Great
AAlex john KinnearReally good location, I liked how the hostel is made out of big wood logs, they had a washing machine and dryer to clean our clothes. The breakfast is pretty basic for a hostel, but i was happy with a banana, boiled egg and cereal. Overall enjoyed our stay and the staff were very polite and helpful with any questions about booking a taxi or giving us restaurant recommendations.
GGuest UserWe were looking for accommodations close to the city center and the bus station. This hostel was well-located and had everything an active traveler needed. The common area had a unique interior. Although breakfast wasn't included, the basics were available (bread, yogurt, hot water, snacks, and cocoa), and we had cooking facilities (an oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and dishes were available). The hostel owner, Danny, and his assistants greeted us warmly and assisted us with everything we needed.
AAnonymous UserLoved the peace and privacy of couples’ room. Place has heated floors and super warm showers. Breakfast was plentiful, amenities awesome! Kitchen has lots of basic cutlery and plates but really needs some more cooking utensils and pots and pans, but the actual kitchen layout is great, with 3 gas stoves and ovens. Good labelling system for food. Restaurant and bar onsite… terrific options. Evening entertainment while we were there… ace!
GGuest UserThe hostel is conveniently located very close to the trailhead, and the dorm room was clean and quiet. The music in the living/dining area played all day. It would be nicer if the volume could be lowered or the music turned off earlier in the morning. It was also unfortunate that someone stole my water bottle, which I had prepared and filled with electrolyte for my hike the next day.
GGuest UserIt was a very cozy hostel near the bus terminal! The staff are also bright and kind and help us with color 々. Those at the reception can speak almost English.
The breakfast was delicious.
No problem with the water pressure in the shower!
It was good to meet a Japanese traveler on the way and exchange information.
It's a bit far to get to town, but it was like a walk and it was fun again.
It is a recommended guest house when you come to El Carafate.
GGuest UserI stayed here to visit Moreno Glacier. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's not too far and within walking distance. It's also within walking distance from the terminal. The view is amazing, it's clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I'd definitely stay again.
GgreenlipsIt is a little up the slope from the main street. After checking out, he let me stay in the facility until the pick-up bus came. I was grateful because it was in the rain.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a kitchen to eat, and there is a large supermarket nearby to buy ingredients, so we bought noodles, vegetables, and prepared dinner in the hotel.
