Really enjoyed this stay! View was beautiful and matched the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Service was friendly and helpful. They can help you book a morning bus to and from Xianggong Mountain to see the sunrise. Would book again!

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

For location, you can give a 3 stars but you can give it 10stars. Because tour is about experience and this hotel provides the experience for taking a small noisy ferry across to the opposite side which is a tremendous experience of us and the kids. The ride is only 5minutes and you can check from the hotel room (window) to see if the boat has arrived. The swimming pool onlooking the mountain is breathtaking and this hotel definitely has the wow factor. Hotel looks new and trendy. Flashing sound from the toilet and some noise coming from the other rooms can be heard. I suggest hotel staff should explain to stayer to keep their volume down during check-in. I think it is quite understandable and customer should accept that since Yangshuo is considered a scenic area in the rural area. Enjoyable stay!

Really cute and nice hotel! You get a free coffee voucher for their cafe next door and the outdoor area is nice to grab a coffee and look at the river. The coffee prices are good. The rooms looks like the pictures. Groceries and restaurants in all price ranges are close to the hotel and the food is great. Tell them to point out the famous beef noodle place 5 minutes away it is the best! For breakfast or lunch 😊

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by a young lady who spoke good English. Check in process wA quick and smooth. We had a room with a loft that held another bed. It was clean, comfortable. The view of the lake & hills was excellent! Loved that we had a balcony, which was actually a raised platform  where we could enjoy tea while admiring the beauty of the area.

The hotel was new, so it was clean. The location was excellent as it was next to the shopping street where there were street stalls at night, and hipster cafes in the day to visit. In the middle of the city. Only thing was, there were steps to get into the hotel so a big luggage might be cumbersome and no real drop off for taxing coaches and taxis. The fixtures are falling apart though, even though the hotel is new, so I am not sure how it will be by 2026:) Other than that, after staying in several hotels in China, I think it’s best to stay in a new or newly renovated hotel.

Restaurant food was reasonably priced compared to outside venue. Love it even more that the hotel advocate sustainability by reducing single use plastics! Easy to commute from hotel to tourists spot via DiDi. Communication with resort can be easily done via WeChat if needed. All credit to the front desk ladies for their patience, good-nature and friendly reminders! During one of our evening excursion to watch the acclaimed Liu San Jie show, one of the ladies voluntarily gave us blankets to take along, highlighting that we will need it. And true enough, while other audiences either suffer the cold or had to rent additional clothing from street vendors outside the venue, we felt blessed wrapped up in a blanket. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Will choose this venue again when I next visit Yangshuo.

Stayed in Zen VIP room on the 6th floor. It was exactly how it was described and we loved it! None of the receptionists speaks English but one of them in particular is extremely kind and helpful. Use your translation app to converse and communicate unless one of your people speaks Chinese. We are American/Japanese mixed family and our daughter assisted us as a translator (she takes Chinese at school). For Guilin and Yangshuo, it’s not easy without Chinese. I highly recommend staying at a hotel with English speaking receptionists unless you or someone in your group speaks Chinese to maximize the stay (or hire a guide). The breakfast is only 15 RMB and it’s super simple Chinese food. If you want western style, you must stay at a different hotel. They have rental bikes but they run out fast Overall, this hotel was amazing for us. The room, location, kind receptionist and room cleaning lady. The pictures are taken from our room. Highly recommend this for the right people. .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guilin! The location is perfect – central enough to reach everything easily, yet in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The hotel itself is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are amazing as advertised. Room is huge and totally no hint of second hand smoke. Our family enjoy gathering on the roof top, enjoying the breeze and the views. My son love the play area on the ground floor. The owner is friendly and they purposely served us with a local tea beverage to welcome us from abroad. Overall a good holiday experience. Tips: Their price for attraction are one of the lowest I I've seen

Pros: - good location in the heart of the xinping tourist street amidst preserved shophouses etc. - quiet and peaceful, well managed by the team - nice amenities and toiletries provided - room is clean tidy and well designed - water pressure of shower was amazing - cute dog and cats on site. Friendly and don’t make a commotion. - lady boss is helpful and ready with advice etc Cons: - view wasn’t greater & not like the pictures online.There was a giant white rectangle block of hotel(?) in the middle of our window view. - wifi is non-existent at our top floor room - breakfast was western style with congee. While not bad tasting, was average and frankly disappointing. Chinese breakfast would have been nice.

