This is for our honeymoon and when we told to the front desk, the staff arranged the 29/F for us with Sphere view immediately, she also offered $100 breakfast coupons at The Buffet in Wynn. The Buffet is amazing. Truly thankful to those special offers.
Encore is super luxury, very good service, helpful staff, we had booked day tour during our stay in Vegas and they even walked with us to the pickup point. Nothing to be complained! Definitely my first choice if I will go to Vegas again.
Probably the most beautiful, well appointed property I've ever stayed in. Every detail here is high-end but not pretentious. The rooms are big and comfortable, the restaurants are amazing including a great food hall with lots of regional choices. Not to sound like a broken record but the pool is likely the best pool I've ever been to; so beautiful, with a calm ambiance. Lastly, the staff, without exception, is friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend staying here.
I booked this hotel for the CES exhibition. It's still a bit far from the exhibition hall. A one-way taxi cost more than 40 dollars. The hotel added 80 dollars to upgrade to a larger room. There is a restaurant and Starbucks downstairs, which is quite convenient.

I took the kitten and provided a cat sand basin, a cat sand shovel, a cat bowl, silicone pad. The facilities are very complete. Very pet friendly.
Facilities: The pool is beautiful and suitable for taking pictures
Environment: The environment is very good, very quiet, the Christmas atmosphere is strong, very suitable for taking pictures
Hygienic: The rooms are very clean
Service: room dining is very delicious, almost every day

Super friendly check in staff (Chris), clean and modern room recently finished in Spa Tower. Great location with easy access to public transportation. The only complaint I have is about the concierge text message system. Left something to be desired. And hotel front desk does not accept take away order on guests' behalf.

Had a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the strip, but it was still nice.

Spent two nights at Wynn after a few nights at another hotel on the Strip. Wynn was by far way nicer and worth the higher price. The restaurants were great. Had a very fun evening at Delilah’s (live entertainment in a swanky 1920s styled room), elegant sushi/tapas at Mizumi, and tasty late night grub at the Cafe Teatro (I think I went at 3 am and there were still making fresh sandwiches).
The room was comfortable and the view from the 58th floor was breathtaking.
Had a massage at the spa which was also very nice. I highly recommended it for a refreshing way to start your day after a long night.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value of this Trump hotel off the strip. Staff was fine . Some minor response issues to house cleaning , such as it not completed by the time we returned and giving us 3 sets of towels for the 4 of us . We were happy with the service . There was a valet meltdown on one of the days where we had to wait over 30 min to just request our vehicle but that issue was resolved the following day . We loved all the extra cabinets and storage space in our room. It was clean . But definitely due for an update soon.

Nice place and room was a good size and generally clean. It is difficult to get from parking garage to lobby then to the room. Had to ask for directions a few times

WWell travelled gay coupleRoom very large and comfortable bed, however a little bit too “brown” and corporate. Shower was not great, not a lot of water. Not sure why paying over 50$ per day resort fee when the pool wasn’t open and had to pay for loungers at hotel next door.
GGuest UserWe were satisfied at the check in counter, the lady who helped us check in let us check in early to room(s) that were already available. She also helped to arrange the 3 rooms we booked to be pretty close to each other on the same floor in the same wing. Cleaning lady also did a fine job. You have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush though, they were not provided by the hotel, which is quite common for Vegas I think.

GGuest UserLovely, spacious room! I had a king wellness suite. The bedroom is separate from the living room and there are 1.5 baths and a wet bar area! Great when people are over. The main bath has a separate large soaking tub. There’s a free tram that can take you about .7 miles up the strip, to Excalibur/The Park area. Aria is maybe a 10 min or less walk from there (in flats). Comfy bed. Hotel itself is nice.
Cons: communication with staff to get my room upon arrival was less than smooth. Also, staff were either not helpful or not knowledgeable about opening times of restaurants in the hotel. I arrived after the stated checkin time and still waited 2 HOURS until I was checked in (room was not ready)! I asked if there was a hotel cafe (turned out to be closed); asked if there was another cafe/Starbucks/etc. within hotel. I was directed to a closed restaurant. And a third time, to a bar which was closed for a private event. Found a Starbucks on my own, that they didn’t suggest. Messy service to start. They didn’t offer me a place to wait or any suggestions while they figured out my pre-booked room.
Still, I’d stay here again because I’m sure that’s not a typical experience (I hope).

BBorn2bfreeI booked this hotel. I was very surprised when I woke up the following day, I had several bites on my body, palms, legs, body and it was very itchy. As I need to check out the room quickly so I checked out from the room tv. I did not inform the hotel about the matter. Initially, I thought it was mosquitoes bites but later when I saw the pharmacy, they informed it was bed bites. I was rather shocked and disappointed, the hotel that I had booked have bed bites……

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall next to it. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good. He also upgraded the room for free. The hotel facilities are complete. The room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended. No brainer to stay
