only setback is the walk from the hotel to the customs with luggage is not going to be convenient especially during rainy weather.

I’m quite disappointed with my stay. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the bathtub, but unfortunately, it could not be used as the stopper was not working. As a result, I wasn’t able to enjoy a proper bath at all. In addition, the front desk staff’s attitude was not very friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can take these issues seriously and make improvements for future guests.

Great stay! The room was quite normal. Clean but nothing aesthetics. Suitable for people who just wants to stay for the need. Not for staycation or for people who loves hotel aesthetics. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a lot of options but the vibe of the restaurant was cool when the sun shines in. Overall it was good, wouldn’t mind to stay again.

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue.

Our family of four had a wonderful one-night stay. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire room—including the bathroom, coffee station, and large wardrobe—was perfectly clean. We loved the complimentary coffee, bottled water, and the lovely scent of the bath soap. Staffs were kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent service 👍 Wifi connections were good. Definitely worth coming back to stay here again. Suggestion for improvement Additional mirror in the room,I couldn't watch the TV show as the cable had no connection.

This hotel is very old, water leaking from aircon duct, rain splashing in from the top window. Other than that, it’s still clean, and location is great, there’s food street beside, lots of eateries nearby And ksl is not far away as well The price is reasonable, if they are able to fix the broken window and aircon duct, that be perfect!

The check-in process was quick and smooth. Parking was convenient, although if you return late at night, you might have to park a bit further away. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the toiletries provided were complete. The location was also great, close to the places I wanted to visit. Just a bit disappointed that for drinking water need to buy instead of complimentary. I accidentally left my telekung, but the hotel was very kind to keep it safe and even post it back to me. Truly appreciated their excellent service! Will stay here again if i go to JB.

lovedddd the hotel stay there! super clean room and toilet. love it so much! and it's close to sssooooo many food and massage places! even near woodfire which is a must go if you love great burgers and brisket! would've given service 5 stars if the night receptionist wasn't so attitude. called cos the Aircon couldn't work, she already gave the bochap attitude with a SIGH. but I discovered later I didn't switch on the Aircon switch. so I called again to tell her to cancel. her response? ”K” and hung up. I even said sorry and thank you. seriously.

Overall, the stay was okay. We checked the room upon arrival and noticed some stains on the pillow and bedsheets. We informed the front desk, and they quickly arranged housekeeping to replace them (just to avoid any issues with the RM100 deposit). The room had a slight musty smell and felt a bit old. The toilet was clean, but the door couldn’t fully close as it was a bit faulty. For the price, it was still acceptable and we didn’t expect too much. Soundproofing wasn’t great, but luckily it wasn’t too noisy.

I stayed at this budget hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable for a budget stay. The self check-in kiosk was very convenient and easy to use. The location is very strategic, with restaurants, kedai mamak, 99 Speedmart, and other food stalls all within walking distance. It made everything very convenient, especially for meals and daily needs. Overall, it’s a good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.