I’m always on the lookout for places that offer a memorable experience with great ambiance, ideal location, and beautiful views. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect: close enough to downtown to access everything easily, but just far enough from the busiest, tourist-packed streets, making it a quiet retreat. Upon arriving in my room, I was already impressed by the setup and view. Out of curiosity, I asked if they had a room with an even better view, and to my surprise, they upgraded me for free! I offered to pay the difference because the rates are already very affordable, but they graciously insisted on keeping the same price. The staff here go above and beyond. Not only did they provide detailed information, but they also directly booked tours for me. Every tour they recommended was fantastic and reasonably priced, making it hassle-free to explore the area. Additionally, they offer bicycles and electric motorcycles for just 30 yuan for the entire day, which is a huge bonus for anyone wanting to explore on their own schedule. Full disclosure, they did request a 5-star review, but I genuinely feel they earned it by going the extra mile in every aspect. The only minor note is that although some reviews mentioned breakfast being included, it wasn’t available during my stay. However, with the location and easy access to nearby cafes via the electric motorcycles, finding breakfast options was incredibly convenient. In short, I have only great things to say about this hotel. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and memorable stay!

I came to Yangshuo with my parents and children. This hotel made our first visit feel like a spring breeze. The service was considerate and enthusiastic. My mother had a bad leg and was in a wheelchair. The reception staff was very warm and helpful. They responded to all requests. The room environment was particularly good. The hotel has a great location. It was like living in an oil painting for the past two days. I was lucky to experience two room types, both of which were great. The elderly and children didn't want to leave. I will book again and again~

There’s no doubt that this hotel offers wonderful facilities(free gym, free laundry)and is modernly equipped. I did note that the area could be noisy, so I requested a quiet room in advance. The hotel reception was kind enough to accommodate my request, and during my stay, I wasn’t disturbed by any noise. There were some hiccups I encountered during my stay, and my inquiries wasn’t handled as well as expected. However, it is impressive that the receptionists made efforts to resolve the situation once she understood what had happened and offered helpful assistance. Nonetheless, this is a highly cost-effective hotel, and it’s located in a fantastic area with plenty of shopping spots nearby, as well as close to several attractions. I believe that after the incident, the service will improve. Overall, the hotel was excellent, and the minor issues didn't overshadow the positive experience. I would choose to stay Borrman again if I have the opportunity to visit Nanning.

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

Great location for metro, train and airport bus! Easy access to food. After the last few days on hard Chinese bed, I enjoy the clean, appropriately soft bed!

Staff were pretty patient, hotel room was huge and clean. Had some hiccups with the TV but staff were very efficient in helping us on it. Location is at the chaoyang street with lots of food and activities below, it is however not noisy despite being so centrally located. Will definitely stay here again. Only downside is that there isnt a fridge in the hotel.

Location was good for high speed train and easy access for travelling just underground of east station. Just the room very noise (train pass thru cos underground) and smelly due humidity water smell very strong, in room provide purifier need on asap to keep airflow. For transit still acceptable cos really convenient to catch train

Convenient and accessible locations to the metro, shopping district and Chaoyang Square, a very lively area to stay at. The hotel is super clean and tidy, can't find any fault with the cleanliness and service of the hotel. The staff were also friendly in extending their help in every possible way. As an example, they immediately gave me a bottle of medication for external application when I told them that I had sprained my ankle. Kudos to the front desk staff! The cleaners also did an excellent job in ensuring ultimate cleanliness. Super impressed with the complimentary self service laundry facility at the hotel. If I need to comment on one improvement for the hotel would be the breakfast. While it's great for the hotel to offer complimentary breakfast for the guests, I find that the spread was too basic and the few items I had was only hard boiled eggs, fruits, corn and sweet potatoes. Highly recommend anyone to check out this hotel if you are visiting Nanning.

The hotel is located near Nanning's landmark Jinhu Square. It is surrounded by Guangxi branches of major banks and government agencies. It is similar to Shanghai's Lujiazui Financial Center. It is a safe, quiet and comfortable place to be quiet in the bustle. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a few minutes' walk from the subway. It is not far away and is conveniently located near various attractions. The decoration of the hotel has become dated over time, but the new furniture still retains its warmth. The staff are very polite and considerate in treating guests, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Finally, I would like to make two comments for the hotel's reference: First, the room and bed are very large but there is only one bedside table. I don't know how my companions can place the necessary things. Second, the hotel does not have a self-service laundry room, but it provides laundry services for tourists. This is a considerate move but would be detrimental to the privacy of our passengers.

I went on a business trip with my colleagues and the four of us were very satisfied. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services. The service provided by Xiaofeng at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and professional. He was afraid of affecting our trip and helped us issue invoices in advance. He answered all our questions and responded to our requests. A very good stay experience.

It’s an old hotel. I think they should put new wallpaper and paint the room. The room have a funky smell. I had to ask them to change the first room because it smelled of sigarette smoke. WIFI didn’t work i had to go to the reception to use it but being honest for the price I paid I can’t complain.
