Guest UserIt’s a really convenient location that’s within a 5 min walk to the subway station entrance and next door they have a luckin coffee in the Maoye building. The suite room was very big and had a good view of the city and Qing nian street. The room was tidy and they provided soft slippers and robes. Service was great and they would bring our takeout orders to the door. Their fridge was stocked with their own tea bottles, Coke, and 2 bottles of water. They also had their own 2 bags of drip coffee and loose leaf teas. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and we’d recommend Atour hotel.

Atour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, offering meticulous and polite service. The room was spotless, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I can say it was incredibly comfortable. I'd heard about Atour's comfy bedding for a while, and finally got to try it out this time 👀. The mattress and pillows are really good. There are two types of pillows, and I prefer the flatter one. I even saw them for sale in the lobby for several hundred yuan each – when I move, I definitely need to get one for home 😂. There's plenty of space for one person, and the shower and toilet are separate and clean. The curtains are also very blackout. Staying at Atour after traveling through Mongolia was truly a comfortable experience!

I visited Shenyang during the May Day holiday and stayed at Atour Hotel, and I was genuinely touched by their hospitality. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively offered me a warm tea, which was instantly comforting. Because there was road construction near the hotel, and they were concerned it might disturb my rest, they even provided earplugs and an eye mask – their attention to detail was exceptional. She also enthusiastically recommended local Shenyang attractions and delicious nearby eateries, explaining the routes and specialties clearly, saving me a lot of hassle in planning my trip.
The entire stay was incredibly comfortable; you could really feel their genuine care, unlike a run-of-the-mill service. This stay was definitely worth it, and I'll definitely choose Atour again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Guest UserI previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience.
It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang.
Just a few minor suggestions:
The navigation location isn't very accurate.
The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable.
The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best.
I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

Kaixin_ya[Thoughtful Service] 24-hour butler service: A special thanks to the laundry lady. I left a note asking for my clothes to be tumble-dried, and when I went to pick them up, she had already folded them all for me – so kind! She always greets me with a smile, and even helped bring extra blankets in the evening. So heartwarming!☺️

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The delivery robot service was great; it took only five minutes to get food from the delivery person to my room. The soundproofing in the room was good, and it was very thoughtful that I could check in as early as 6 AM since there were available rooms. However, there were a few minor downsides regarding the facilities: 1. There was only a showerhead, no handheld shower sprayer. 2. The room was extremely dry, and the wooden furniture generated a lot of static electricity – it even zapped my keyboard light out! It only improved after I asked the front desk for a humidifier. 3. When the lights were first turned on, they would flicker for about ten minutes before stabilizing.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient. It's within walking distance to the subway, and Zhongjie is right downstairs. You can even see the Forbidden City from afar, which is a nice bonus. The front desk service was also great – I didn't catch their name, but their attitude was excellent!
