Overrated. Too expensive for what it is. Yes it’s nice and it’s an experience because it’s iconic. Very very loud everywhere very crowded. The hotel staff wasn’t really friendly many times not even answering to a good morning, my father is in a wheelchair and there’s an area where you have to call assistance for the lift because there’s no ramp and she questioned me why were we going to that corredor and said the shops were already closed. Housekeeping came in the room before the time whilst my father was in the bathroom and the paper of “do not disturb” was on the door. The bedroom wasn’t really clean for 240€ minimum a night even the floors in the bedroom corridors were full of little trash for hours. no complimentary water tea or coffee. The parking walk until the reception was very stressful with a wheelchair and 3 bags on the email they should say that you can drop off the bags at the entrance. For a five star hotel the bed sheets were crumpled and stained a lot of marks on walls and the chair stained. Bed was very comfortable. The toilet was amazing. The casino staff are very nice. The view is amazing

I was initially concerned an older hotel might have a dated design, but this Las Vegas property truly surprised me. The lobby's glass floral ceiling is breathtakingly beautiful, and the hourly musical fountain show is an absolute must-see. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with bedding so comfortable I never wanted to get up. The staff were professional and genuinely warm, making our entire check-in and stay completely smooth. While the price isn't low, the experience was simply outstanding. It offers a unique sense of grandeur and occasion that elevates it far above standard hotels, making it absolutely worth the price. If you're coming to Vegas, you won't regret choosing this one! The surrounding area is also lively and packed with fun.

Check-in at the front desk involved a very long wait, and no water was offered. If you were thirsty, you still had to queue up to ask for it. Check-in isn't until 3 PM, making an early arrival pointless. The parking garage was hard to find; for any convenience, you had to pay an extra fee for valet parking.
Despite booking for three people through Ctrip, we only received two bathrobes. The hand tissues in the bathroom were inconveniently placed, and the box had fewer than ten sheets with no spare provided – a clear sign of poor service. All edible items in the room were chargeable, and even just moving them would incur a fee.
The hotel felt quite old. The bathroom was a bit of a mixed bag; while it had two sinks and ample counter space, the toilet area itself was tiny. Overall, the hotel's facilities were poorly maintained. The ground floor, primarily featuring entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, felt like a huge maze.
The hotel's pricing on Ctrip was also inconsistent; prices varied wildly over just a few days, and booking in advance didn't guarantee a lower rate.

You can see the big globe directly from the hotel, and it's connected to Wynn. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's breakfast service is also good. However, it can get quite noisy on weekends because there's a very famous bar downstairs that's usually lively until 4-5 AM.

The palazzo hotel has been maintained very well! The checkin was very smooth, no lines, and the staff were very helpful. Shoutout to Manti who checked us in and upgraded us to a room with a pool view.
The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. There are no new charging ports with usb unfortunately, however the tv's seemed brand new.
Would definitely stay here again!

1. I just casually asked and got upgraded to a 21st-floor room with a view of the Sphere. It seems like this hotel is quite generous with upgrades if they have availability. No need to tip for it; you don't have to if you don't want to.
2. The hotel itself is quite good, very luxurious by American standards. However, the casino isn't very entertaining.
3. You have to call for toothpaste and toothbrushes, and bottled water is available at the front desk. Slippers are provided.
4. Self-parking is free; you use your room key to enter and exit.
5. There are many restaurants downstairs for dining.

The hotel is about 15 minutes Walk to Wynn Las Vegas hotel. When it’s low season, the price is exceptional cheap. I stayed there for two nights.
When you check in or check out, it’s always a long line.
Room is big, mattress and pillows are very comfortable.
Do not lift anything food on table or mini bar. It will charge you automatically.

Highly satisfied. The Ruyi Noodle Bar inside the hotel was fantastic. Room service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly. Initially, figuring out the elevator system for different floors took a bit of time, but I soon discovered the elevators within the casino were much more convenient.

The hotel is new and the room is spacious but the restroom already has mold around the shower and smell musty. Good thing is the room still is clean and smells good. We like that there are not a lot of people at the hotel but that also means not a lot of tables open to gamble and not a lot of food options. There seems to me a few restaurants but then when you ask for a seat, they will tell you that the entire empty section with open tables don’t have a server.
There is also a food court but it doesn’t open until after 11am and closes at 10pm.
The donuts are good

The customer service is horrible. They wouldn’t let us check out one day earlier. And they kept pushing the responsibility around, unable to process our request properly. Highly disappointing experience

TTravelifeJoStayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.
Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride.
Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

JJace LiPros: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Strip.
Cons: The experience went downhill from there. The interior design feels surprisingly generic and doesn't live up to the 'premium' price tag. Service is a roll of the dice—some staff are great, others are frustratingly impatient.
The biggest issue was a major overcharge on our deposit. When we tried to ask about the refund, we got four different stories from four different employees. Especially from an extremely impatient and stubborn staff named Ruby kept on repeating the same sentence without listening to my questions. The complete lack of clear communication was unprofessional and wasted our time. For the price, you can find hotels in Vegas that have their act together.
LLynnlinJThe Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town.
