It was really a good choice to choose this hotel. The service attitude of the staff is super good. Every time I see them, they are full of smiles and are warm and friendly. When checking in, there is a one-to-one service from the housekeeping department, which is very enthusiastic. During the stay, if there are any problems, they can solve them quickly and patiently, making people feel particularly at ease. The hotel is nice, they have a high cost performance ratio, convenient transportation, parking lot, and guide signs. The service of the lady was very good when checking in. Because it was raining, she brought a cup of brown sugar ginger tea to remove moisture, and sent Tremella porridge in the evening. I will come back in the future.

GGuest UserOverall very satisfied and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, the non-smoking floor on the 7th floor was full, but smoke-free treatment was also provided. Congee is delivered at night. The room is quite big and the whole is clean and tidy. The check-out room card was not found. It may be that the room was dropped. In order to catch the car, it was too late to find it, and the deposit was returned as it was. Seeing that I was not uncomfortable in my throat, I handed over the water before leaving. Praise, recommended.

OOlga1. Insanely slow check-in - at least 25 minutes at the reception (and this is with bonuses from trip.com - fast). 2. It is stated that they speak English at the reception - they lie, do not speak, laugh. 3. Non-smoking floor. In the morning I woke up from the smell of cigarettes. Although yes, on the doors of this floor it is written no smoking. But no measures are taken (they could write a fine for smoking, maybe it would help). The smell of smoke greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. 4. The hotel is modern. Clean rooms. Clean linen. It is very pleasant to walk around the hotel, everything sparkles with cleanliness. There is a gym, inside there is water, towels, exercise machines, dumbbells - everything is thought out. There is a laundry - 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with powder. And everything is gorgeous here. Everything is cleaned, not a speck of dust. The room itself - you will admire it, very pleasant. The hotel is gorgeous, with big BUTs. Delight in the hotel itself and minuses of the administration, the people who are the face of the hotel. Make a fine for smoking on some floors and non-smokers will feel comfortable. Open door of the room, people sitting and a stinking corridor. Photos of the rooms are honest, nothing to add.

The room is very clean and warmly decorated, making people feel comfortable and at ease. The transportation is very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk to the commercial street, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. There are many delicious foods nearby. It is a great experience to just go shopping nearby. GGuest UserIf I could, I would five more than a 5 stars! The hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and kind, the room was quiet, silent and the bed was very confortable! The breakfast were amazing with asian and ocidental options! But more than that, the hostess and owner Lewis was very helpful with us. He pick us up from the airport, he gave us some city tips, he helped us with the translation and some services we needed to do! Very helpful, friendly and kind! We appreciate all the things he and his staff did for us! I strongly recommend it!

The rooms are all wooden, we live on the first floor, the people upstairs walk very loud, people who sleep poorly may be a little painful unless you live upstairs. The pool is the main leisure place, two adults can enter each room for free, and each adult can bring a child under 130. Free bath towels are provided in the pool, and a swimming ring can be rented for 10 yuan. The scenery on the mountain is very good. You can rest very early here, because after 9:30, all the lights are dark, there are insects and frogs everywhere, and it is very comfortable to go swimming at 10 o'clock in the morning when the sun is getting big. It is not cold and there are few people. It is worth staying for one night.
