Guest UserMy stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

kevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell – it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Guest UserI booked this hotel last minute and was honestly blown away by the value. Even at a reasonable price, the room and bathroom are incredibly spacious, clean, and stylish. The bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, stocked with all the necessary amenities.
We were celebrating a birthday and asked about decorations during check-in. Although they don't offer that service, they surprised us by sending a complimentary cake to the room free of charge. Such a thoughtful gesture! The location is also a major plus, situated just a few minutes' walk from the Grand Lisboa hotel, and you can also catch shuttle buses. I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent stay!

Guest UserFirst time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby on the ground floor. The only downside was the poor pricing on Trip.com. I had to cancel my reservation due to a change in plans, and Trip.com immediately charged me a 100 cancellation fee! When I asked the hotel front desk, they said I could check in or cancel without any issues. Soon after, I received calls from two customer service agents. The female agent was helpful and offered solutions, but the male agent was rude, saying, 'This is a fee charged by the agent; I'm helping you negotiate, understand?' It's ridiculous that a big platform like Trip.com has to defer to these 'agents'! No wonder people around me say Trip.com is going downhill and struggling. I will never use this terrible platform again.

PacolongshaoMy parents brought their grandchildren to Macau Peninsula, and they wanted a hotel that offered shopping, dining, and easy access to UNESCO World Heritage sites. Grand Emperor Hotel Macau was undoubtedly a highly cost-effective choice. The hotel is situated in the heart of Avenida Comercial, boasting a grand and striking European palace-style exterior, with its crown emblem being instantly recognizable.
The hotel's location is its biggest asset. It's right next to New Yaohan Department Store, making shopping and buying souvenirs incredibly convenient. Within about a ten-minute walk, you can reach the shopping landmark of Senado Square (Sena Square). Grand Lisboa and Wynn Macau are also just a stone's throw away.
Objectively, the hotel has been open for a while, so some facilities show signs of age, and the decor is quite traditional. During peak times, the breakfast area can get crowded. However, these minor drawbacks don't overshadow its advantages. Its irreplaceable central location on the peninsula perfectly balances comfortable accommodation with excellent travel convenience.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.

Guest UserThe location is super convenient for transportation and daily needs. There's a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to and from the airport and anywhere else. Downstairs, there are plenty of supermarkets and dining options. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The lobby is bright and spacious, but the rooms are dim and poorly soundproofed. I could clearly hear the girls next door chatting and screaming in the middle of the night. The air conditioning is noisy, and it automatically kicks on every so often, which isn't ideal for light sleepers.

The pillows, though advertised as coming in both hard and soft options (as shown in the picture), were too high. My 6-year-old completely abandoned their pillow in the middle of the night and just slept without one. When I asked, I was told there were no lower options available. The toothbrushes had a very unique texture. We were supposed to get a free cocktail for following their public account, but because of a typhoon, the rooftop bar was closed, so we didn't get it. The staff member said it was a complimentary offer, so if it wasn't available, it just wasn't available – they seemed quite inflexible when issues arose. Also, the twin beds were only 1 meter wide, which is really too small. That night was a Saturday, so for various reasons, the price of 1700 RMB was quite expensive.
