This is a very clean and cozy homestay, just like in the photo, it is as comfortable as home. The house is equipped with Internet TV, you can easily watch Netflix and YouTube, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen has a refrigerator for easy storage of food and cold drinks. The B&B is strategically located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the old town, close to the beach and the port, is a great choice for travel. The boss is very friendly and also provides pick-up service. It is recommended to contact the boss by email in advance to confirm the relevant details. It should be noted that if you are driving by car, parking may be a bit inconvenient. Although there are parking spaces behind the homestay, there are not many in number and it is difficult to find. It is recommended to plan the parking in advance. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and recommended to friends who come here to travel! Be sure to check the listing details and contact the host via email in advance to arrange it. One thing to keep in mind: if you're driving, parking can be a bit tricky. There are a few parking spots behind the apartment, but they’re hard to find. Driving guests may find this a bit inconvenient. Overall, a lovely stay and highly recommended for travelers!

A very nice hotel that feels like it's just opened, with modern and attractively designed rooms – you immediately feel at home here. One small drawback: The egg dishes at breakfast were unfortunately cold on both days, and some used tables weren't cleared for extended periods. In my opinion, the coffee from the vending machine also doesn't quite fit with the otherwise modern and high-quality overall impression. Somewhat disturbing was a mechanical noise in the building that could be heard regularly from around 8 a.m. onwards. While the exact cause couldn't be determined, it was clearly noticeable. Adequate parking, a restaurant and bars, and the pool ensure ideal relaxation.

It was a horrible night. I couldn't sleep. The motor or mechanism of the ceiling air conditioner was making an infernal noise. Yet, all the control knobs on the wall unit were in the off position!!!! I therefore request a refund for my night's sleep and the tourist tax. Sincerely, Yann MICHEL

It is a good option for you if you drive since the hotel is located 15 minutes from Split old town. It is a fair distance to drive to the centre. The hotel is new and clean with a modern interior design of the room which makes it pleasant to stay. The well design of the hotel room makes it feel spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is relatively simple with not much choice but that does not bother us since Split has many great restaurants out there waiting for us. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay and would recommend this hotel since it is clean and beautiful.

nice clean and modern hotel, friendly staff with a nice buffet breakfast. about 20 min walk to the old town and 10 min walk to the beach. poor wifi for remote working and front of hotel is at the back of building so slightly confusing finding it for the first time. overall good hotel for short stays in Split!

Evenka is such welcoming hostess, who let us check in early and was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Hotel located in the city centre, near the bus. The hotel is clean and has a private parking. Very nice staff  The room is beautifully large ,  A few bemol at the level of the bathroom. The toilet paper door is very far away from the toilet.. it is not at all in the right place. It has at least 1 m 10 distance.
