The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short trip to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next trip.

Thankfully, we picked this hotel! Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but the window view was also excellent. The in-room music was a delightful touch – I absolutely loved it. It turns out this is considered the top hotel in the area; I even heard the Prime Minister stays here, and I can totally believe it! Despite that, the room rate we paid wasn't excessive, making it fantastic value for money! 👍

Room & View The room offers a generous layout with a stylish seating area featuring a comfortable sofa, a modern armchair, and a sleek marble-top coffee table. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and provide panoramic views of the Sarawak River and the iconic State Legislative Assembly building – a view that’s equally stunning at sunrise and sunset. Ambience & Comfort The neutral tones paired with warm lighting create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The sofa and chair are plush and inviting, and the thoughtful placement of cushions adds a nice touch of homeliness. The layout also makes it easy to enjoy both the cityscape and the in-room entertainment from multiple angles. Bathroom The bathroom is spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, featuring a large vanity mirror with excellent lighting, perfect for getting ready. The walk-in glass shower feels upscale, with quality fixtures and good water pressure. The overall design – white subway tiles paired with darker flooring – strikes a nice balance between contemporary and classic hotel elegance. Overall Experience This Premium Deluxe King Riverview Room at Hilton Kuching combines refined comfort with exceptional views, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The thoughtful design, ample space, and attention to detail make for a stay that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only ”why”. I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

The hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21. By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement. The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.

Friendly staffs, good location, beach is clean & easily accessible. Parking in front of hotel is limited and have to booked ahead based on availability but not a problem as they have buggy service

What was quite off-putting was finding leftover fried noodles in the fridge, completely unsure how old they were or who left them. To top it off, there were ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was just so-so and not very appealing. I'd highly recommend taking a taxi into town for meals instead, as there are so many great food options there. There's no beach, but you can find hermit crabs along the coastline. Kids can still enjoy the pool, and getting a taxi is quite convenient.

A very clean hotel with great customer service at a very central location ... ~ 5-10 minutes walk to the Sarawak Museum, near to carpenter streets and also the river. Have a beautiful view looking over the Sarawak River and Astana / parliamentary house. It has a shopping mall connected it via level LG, G and level 4 where the cafe is located. Will definitely consider staying with Waterfront Hotel again in my next visit to Kuching.

My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve.

We enjoyed our stay. Although, I expected that you could go to the beach but you can't go and swim in it. The maintenance outside could do some improvement especially the pool and pool area needs a renovation. The chairs and lounges are not taken care of. The towels are just there and getting rained on. The rooms was nice even there was a small issue with the airconditioner but they addressed it immediately. We loved the food. Everything we ate there was delicious. Kudos to the chef and restaurant staff.
