The room was nice, not big, but had all the necessary facilities. Housekeeping was also very good. The L'Occitane miniatures were a nice touch. The hotel front desk service process was quite long, and I had to wait a while. The luggage staff were also just chatting together. Also, don't bother with breakfast; it's not worth it. The selection is limited, and the management isn't great; it's quite chaotic. The coffee shops connected to the hotel's mall are good. Bloom, Cotiz, and Momokawa all have their own unique charm, worth visiting one by one. There's also a Cotiz-partnered Yee Shun Dairy Company Double-Skin Milk in the middle that's delicious. Remember to use the discount vouchers provided by the hotel. The hotel also provided Wynn Palace cable car tickets, which was very good and practical. Transportation is just okay. Taxis are scarce, but there's a taxi stand right outside where you can directly get a cab, and Macau drivers are generally quite friendly. There's a bus stop downstairs, and you can take the MT4 to many places. For the return trip, you have to walk about 5 minutes to the bus stop across the street. If I come to Macau again for a game or concert, I probably wouldn't choose this hotel. I'd consider a place more in the city center with more taxi options.

It's an established star-rated hotel; the grand and luxurious lobby clearly shows its former glory. The price was acceptable for the summer holiday period. Room facilities and amenities were well-maintained, the bedding was clean and tidy, and the service was good. The breakfast area was also pleasant, with a sufficient variety of Chinese and Western options, and the food was decent. Staff frequently patrolled, promptly refilling items when they ran low. Staying for two nights, it was a satisfying holiday experience.

Exceeded my expectations! I came to Macau for the WTT Champions Series table tennis tournament, and Grand Lisboa Palace was the closest hotel to the East Asian Games Dome. The room was huge and new, and the whole building smelled wonderfully of L'Occitane. The bed was super comfortable, the shower space was generous, and the dual shower heads were a nice touch. I didn't have high hopes for breakfast, but the Chinese restaurant was excellent and I ate very well every day. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but it actually showed how dedicated and responsible the staff were. I blame the platform for not allowing me to edit the guest details and for not providing the correct hotel account information. I would definitely consider staying at Grand Lisboa Palace again on future trips to Macau!

One of the highlights of my stay was having the pool almost entirely to myself, which made the experience feel especially private and relaxing. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would happily consider returning in the future.

## Environment The overall environment is quite beautiful. Nearby shopping malls, restaurants, Mannings, and SaSa are all relatively close. However, transportation isn't very convenient; it's a bit of a walk to the bus stop or long-distance bus station. ## Service The service was good, and luggage storage was convenient and quick. ## Hygiene It was so-so. I initially thought it would be quite good. The neatly folded towels made me think they were all clean and replaced, but when I opened one, I found a bunch of body hair left by who-knows-which guest. That's really off-putting. Can't they even manage basic hygiene at this price point? ## Facilities They're alright. The distinction between smoking and non-smoking floors is well done, ensuring no disturbance. However, typical hotel facilities like a gym and swimming pool are absent. Breakfast wasn't included for a triple occupancy, and the dining options within the hotel are very limited.

The location is far from the city center, and it's very quiet around. Downstairs is Cheoc Van Beach, where many locals swim. The swimming area is quite large and not too crowded. Overall, it's pretty clean, but just too quiet. The hallway was particularly creepy, and the blue and white decor made me feel helpless. There's no elevator, so getting up and down is inconvenient; definitely don't bring elderly people to stay here. It's fine with kids, but they should ideally be able to walk on their own. It's good for a relaxing vacation, but I wouldn't recommend it for a first-time tourist as getting around is quite troublesome.

Today I stayed at the Grandview Hotel in Macau. The room was very spacious and clean, and the transportation was very convenient. There are also many dining options nearby, and the staff were very friendly ❤️. The environment was also good.

This is my third stay here, and each time I've stayed for two nights. The service staff and bellhops are consistently excellent. Hotels on the mainland really have a lot to learn from Macau in every aspect. The mini-fridge in the room is fully stocked with drinks, snacks, red wine 🍷, and coffee beans – all complimentary. (Though the manual coffee grinder needs replacing; it can't grind the beans into powder). When we checked out, we had a lot of luggage, and the manager even helped us call a taxi 🚕.
