The room was very clean and the hotel service was very good. Because I brought two children, the hotel upgraded the room. Thank you very much. The location is very good, close to Qingdao Polar Ocean World. You can see the sea from the room. It was a very pleasant stay.

Weird location, it was very close to the High Speed Train station JiNan Xi, but the entrance is very hard to get to and the taxi will mostly missed it. The room is nice and clean, good simple breakfast. not thing fancy, very good stay for a nice business trip.

During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

I just love this hotel! It's quite new and clean and it has a good feel to it. Moreover, I stayed in a Korean style apartment on the 7th floor and it was equiped with a washing machine, microwave oven, little stove and a small refrigerator. I also had a dining table and study desk in my room. I'm of the opinion that I got real value for money. What I also enjoyed was the big night market nearby, I went there every night during my stay and I really enjoyed the delicious snacks and food.

I've stayed in so many hotels that I never rate them, but I really want to rate this Luyuan Jinshangyi International Hotel. Their rooms are very clean and dry, unlike others who say the beach is very damp, especially their service. The staff were all smiling, helping me with my luggage and leading the way. What warmed my heart the most was that when I scratched my foot while playing with shells at the beach, they disinfected me and gave me medicine. It was really wonderful. I am moved and sincerely praise them. Luyuan Hotel is a worthwhile trip! praise! praise! praise!

Arrived into qingdao at midnight and easily found the hotel by following the yellow signs that either said “hotel” or “VIP” (check the photos for the path of this hotel). The room i booked is small but it is perfect for an over night stay for couples or solo travelers. My room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. It also had all the bathroom necessities. There’s tea and coffee and free bottled water. Checking in was hassle free and smooth, all done within 5 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
