I stayed at the Pullman Miri Waterfront in a Deluxe King Room with Sea View and found the room to be spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and overall, the room setup is ideal for both business and leisure stays. The hotel’s location is excellent close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants and waterfront views. However, cleanliness remains an issue that the hotel needs to address more seriously. This was my second stay, and unfortunately, once again I encountered stained bed linen. I's disappointing that such basic standards aren’t consistently maintained. For a hotel under the Pullman brand, consistency in cleanliness should be a given, not a recurring concern. Overall, it's a decent stay but the housekeeping standards need improvement, especially if the hotel aims to retain returning guests

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours. Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay. Keep up the great work, Pullman team—your dedication to improvement and guest satisfaction is truly commendable!

Booked the family room for 3 nights. The room is spacious and comfortable. We were on the executive floor and has access to the executive lounge for complimentary breakfast and hi tea. Location is good as it's walking distance to padungan and waterfront. lots of eateries nearby. Only a small flaw is the bathroom esp the toilet bowl can be cleaner as we found stains on the toilet bowl. Otherwise all good.

Had a short stay here over the long weekend. If you’re looking to unplugged this would be a good place to do so - the WiFi was not accessible in our room and the data was pretty weak. Apart from that, the not so good part was that the first day was full with power trips and the aircon was pretty warm. The second day was slightly better with the aircon working at full blast. The buffet was pretty good overall with an amazing selection. The service was a mix of very friendly staffs and staffs who did not even smile at all - especially this receptionist (name starts with O) who not only did not smile but even gave us with the most sarcastic answers when we asked her questions. She also did not send over a softcopy of invoice after checkout. Shout out to Anna (hope I got her name right!) who was so friendly and was always happily answering our questions - truly making our stay a better one.

Fantastic location. U can get to waterfront, old streets on foot. Loads of good food options. Friendly staffs from the moment u got out of your ride. The front desk, house keeping, everyone greets guests with a smile always.

Short stay at the family suite and king suite, arrived Sunday afternoon and left Monday afternoon, so limited activities. Rooms were clean and tidy, the king suite overlooked the bigger pool and the Coconut Bar. Family suit had convenient access to ”kiddie” pool and beach. Kids had fun at the kids' pool, also had a dip in the bigger pool as well as playing at the beach. Pool is good for a visit in the afternoon as dead bugs in the pool take some time for staff to clean throughout the morning. Did not get a chance to try the wellness centre as it was closed Monday.

Have been to Kuching couple of times but 1st time staying at this hotel, chose it due to proximity to the Waterfront. Stayed at the King size room with a view of the DUN building and waterfront, can watch light shows every night from the room at 6th floor. Room was very spacious. Hotel is old, the mirror door was cracked. My concern was that as the hotel is linked to a mall and the mall share the same lift with the hotel, it keeps the lifts busy and us hotel guests have to wait for the lift and some non guests were able to access the rooms level if they just stayed in the lift even though they intend to access the mall, which I witness many times. Weirdos from the mall can just come knocking at your hotel room since they can just follow you to your floor without having to tap hotel card in the lift! To me this is a security and privacy concern to the safety of hotel guests. By right, non guest should only be able to access the lift up to the lobby or use a separate lift that doesnt give access to the pool and rooms. Or the lift to the mall for hotel guest be kept separate. Breakfast spread was good though I find ex at RM30-40 for my 6 year old. She could eat breakfast for free in european hotels. Pool water is also cold as you don't get the sun in. Hotel staff are all very helpful.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay. Prior to check-in, I had sent a message via chat and also called directly to request a simple anniversary decoration in the room. I was assured that a basic swan towel deco could be arranged. However, when I arrived, there was nothing prepared at all. It was quite disheartening, especially since this stay was meant to be a special occasion. In addition, I noticed that there was no tissue box provided in the room, and the one in the bathroom had not been replenished. We had to make do with just toilet paper. The bidet pipe was also leaking, the floor was wet. I attempted to contact reception and housekeeping, but the in-room phone was not functioning at all, leaving us with no way to communicate our concerns during the stay. Made it seem like its there just for decoration. These may seem like small issues, but as a guest, it’s the little touches and attention to detail that make a hotel experience memorable. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, just the basic comforts and a gesture that was promised. Unfortunately, this time, the experience fell short. But the view was amazing though.

Loved everything about our stay! It might be quite a distance from the city if you don’t drive a car, but if you do, it’s only less than a 10-min drive. Service was definitely top-notch; from the main entrance to the front desk, including the staff at the Zest restaurant. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty especially the fresh fruit juices! Definitely recommended and will stay here again 😊

Love here so much! Although don’t have beach here but still can feel relax.. we are lucky management upgraded our room to us and decorated so nice🥰 the room is big! Breakfast is including in room packages. Sarawak Laksa is nice! We also try the dinner, price a bit higher but still can accept.
