GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.
PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.
JJoanaVAppreciate the cleanliness and newness of the hotel. Especially the TV has youtube and can share screen so satisfying.
The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.
LLinglinglooohThe room was incredibly spacious and offered great value for money. There's a free shuttle to Grand Lisboa Palace nearby, which is a nice bonus. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. The bathroom was very comfortable, with enough space for two people to get ready simultaneously. It's a really large room type.
GGuest UserThis hotel still has room for improvement. After my game, I texted him saying he didn't need to reply, but he did anyway, which made me so happy, dear! 😘 What's unreasonable about that? What's wrong with you? I just said I wouldn't contact anyone else, so what more do you want? No! 🙅♀️ There's also...
YYingyuanxiaoquHoliday Inn Macau is super convenient to get to. The hotel itself is great – very clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are incredibly helpful; I forgot my phone charger, and they immediately sent someone up with one. Breakfast was good too, and it's excellent value for money. When I checked out, the doorman even helped me call a taxi. Five stars!
XXiaozhuPiggieFacilities: It's an older hotel, and while some of the furnishings are a bit dated, everything is very well-maintained.
Cleanliness: Very good.
Location: Excellent! It's very close to Senado Square and Grand Lisboa, making it convenient to get anywhere.
Service: Excellent! The front desk even offered a complimentary executive lounge pass for our child.
AAnonymous UserThe environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. Especially at night, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves 🌊. The trees 🌲 are very tall, blocking the sea view.
Service: The restaurant hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, with breakfast ending at 10:00. As you can see, the hotel restaurant has high ratings, starting with breakfast. The decor, as shown in the picture, is quite interesting.
Cleanliness: When it rains 🌧, water leaks into the room. Many fixtures are old, especially the very old aluminum alloy door and window partitions. The air conditioning works great, but it's actually very energy-intensive. There are some cleanliness issues to note, with mold spots all over the room.
Plenty of information can be found online.
Facilities: The room is small and irregularly shaped, but it has a balcony facing the sea.
GGuest UserI was in Macau for a quick one-day business trip and needed to take the Cotai Water Jet to Hong Kong. I saw they offered a free shuttle service, so I decided to stay here. Turns out, the shuttle schedule was way off from my ferry time, so I ended up taking a taxi anyway, haha! But it wasn't too expensive, so it was fine.
Facilities: You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained. I asked for a room near the elevator, and to my surprise, it was right by the entrance. Very convenient! Luckily, the soundproofing was good, or it would've been noisy.
Environment: The hotel is located right on a street corner. The immediate surroundings are nothing special, but it's very convenient for walking, taking the bus, or getting a taxi. There are also some good cha chaan tengs nearby.
Service: Pretty good. Check-in requires a deposit, and they accept electronic payments, but I also had cash. They made sure to remind me to keep my receipt.
GGuest UserThis is *the* hotel to choose when visiting Macau, no question! A bit pricey, but absolutely flawless otherwise! I've stayed here for three consecutive years now, and it's consistently excellent! The service attitude is fantastic, the hygiene is top-notch, and the decor is beautiful and elegant. It's super conveniently located right near Senado Square!
You get complimentary mini-bar access (once per stay), including snacks, red wine, and drinks. You can even try your hand at pour-over coffee, which is a really cool experience!
We booked a twin room, and the window offered a view of the famous Ruins of St. Paul's, which was absolutely brilliant! They also noted that it was a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even sent a small cake! I was so delighted!
