This hotel has several issues that affected my stay.
First, the lighting design is poor—there’s a harsh spotlight in front of the TV that is uncomfortable, yet turning it off makes the room too dark, leaving no good lighting options.
Second, the air quality is concerning. The room has visible dust floating in the air, especially under the lights, and there’s no ventilation since the windows can’t be opened. This made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially for those sensitive to air quality.
Noise pollution is another major problem. The poor soundproofing allows outside noise and hallway sounds to be clearly heard, disturbing sleep. Additionally, the duvet is unusually heavy, which may not be comfortable for all guests.
After just one night, my friend developed allergy symptoms and caught a cold, while I experienced headaches, throat discomfort, nasal congestion, and dry eyes—possibly due to the dust and poor air circulation. While the hotel looks good in photos, the actual experience was disappointing. I hope they improve air quality, cleanliness, and noise control to provide a more comfortable stay.
Located close to the train station, but not towards the centre. It's not too far though.
2 major problems here:
- air conditioning didn't work. Luckily it wasn't too hot during my stay and you can open the window.
- shower didn't work properly: the water was constantly switching from hot to cold all by itself, so taking a shower was quite a frustrating experience.
Other than that I didn't have any issues. However, will not stay here again for the above mentioned reasons.

The first night we arrived in Croatia, our first stay was smooth and pleasant, but when we went back to stay again a month later, our stay was cancelled. The excuse was that the system was wrong, but it was probably because the hotel was not authentic and oversold. When problems occurred, Ctrip was still very helpful. Responded to the problem in a timely manner and handled it proactively. The female customer service who contacted us was sincere, patient, professional and efficient 👍. The handling result was still satisfactory. In the future, I will be more confident to use Ctrip as the main platform for domestic and foreign travel.

The hotel is particularly exquisite. No matter the facilities, services, dining, etc., it is very attentive and the details are very good! The decoration style of the room is very consistent with my aesthetic. I will recommend it to more friends! The hotel is located in Buda, Budapest. It is very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, and the Elizabeth Bridge. Next door is a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a park downstairs, and it is especially comfortable to walk in the morning and evening! Stayed for many days in a row!
Everything is nice except the fact that this is the first hotel that I've been to that the housekeeping came by so early. They will leave a note by the door saying that you are supposed to contact the receptionist to ask for them to clean (everyday if you miss them). Which is what I did, but then one day they still didn't come by and clean (not sure why). I think the system could have been better by maybe having two side of door note so the housekeeping will also know if you want your room to be cleaned or not.
The rest I can't really complain, breakfast spread is good. Location wise is a bit off but walkable to tram stops, again depending on where you are heading to.
Like motel, some insects inside the room and need to borrow insecticide to spray the room. Breakfast is good. Environment is ok as it is a residential area and you won’t hear the airplane’s noise. The restaurant in the hotel is also a good choice to eat dinner. Helpful staff . No lift for second and third floor.

Very Good
不不摂生な旅人It was a very beautiful and great hotel. It's a little off the center of Zagreb, but on the contrary, it's nice to be quiet and calm. The room was small but functional. There was also a free mini bar and water, which was enough as a service. Next time I come to Zagreb, I would like to stay again.

柳柳純一From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station.
This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
Wi-Fi is strong and stress-free.
There is air conditioning so you can deal with the heat of summer or off-season.
The facilities are brand new so you can spend very cozy.

LLegend SunThe hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to the surrounding tourist attractions. There is free parking. Although the hotel has been renovated for a long time, the decoration is very well maintained. The hotel breakfast is also good.
