Friendly staffs, good location, beach is clean & easily accessible. Parking in front of hotel is limited and have to booked ahead based on availability but not a problem as they have buggy service

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help us with a smile. They even waiting and welcoming us to the counter for registration though it’s a hot day. He also led us to our guest room. When we opened the room, the air conditioning was ready for us. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the greeneries and peaceful surrounding, the well-kept landscaping facilities and delicious food served at the restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully arranged especially my birthday cake, to make the guests feel welcome and relaxed. The swimming pool is built above the sea with a good and fantastic view across the sea horizon especially beautiful sun rise view. Besides, it’s safe for beginner like me. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family, and look forward to coming back again. Congrats.

My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve.

The room was comfortable and all the necessary amenities are provided. There was also a nice pool on the top floor that offered a nice view far away. The location of the hotel was pretty good as it was near a couple of local coffeeshop that serves nice delicious local breakfast kolo mee. A short grab ride around 4-6rm away was chinatown that we explored. This was a short trip to attend a friend’s wedding dinner. Hence the exploration was short n simple. We shall stay here again if we come back to kuching for our next trip.

Front desk staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Nice and spacious bathroom with plenty of clean towels and amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was nice and varied. The curries available were all delicious and the roti jalal was a huge hit! Must try!

The hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21. By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement. The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.

I was a little scared at first because of some of the reviews. Although this hotel is quite old, it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It even had an air purifier. The staff was also very nice and the service was excellent.thank you.

I booked pool view room. And they said this was it. I’m a tired mom looking forward to relaxing gate away with my son. And, i also requested for nearby room, but ended no lift, walking and another staircase. My other times was walking distance too, with an elderly with me they give 1st floor as well. Haiya

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Miri city, right in front of the Seahorse Waterfront. My room, which was upgraded as my original booking was full, faced the river and offered a stunning view, especially during sunrise and sunset—a gesture I truly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly with the added benefit of 24-hour gym access. The gym facilities and equipment were impressive compared to those in other hotels I’ve experienced. I will definitely return, not only for the excellent amenities and facilities but also for the outstanding service provided by the staff in taking care of their guests.

Very good counter service . Our original booking was city view , we requested and the lady is happily upgraded us to River view, it was such a wonderful experience. Breakfast is good. Sadly it’s was a holiday in Malaysia when we were there, so restaurant is packed with people. Today I managed to use their gym., it was excellent, gym is well equipped with all the necessary equipments. Will definitely come back again next time .
